Lying down in the window in the sun

Milling around relaxing through the day

Drifting off on a pillow in the shade

Climbing on the furniture having fun

Chasing after mice and killing a ton

Living up the day in my happy way

Stretched out on the bed dreaming as I lay

Wishing I had catnip but there is none

Eating from a dish that never empties

Drinking out of a bowl that never dries

Sleeping in a box that never gets cold

When outside I chase all of the birdies

I go in when my owner hears my cries

Living here I can happily grow old
