Quote: "Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become your actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny." by Frank Jackson

Kakashi knew that something was horribly wrong when Naruto, Irelia, and Isaribi returned to the house. Everyone else had fallen asleep, but Kakashi had stayed awake because he knew that having someone welcome a shinobi back from their assignment was a treat most did not realize. He decided to stay up just in case there was something that his young comrade had to go over with him. Hell, Hatake had been expecting nothing but the good news of Gato's death. If the shipping magnate died then Zabuza and this mysterious ninja wouldn't have a reason to stick around. Why keep fighting if you weren't gonna get paid for it?

Unfortunately, as Kakashi now saw from the troubled looks on everyone's faces, that didn't seem like a possibility. He sighed. Well, he had always thought to expect the unexpected. Still, the jonin allowed the younger of the two to gather his thoughts and speak first. Whatever had happened, this was still Naruto's assignment and he was the mission leader of it. All Kakashi could do was give advice.

However, the grey-haired adult male was not ready for the words that came out of Naruto's mouth.

"Kakashi-sensei, I think you, Sasuke, and Sakura need to abandon this mission," he stated. His voice was rather calm. It almost sounded more like a plea than advice. Hell, Kakashi likened it to, like the dim candle on top of their table, a flickering whisper almost.

The jonin also became aware that Naruto had not said he was abandoning his own assignment. So, Kakashi leaned back into his chair. "I take it you've learned some disturbing information?" he asked.

Naruto clicked his tongue between his teeth for a little while before he exhaled. "Gato hired reinforcements, Hoshigaki Kisame and…Uchiha Itachi," the young dragon said.

Kakashi's entire world broke into almost a thousand pieces. Memories, files, and meetings played through his head by the tens of thousands that were in regard to one of Konoha's most notorious criminals. Now, he saw why Naruto and the others looked so concerned. Zabuza, a fearsome A-rank missing-nin, paired with an unknown ally, and finally two S-rank shinobi, one who was known to be one of the most talented shinobi to ever come out of Konoha's gates.

In addition to all that, that one talented shinobi had a little brother, a brother bent on revenge at any cost that regarded the death of his entire family. If Sasuke learned of Itachi's whereabouts then Kakashi had no doubts that anything short of knocking the loyal Uchiha out would fail miserably. Plus, Kakashi held doubts in his mind that he and Naruto together couldn't protect Sasuke and Sakura from two S-rank shinobi and an A-rank missing-nin. Hatake also didn't know how truly powerful Naruto's friends were so they were an unknown variable.

Then there was the realization of a partner with Itachi. Kakashi had heard tales of Kisame Hoshigaki. The man was another Swordsman of the Mist. Sigh, what was with this team's cursed luck? This had to be the worst C-rank mission of all time.

All of that said, Kakashi wasn't known as someone who panicked easily, or even at all. Instead, he closed his eyes and sighed. "That certainly does…complicate things," the jonin replied.

The room fell silent for some time before Kakashi spoke once again. "You're not abandoning your assignment either?" Kakashi asked.

Naruto smirked. "The plan is actually still easy if ya think about it, dattebayo. No matter how strong they are, they are still hired muscle like we are. If we kill Gato, then they have no reason to fight us anymore. That said…,"

Kakashi jumped in. "You wonder if we'll survive long enough to accomplish that," he finished.

The blonde nodded. His fellow jonin rubbed the back of his head. "If we applied for reinforcements as well, it would take at least three weeks for them to get here. Considering we're dealing with shinobi of Itachi's caliber, I have no doubt either jonin or Anbu shinobi will be dispatched. We just don't know when they will attack. They could even be on their way to attack right now," he continued.

"I don't think so…," the group turned and noticed that Isaribi had spoken.

"If you ask me, they're pretty damn cocky. I guess they have a right to be, but it changes some things. For one, Naruto's got some advantages to his side. They think they are dealing with two jonin and a genin cell. They don't know about Irelia, me, Akali, or any of the other people Naruto can summon. Hell, what happened to that one person you summoned back on the island, Naruto? The one you used to help us escape before?" She asked.

