Theme challenge: Window.

The story:

"You do have something on your mind, Kunzite." Beside a window in the castle of the Elysium Palace, Prince Endymion said in a certain voice to his leader guardian as well as his friend, "What are you worrying about? Please tell me and let's see whether there is anything Nephrite, Jadeite, Zoisite and I can help."

Looking outside through the opened window, Kunzite kept smiling gently and politely:"Thank you for caring about me, Your Highness. But I have nothing on mind, nothing at all." The sunset poured through the window colored his white uniform golden, while helped him hide a sense of melancholy that he would show to nobody deep in his sights at the same time.

The warm-hearted prince also turned to outside leaning against the windowsill with his both arms while started again:"This window is the best place to watch the scenery in the garden. Look, it is dreamy beautiful, isn't it? Whenever I feel upset I come to this window to look outside for the roses and cherry blooms."

Although saying so, Endymion was in fact not looking at what he was describing at the moment. Instead, the dark-haired prince was staring at the moon, which just appeared faintly in the sky of dusk.

Kunzite suddenly saw a figure sitting under a tree reading a book as he looked outside through the window. The curled-ponytailed boy was in a white uniform similar to his own, and the golden sunset poured all over him through the cherry blooms, printing the mottled-shadow gloaming on his uniform.

The silver-haired general couldn't help smiled before saying sincerely:"Of course, it is beautiful…it is the most gorgeous garden I've ever seen."

Hearing these words Prince Endymion also smiled, while his sights were still not apart from the moon, which was becoming clearer and clearer in the thickening gloaming:"I love seeing the moon during nighttime as well as the garden. Through the window I can see beauty, I can see gentleness, I can see peace. What is more, I see hope and I see serenity…"

Finally the sun sunk down beneath the horizon, and the boy named Zoisite closed his book before stood up. The young general raised his head randomly, and coincidently the emerald eyes met the silver ones. Zoisite slightly blushed while a warm smile appeared like a rose on his delicate face. Kunzite even caught a sense of secret affection from those emerald eyes.

Suddenly Kunzite's world was enlightened. He smiled back fondly to the boy, and all the melancholy that his secret love to Zoisite brought him disappeared immediately, instead he felt his luck was the whole world.

Staring at Zoisite leaving the garden, Kunzite at last turned back to the prince who was still devoting himself in the moonshine:"As you say, Your Highness. Through the window, I see true happiness."
