"Yes Rose?"

"I'm going to kill you."

"Then how would you pass potions?"

"Can it wait until AFTER we get out of this mess?"

Rose sighed as she looked at the various magical ropes (should that be tentacles?Vines? Something or another.)

"I really don't have a choice really, do I?"

"No, not really," Scorpius said with a small smile. "And it's going to be something that we can tell our grandchildren about."

"You're assuming that we're going to HAVE grandchildren."

"I have every confidence that Albus will come through," Scorpius said as he looked at Albus's frown. "It can't be that bad, surely."

"It can and is," Albus said with a frown. "Just how exactly did the two of you end up in this mess?"

"It's complicated," Rose finished and Albus gave them a puzzled frown.

"Complicated," Albus said, shaking his head. "Scorpius?"

"If I knew what it was, would we be here?" he said through gritted teeth. "Can you please help us out of here?"

Albus just rolled his eyes.

"Well what were you doing when you got into this mess?" he asked and immediately regretted it.

"Well Scorpius-"

"I was just-"

They both promptly went quiet and glared at one another.

"It's my mess!" Scorpius said. "I should explain it!"

"You don't even have any idea what you did wrong!" Rose snapped back and Albus rolled his eyes.

"And you do?"

"Okay, I'm just going to get Professor Flitwick," Albus said, rolling his eyes. "Don't go anywhere."

They both glared at his retreating back and Albus smirked. Hopefully they would FINALLY admit their growing chemistry BEFORE he undid his little bit of sabotage.