Ah, Evelynn. Yeah, Naruto had been thinking of her in the back of his mind sometimes, but recently he had always felt some form of anxiety whenever he looked at the demon's piece on the summon circle of his arm. There was…hesitance in summoning her once again. Yet, he did not know why. Still, for a mission like this, he would probably have to make an exception.

"That is indeed true. Naruto, we would all fight with you. Plus, you recently bonded with Ashe. Your powers must have evolved to the point that you could at least put up a suitable fight against an S-rank shinobi," Irelia said.

Kakashi's eyes widened. Ah, right. Naruto was apparently a half-divine dragon half-human demigod…thing. Funny how something like that could slip the mind. The blonde had also given Kakashi an explanation into some of his powers. Before a few days ago, Naruto only had two...bonding mates. With that power, he had the strength to compete or even surpass Zabuza. Now, he had bonded with a third one. Surely it wouldn't be impossible for him to at least hold back one of the S-rank shinobi.

Now, Kakashi was rather confident that he could take out Zabuza fairly quickly if he trained Sasuke and Sakura to handle the unknown ally. If Naruto and his summons could hold off Kisame and Itachi from interfering then, it wasn't entirely impossible for them to succeed.

"We can also count our blessings because apparently, Itachi doesn't think he needs to get involved. If we fight at the bridge, it should only be one S-rank nin that we have to deal with," Isaribi said.

...Oh, well there was that too. Now, that was good and bad for two reasons. Good, because that made Naruto's task of dealing with one much easier. Bad, because…how strong was Kisame if Itachi felt like he didn't have to interfere?

Unfortunately, Kakashi's optimal situation of having Naruto battle Zabuza was not one that he saw happening. On his own, Kakashi wasn't entirely sure he could hold back an S-rank nin, at least not for the extended period that Naruto could. Additionally, even if Naruto split up his summons, Kakashi had no history with them. To operate against an S-rank missing-nin would require great teamwork. Currently, only Naruto and his summons had that.

"Naruto…," Kakashi spoke. This drew eyes to him.

The grey-haired man stared at his fellow jonin. "This is your assignment, but regardless you're still not a proper jonin. Can you give me your word that you can hold off someone of Itachi's level? It's alright to admit when a mission is lost. It's unfortunate, but it does happen in our line of work. We can't save everyone. We're not heroes," Kakashi stated.

Naruto leaned forward. He had not told Kakashi, but he did have one method of possibly overwhelming Kisame. Hell, this was just as risky as battling two A-rank missing-nin, but if it worked then it would pave the way for Naruto to not only fight an S-rank shinobi but maybe even more than one when he grew older.

"I'll use everything at my disposal, Kakashi-sensei. You might think I've run out of options, but...I've got one more trick up my sleeve. You guys can go to bed. I'm gonna…,"

"No! You're coming to bed as well. We've been working all night! You need rest!" Irelia scolded. She did not wait for Naruto's reply. Instead, she grabbed his arm and dragged him up the stairs.

"What? Irelia, we don't have time for…I can do it on my…would you at least let me walk up the stairs on my own!" Naruto exclaimed as their voices got softer and softer.

Isaribi and Kakashi watched them both before both laughed. "Wow, he's whipped and he's not even properly dating her yet," the fish girl said.

Kakashi blinked. "Properly?" he asked.

"Don't ask me, they're the ones with the "spiritual" connection and all that. Goodnight," she said as she walked up the stairs.

Meanwhile, Kakashi blew out the candles and turned in for the night as well. As he slept, he wondered just what his cute little jonin had planned that would somehow make this mission a success.

The next morning, the jonin sensei of Team Seven wasted no time in delivering a scroll with a request for reinforcements via the summons that he had used. "How fast can you get this to Lord Hokage, Pakkun? This is a very serious matter," Kakashi replied.

"Should take no more than two to three days roundtrip. I'll try and get it delivered faster, but I'm not exactly a bird," a small dog with a rather rough, don't say it, voice replied.

Hatake exhaled and nodded. "Just do what you can without putting yourself at too much risk. If all goes well, then the reinforcements won't be necessary, but if Itachi's here then Lord Third can't remain idle. I owe you one," the man said. The dog nodded, took the scroll, and then left in a puff of smoke.

