…
Hello everyone.
I feel like I should let you know that I haven't abandoned this story even though I haven't updated it since August 1, 2017.
In fact, I wanted to let you know that I have begun the process of rewriting this story.
It's been many years since I touched this project and I lost the vision I had for it a long time ago. Even now, I only have what you have already seen. Over the next couple of months, I am going to put a concentrated effort into rewriting it and continuing it. One day, I may even end it officially.
For now, it is only a rewrite.
I will be deleting this story before I do that.
I will repost it as a new story under the same name.
Deleting this story means that you won't be alerted when the first chapter of the rewrite is posted; I wanted to take this chance to remind you that it's possible to subscribe to author updates so you see new story notifications.
The new story will stay true to massive portions of the original story; most things will simply be edited for clarity or minor errors.
However, some things will change in more dramatic ways.
Just to give you an idea, one of those things is the size and scope of Firewall Island. I eventually want to shift it into a magical settlement. This has changed a multitude of plot points (including the one that had Harry keeping beautiful women in his basement).
Again, I will be deleting this story.
If you want to be notified when the rewrite is done, please subscribe to author updates.
I'll leave this up until I post the new one. Since that will be in some number of weeks or months, that should be enough time for everyone to read the announcement.
If you have questions, comments, concerns, or ideas please feel free to leave a review or send me a message. This is the perfect time to suggest any changes you'd like to see.
Thank you all so much for sticking with me for this long.
Thank you for your patience, your words of support, and your constant reminders that, just like me, people haven't forgotten this story and want to see it finished.
I treasure your kind words, your helpful criticisms, and your genuine interest to this day.
