"Dean, wake up!"

Dean sat up, gasping and knocking someone to the ground. Dean heard a soft groan coming from a corner of the dark room. He didn't take his eyes off of the area that he heard the noise, even as he blindly tried to turn on the light. He found the switch quickly and he was shocked to see Castiel sitting on the ground.

"Are you okay?" Dean rushed to Castiels side. The fallen angel nodded before looking Dean over.

"Are you okay?" Castiel asked softly. Dean scoffed.

"Course." Castiel gave him a dirty look.

"You were screaming. I was able to convince Sam to let me handle it but you really had me worried." For a split second, Dean saw human emotions in Cas. Deep ones. Dean couldn't pinpoint what the emotion was though.

"It was nothing." Castiel grabbed Deans hand as soon as that wall began to build. Dean looked up and the two locked eyes.

"Don't lie." Castiel said firmly. Deans breathing hitched. Before he knew it, Dean was in Cas's arms and sobbing. Dean never cried, so Castiel didn't know how to handle it.

"Uh... Shh?" Castiel ran his fingers through Deans short hair, and that seemed to calm Dean down, so he continued until the hunter was fast asleep in his arms. Castiel leaned down, and without thinking, pressed his lips to Deans head. He scooped the sleeping male in his arms and carried him to his bed. He set the other down, and just as he was about to leave, Dean seemed to wake up.

"Wait..." Dean breathed out. "Stay Cas... Please..."

Castiel took a deep breath, deciding. He turned back and walked back over to Dean.

"L-lay with me?" Dean asked sleepily. Castiel blushed and laid down on the bed where Dean scooted over to give Cas room. Dean wrapped his arms around the angel and fell back to sleep.