Perhaps Kakashi should count his blessings that Sasuke and Sakura appeared shortly after his talk with his ninken. "What's going on, Kakashi-sensei?" Sakura asked.

Ah, now to handle this matter with a bit of delicacy. "Naruto's spotted out some concerns for the mission. I've decided that instead of abandoning the assignment, we will ask for some additional help. There is an S-rank shinobi that has been added to Gato's payroll. Assuming they are working together with Zabuza, they will most likely attack at the same time. Sasuke, Sakura, what I'm about to do I apologize for, but you both need to be as trained up as possible," Kakashi said.

Sakura swallowed a harsh gulp of fear down her throat. She, Naruto, and Sasuke, mostly Naruto, had just barely beat Zabuza on their own. How were they supposed to contend with an S-rank shinobi?

Unlike her though, Sasuke seemed all too eager for the chance at more training. "When do we start?" he asked, barely held excitement in his voice. However, the excitement was torn from his face when he found Kakashi's fist buried in his gut.

"Right. Now!" their leader and sensei said before he began training Sasuke and Sakura in some advanced taijutsu practices. With any luck, they would have one more week's worth of training. That would be enough time to firmly plant in lessons on taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu.

Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, Naruto took several calming breaths as his palms laid outstretched with Ahri's, whom he had summoned a few moments ago. Off to the side, Irelia and Akali practiced hand to hand combat with Isaribi.

The young dragon and the female nine-tailed fox inhaled and exhaled. For the former, it felt good to be in the presence of the latter once again. He truly missed her even though they had not been apart for very long.

A force of magical energy pulsated from their bodies as Naruto spoke. "Are you ready?" he asked mentally. Ahri slowly smiled and she nodded that she was.

"So, I shall finally meet this Nine-Tailed Demon Fox that made you so wary of me showing my form to your people. I look forward to it. But why bring me along? I don't think I'm needed if you want to merge your dragon abilities with this demon inside you," the Spirit of Naruto's Passion stated.

"You keep me calm," Naruto answered with a smile of his own.

Ahri shivered from the warm feelings of his magic that flowed through her body. She had not expected him to be so forward with his answer, but it was one that she found joy in. It was then that she could feel her consciousness being pulled away along with Naruto's. As if he took her hand and guided him into the recesses of his mind, she did not fight the feeling that came over her.

Once Ahri opened her eyes she found herself standing just above the murky depths of some sewer water surrounded on all sides by stone walls and iron ducts that led to almost nowhere. She turned her head and she noticed Naruto had leaned up as well. He shook his head and groaned.

The young jonin stood up as well and looked around. "So, this is your mind? You have some pretty depressing thoughts," Ahri commented.

Naruto smiled and shook his head. "So sorry. I didn't have time to spruce up the place before I knew you were coming. I'll make sure to tell my mind to be a flowery field flowing with milk and honey for you," he responded. To his sass, Ahri pinched his arm which made him yelp before he smacked her hand away.

Both looked around for a moment. "So, where do we go?" Ahri asked. Despite her nature, she had never actually traversed the realms of people's minds. Ever since she had consumed a portion of Naruto's magic, Ahri had found that she no longer needed to use magic to sustain her hunger. Not once had she felt it return since she had been with him.

"That way," Naruto said as he pointed them towards a seemingly random direction.

"Why that way?" Ahri asked.

To her question, Naruto pointed up. Above them both, three rivers of energy flowed off in different directions. One, dark blue, sailed off to the west. Another, white, floated down to the south. The last, red, flowed in the direction that Naruto had pointed.

"I recognize the other two. One's my chakra, I guess the other's my magic. It's a lot brighter than the other two. But, this red one, I've never felt it before. I guess that's it," He said.

Ahri agreed silently. It wasn't like she could tell otherwise. She then raised her hand and felt the chakra in Naruto's body pass through her palm. So…this was what energy source from his side of the world. It felt different. Not bad different, just…different from the sources of magic that she had both used and consumed.

When she brought her hand down, Ahri watched the embers of chakra slowly recede into her body. She clenched and unclenched a couple of times. She then followed after Naruto as they disappeared down the hall that the red chakra source was leading to.

Being within the mind has a way of skewing the perceptions of time. Neither was sure how much of it had passed before they turned corner after corner. With each step they took, both felt a heavy pressure come upon them. Even worse than the pressure was the murderous aura that permeated the very air they breathed.

Oddly enough, it didn't affect them as much as either was anticipating, but it was a noted feeling that tingled the back of their heads. All of those feelings came to the front when they exited the winding turns and hallways and came into a rather large room. They both quickly took notice of the metal bars that formed a tight prion. Its face held together by a piece of paper that Naruto recognized as the seal.

There was so much foreign chakra in this room that Naruto noticed Ahri was starting to shiver. It was no surprise as to why. Left on its own, Naruto wondered if there was anyone in Runeterra that could stand before the Kyuubi.

To alleviate this, Naruto took her hand and covered her in his magical aura. Ahri inhaled and exhaled slowly. The saturating chakra eased itself off her enough that she could now stand before the gate with courage.

"Alright, Kyuubi. I'm not gonna play this game with you. Show yourself! If you don't then we're both gonna spend a long time in the afterlife!" Naruto hollered, his voice rippling through the waters of the sewer.

All was silent for a little while. Ahri wondered if Naruto had more annoyed this demon than anything else with his tone of voice, but it didn't take her long at all to see a massive row of teeth appear before them. Each was at least longer than she was. Then, there were those red eyes. When her young dragon fought the Hand of Noxus, he had brief glimpses of those same eyes as well.

Then came the nine swirling orange tails. She had seen and heard the memories from Naruto's mind. Apparently, each tail, with one swipe, could create a natural disaster. Truly, based on appearance alone, the type of strongest Tailed Beast should be given to this creature.

A frown on her face, Ahri released her features. Her ears popped out and so did her tails. She separated herself from Naruto and slowly marched towards the cage. The Kyuubi's eyes stared down at her, each beating with a deep hue of red that made her feel more confident facing the entire Noxian army than standing where she was.

Nevertheless, she did not falter beneath the demon's gaze. She stood directly in front of the bars and stared into the maw of the beast. "I see what you mean now. No wonder your people would have been terrified if they saw me. I've never seen someone so large," Ahri said as both Nine-tailed foxes glared at each other.

"Keh, to have my title attached to such a small imposter, how the mighty have indeed fallen. Now, I see that my warden has finally come to pay me a visit," Kyuubi bellowed, his voice deep and menacing.

Naruto smirked. "I guess tales that the Kyuubi no Yoko is just a mad, ravenous, bloodthirsty beast with no conscience are nothing but lies. Anyway, I'll get right to the point. I need your help," the blonde answered.

"Oh, is that right? Well, I suppose you would need all the help you can get before you fight that S-rank shinobi. Perhaps I should commend you at least on knowing that my power could be the difference between you winning and not. Though I loathe you Dragonborns since the last one I fought was the main reason for my imprisonment here. I admit I wasn't expecting confront me to a standstill with his dragon form. Now, his offspring desires my chakra. And what exactly do I get out of this?" the Kyuubi asked.

"You get to continue living. I mean, I was pretty close to releasing you on Konoha a few months ago. I don't like you and you don't like me. We're already clear on that. Aside from releasing you, what do you want?" Naruto asked.

"Well, what I want right now is to devour you and your mate right here between my teeth, but I suppose we don't all get what we want. Very well, you may take my chakra when you need it. I'll hold on to this little...deal of ours. Now get out of my face. Your presences disgust me," the Demon Fox said.

Suddenly, Naruto and Ahri found their collective consciences pulled away. As they opened their eyes, both found themselves returned to the world of the living. It was dark. The sun had gone down and only the sounds of fluttering insects filled their ears. They slowly released their palms and pulled away.

"Well, that was fun," Ahri said with a small giggle.

Naruto smiled before he stood to his feet. He noticed that no one else was around. Perhaps that was a good thing. "Well, it's not gonna be fun for me what comes after. I've got maybe one week to get used to this chakra as much as I can if I'm gonna use it. Especially using it with what I already have," he responded.

The young dragon then shivered when he felt Ahri kiss his cheek. "I'll be there to fight with you when the time comes. For now, I've got some duties to attend to since Ionia named me an Elder for your representation. I'll see you soon," she said before she vanished in a puff of smoke.

The jonin watched her go before the smile on his mouth diminished. A quick scan of his surroundings and he saw that no one was in his immediate vicinity. He bit his thumb and traced the blood over his seal. Naruto then touched the ground.

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu," he called.

As soon as Naruto spoke, his mind was filled with images and memories that he would very much lock away in his mind forever. He could hear and see the screams of thousands of men and women as they had fallen prey to the demon he had just called. Someone like her...should be the type of person he eliminated right here and now. Even if she had helped him back during his wave mission, this…could not have been that stealthy person who aided him before. It was as if, his awakening in Kiri had tried the recesses of her mind and transformed her back to what she had been originally.

When the smoke dispersed, the young dragon noticed that he was alone, or so it appeared. He could sense her thoughts. He could sense her stalking him like he was prey in her eyes. He could sense the pleasure in her mind that she could cause him if she only managed to capture him. The pleasure…of pain.

"Mmmm Naruto, you've forgotten me. I haven't gotten the chance to thank you for what you've done for me. Ever since I felt your power flourish in the Village of Waters, I changed. My powers, my identity, my abilities which had been locked away by a mere folly were awakened once again. I was…am not just a simple thief who enjoys stealing or assassinating. I…am Evelynn, the Agony's Embrace, birthed long before human civilization was created by the divine entity. Mmmmm, I wonder how tough dragon scales are? I'd like to find out. I'm not picky. I can be anyone you want. Would you like Irelia? Ashe? Ahri? Or perhaps I can be your servant, Akali?" Evelynn said, her voice echoing as if it was all around Naruto's body.

The demon slowly crept behind the dragon. The shadows kept him oblivious as her heart thumped. She could feel the thrill beneath her visage. Yes, she remembered so much pain back in Zaun when she heard the royal sound of Naruto's divine dragon voice. So much magic had been forced into her body that the chains which had locked away her true self were broken. She remembered what she was, and what she loved.

SHE LOVED PAIN!

Before Evelynn could pounce on the blonde a harsh white light exploded from his body and dispelled all the shadows that had been around him. Before she could even gasp, a finger made its way to her chin. The demon shivered when she stared into the burning eyes of the light dragon. "Behave yourself, Demon. The world does not produce enough shadows that thou canst hide from me,"

Naruto took in Evelynn's body and the changes that had gone through her. She was definitely taller. Her hair, or what he assumed could be hair, was very pink in some areas and white in others. Her body seemed thinner, feminine curves in every area that could make any man or woman tremble to their knees for the thought of a night with her. Not even the dragon was immune to this. Every dark color and sensual lightning helped him see just how so many people could have fallen for her.

"Like what you see? I very rarely perform…those types of acts with my prey, but I wouldn't mind giving you ecstasy before I get mine. I don't mind getting a little rough," she said, her voice sounding like pure honey to him.

Truth be told, Naruto almost gave in. After all, he was a young man in the throes of discovering sexual maturity. He had already come into contact with this several times and his draconic blood screamed to mate with anything willing, but he held his nerve. So badly did he need to that he bit the inside of his cheek enough to draw blood.

"I have a deal for you, Evelynn. One that will work out for the both of us. You play your part, I can give you pain. Lots of pain," Naruto said.

Evelynn slightly cursed her summoner and his powerful eyes. Depths of his lineage could make even her feel weak and helpless. The thought that she might actually be killed if she stepped too far was an intriguing thought. "Mmmm, you bad boy. I'm listening…," the Agony's Embrace said as she remained pinned in the young dragon's hands.

When Evelynn left Naruto, the blonde spent all night working on drawing out the Kyuubi chakra. He could feel the surge in anger, adrenaline, and the rush of absolute power rushing through his very veins. Red embers of the fox's chakra fluttered around his body. The insides of his body were burning. He felt amazing. He felt like he could take on anyone at the moment.

As the fox gave him more and more through the night, Naruto worked harder and harder to train this power to use as he could. So hard did he train that he could feel the sweat pouring down from his body as the red chakra lashed and struck anything near it. Trees were toppled over and the ground was scared by its sharp touch. The magic in his body mixed with this red chakra and the blonde groaned in pain.

So much power. So much energy. It was all threatening to tear his body to pieces. His eyes were bloodshot and the veins in his arms, legs, and head became more prevalent. Bubbling spots of chakra surrounded him like boiling water.

One hour, two hours, three hours, four…

Naruto trained with as much of the Kyuubi's chakra as he could without giving in to his own rage. He could feel his hatred growing for the things that made him angry. He could feel his desire to turn everything around him into a smoldering crater where no life would dare grow again.

Nevertheless, he continued. He tried practicing his magic while he held the shroud of red chakra around him. Short gasps of chakra-enforced magical fire expelled from his lips. He released his wings and flowed through the Ionian mantras that he had been taught while focusing on finding some form of balance between his magic, his chakra, and the Kyuubi's chakra. Not every mission could be a success, but this wasn't gonna be the start of that excuse.

"M'ak'hom Kafahal Dov'kesh," Naruto breathed out as he waved his hand around the center of his body. He tried to not focus on the hate. Instead, he focused on the love he had come to receive from so many people in his life. It was because he had bore all the hate that he could, that he could express such interest in those around him. That was him. That was Uzumaki Naruto.

Into the night, Naruto worked before the strain of his practices overcame him. In those fields, he slept as his magic soaked into the ground even until the sun rose high in the sky.

As the sun rose to the next day, a person stood over Naruto's sleeping body. A pink kimono wrapped around their body, and a basket of herbs in their arm. They knelt in the field and reached for the blonde's throat. However, the hand stopped short and instead moved to his shoulder.

"You shouldn't sleep outside. You'll catch a cold. Hey, wake up," the person said.

Naruto slowly opened his eyes and turned to the one who had woken him up. Despite his blurry vision, he could make out the visage of a very feminine boy. Hell, if he hadn't been able to tell by the flow of chakra, then he would have assumed him to be a girl. Damn, is this what they call a trap?

The Kyuubi jinchuuriki leaned up. His eyes took in this person next to him and he frowned slightly. This person...was the same height as the person who saved Zabuza. Same voice as well.

"Why are you out here?" Naruto asked slowly.

The effeminate boy showed him the basket. "I have some herbs here. They are for my friend. He's very hurt," the boy said.

…Mmhmm.

"You can find some herbs over there then," the young jonin responded.

The boy smiled. "Thank you. Would you mind helping me pick out some?" he asked.

"I think I should get a name from the person I'm helping, dattebayo," Naruto replied.

"...Haku," the young boy said as Naruto slowly nodded his head. He then began to help Haku pick the herbs that he knew would be used for Zabuza's recovery.

Now, Naruto already knew that shinobi protocol should state that he capture Haku. If this boy was taken out of the equation then Zabuza would be next. However, the Kyuubi jinchuuriki held his nerve. Currently, Itachi wasn't going to participate in the fight. If Zabuza remained incapacitated then that might change. The blonde held no doubts that Sasuke would compromise the mission entirely if it meant Haku and Zabuza were taken out of the picture.

As Naruto helped Haku, the latter spoke. "So what are you doing out here by yourself?" the boy asked.

Naruto smirked. "Training. I have a bridge builder to protect and a nation to save being subjected to cruelty from a tyrant businessman. So I must become strong," he replied.

Haku laughed. "You seem fairly strong enough already. Do you really need to train so hard?" he then asked.

"You know, I should kill you right now," Naruto suddenly said which made Haku freeze. The boy glared at Naruto and prepared to reach for the senbon hidden in his kimono.

Naruto grunted. "Don't bother. You can't beat me dattebayo. You might be a match for Sasuke and Sakura, but not me. Trust me, if I wanted to kill you, I would have when you woke me up," the blonde said as he moved to continue picking up herbs.

Haku slowly withdrew his hand. "Why aren't you moving to capture me?" he asked.

"A couple of reasons, but you don't seem to be an evil person as far as I can tell. It's why I'll give you a warning. If you know what's good for you and your friend then you'll stay away from that bridge when he's healed. You won't save him a second time," Naruto responded.

Though Haku heard this, the young boy continued as if he hadn't. "I can't do that. If Zabuza-sama desires anything then I will make it come true. I am his tool and, as his tool, I need to be useful to him. I owe Zabuza-sama my life. I will offer you the same warning. If you go to the bridge then I will kill you if Zabuza-sama desires. I do not wish to fight, but for the sake of my precious person, I will," Haku replied.

Once they collected enough herbs, Haku stood to his feet, bowed to Naruto, and walked away. The young jonin watched the boy's form get smaller and smaller before he clenched his fists.

"Hey," he shouted.

Haku turned around. "Give this message to Zabuza," Naruto said as he opened his mouth and spoke what he wished for the former to give to the missing-nin. The boy bowed and walked away while Naruto sighed.

"Why didn't you kill him?" a voice asked. Naruto turned around and noticed Akali from behind a tree.

"Because there once was a story about a general who became an emperor. He became that emperor because there was one enemy that he did not kill," the young teen replied. He then turned back to Akali.

"Also...since you're here, how about you help me get some light sparring in before Irelia chews my ears off. I got a mission to succeed in dattebayo," He challenged as he took a fighting stance.

For perhaps the first time, Akali grinned as she grabbed some weapons. "Your funeral," she said before they both charged at each other and continued to train into the day.

As the week passed, Naruto and his team, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi intensively trained as hard as they could. Pakkun had come back to Kakashi with the report that four jonin-level shinobi were en route to their position. Kakashi only hoped that they wouldn't need their help. If they did, then things went terribly wrong.

In the meantime, Kakashi ran Naruto through at least a hundred battle scenarios and political lessons that were necessary for a jonin to know. Suffice to say but, outside of training, Naruto didn't have as much time to enjoy with Irelia or Akali as he had found.

Ah yes, for some reason, he had started training with Akali a lot over the week. Every morning was filled with the sounds of flying fists and kicks. Sometimes, Naruto even fought Kakashi, Irelia, Akali, and Isaribi at the same time. It had resulted in him getting his ass kicked quite a bit since his sensei had claimed that he should learn proper hand to hand combat and not rely on his dragon powers to amend his weaknesses.

Thankfully, Naruto found the positive sides to getting his ass kicked, he had gained a bit of a better understanding into the nature of the Kyuubi's chakra. He still had not found to properly meld its chakra and his magic together. Each attempt had made it feel like his body was being torn apart by two shifting mountains on each side of the earth. That said, improperly, he had found a way to make the two at least work together and that gave him so much strength that he had no choice but to give Sasuke and Sakura the truth when everyone had seen the crater he made from his experimentation.

Both genin learned of his jonin status and, as predicted, Sasuke was irate. It was no surprise as to why. Someone like Naruto shouldn't be a jonin. Hell, Naruto could see in Sakura's eyes that she still didn't believe it. How odd that they took the fact that he was a half-mortal/half-divine dragon easier than the fact that he was a jonin.

Nevertheless, this revelation seemed to push Sasuke hard to survive Kakashi's training. He became stronger, but he also became angrier. His temper was short with Sakura, he hardly ate with the team, and he stayed out late.

With so much, everyone shivered when the week's end came upon them as the sun rose.

Naruto smiled as he knelt down. "Alright Annie, are you sure you can guard Inari and Tsunami-san on your own?" Naruto asked.

The young girl smiled and she nodded warmly. "I can do it, Naruto! I'll have my bear, Tibbers here to deal with any of them!" she replied happily. She then chuckled when Naruto patted the top of her head as the others watched.

"We're being guarded by an eight-year-old?" Inari asked.

"Oh my, she's your age, Inari. Though I will admit that I'm concerned about a girl so young fighting," Tsunami said with a faint smile.

The young dragon grinned and promised a reward of Annie's choosing if she succeeded. Naturally, the small girl was excited at the idea. Then, Naruto got up and turned around. "Trust me, you're safe with Annie," Naruto said.

Sakura's eyebrow twitched. "Right, but before all of that! Who are all these people?!" the genin asked as she pointed towards Fiora, Taric, Ashe, Irelia, Akali, and Ahri. Kakashi rubbed the back of his head while Sasuke snorted.

"They are the people who are going to try and help us live through today, Sakura. Now drop it. Taric, I'd like you to guard Tazuna if we have a battle. Ashe, cover fire. Everyone else is with me," Naruto claimed.

"What about your other friend, Isaribi?" Tazuna asked.

Naruto chuckled. "She's got a different assignment," he said. That was all he told them before Kakashi clapped his hands.

"Well, if Naruto trusts you all then I will place my trust in you as well. At a time like this more allies is never a bad thing. Shall we all go?" the jonin asked.

Fiora, Irelia, Ashe, and Ahri glanced at each other. How odd that different nations of Runeterra would fight under the banner of their young light dragon on the same day. The Grand Duelist could feel the unsteady gaze of the Will of Blades. No doubt this was because Demacia had not aided Ionia in the fight against Noxus.

"Come friends. We must put our differences aside. People need us this day. Shall we not help them by forgiving each other this once?" Taric asked.

Irelia sighed. "Yes,"

Fiora nodded. "I shall," she answered.

"Thank you. All of you. I couldn't do this without you dattebayo,"

Fiora, Irelia, Ashe, Ahri, and even Akali noticed the gentle gaze in Naruto's eyes. The former four blushed unexpectedly at his words and the sincerity behind them. Akali held too much pride to blush, but she felt a harsh squeeze on her chest. She did not know why.

"It is only natural that we would help you, Naruto. After what you've done for us," Ashe said. She then shivered when his heavenly gaze fell upon her. The Avarosan Queen could feel her magic fluctuating in desire of his own. In fact, she had been feeling this ever since she had bonded with him.

"Then, shall we go?' Kakashi asked.

Everyone agreed and walked out the door with Tsunami, Inari, and Annie being left to their own devices.

-x-

Not even a second had passed. Not even a literal second had passed since Team Seven stepped onto the bridge than did its entire body become shrouded in a thick mist. Kakashi and Naruto exchanged glances and slowly nodded to each other.

"Ashe, go," Naruto ordered.

The Frost Archer pulled up her hood and grabbed her bow. "By your command," she replied before she jumped off the side of the bridge. She then dashed into the foliage while Taric pulled Tazuna to the side. The bridge builder marveled at the glowing gems on the man's shoulder as Taric held up his hammer.

The Shield of Valoran had long been investigating Naruto since he had been summoned. Though he abhorred the battle that was about to take place, he knew that none saw that abhorrence more clearly than the Light Dragon. Nevertheless, when the evils in hearts men must reign, so to will the justice of the light purge them from the world. That…was why Taric fought.

Meanwhile, Kakashi, Sasuke. and Sakura stayed to one side of the bridge while Naruto, Ahri, Irelia, Fiora, and Akali stayed to the other. The mist was so thick that no one could see in front of them with the naked eye. However, Naruto activated his perception.

It didn't take him long to see three figures standing a bit further up on the structure. His eyes narrowed. He signaled the four ladies next to him. They all nodded silently. Fiora readied her rapier. Irelia released the flower of her blades. Akali grabbed her kunai and kama. Ahri opened her palm and forced an orb of magic that she enjoyed using.

Meanwhile, the entire group heard the sound of laughter. "Really Zabuza? You had trouble with this small group? There's definitely more worms than I expected, but that makes it all the more interesting,"

Naruto shivered. Heavy chakra saturated the air and the feeling of death flooded the entire bridge. Taric had to slowly heal Tazuna of the feelings of fear that threatened to overwhelm him. The blonde could even see Sasuke and Sakura's legs trembling. Of course, they would be. No doubt the combined force of an S-rank shinobi and an A-rank shinobi would weigh on them heavily. Perhaps even more than the blonde jonin realized.

A deep inhale, Naruto clenched his hands into fists. Everyone gasped as orbs of magic appeared over his body. He then expelled the magic in his body to repel the mist to the outer reaches of the bridge.

As the mist cleared Fiora, Irelia, Ahri, Akali, Taric, and all the members of Team Seven were greeted with the sight of Kisame Hoshigaki, Zabuza Momichi, and Haku. Just as the blonde thought, he saw that massive blade around the blue-skinned man's shoulder. His sharp teeth made a crazed grin and his eyes zoomed in on the group. The dark shade of his black coat with red clouds filled the minds of them all.

"I'll tell you all what. I'm in a good mood today. Hand over the bridge builder and maybe I'll forget about you as you run with your tails between your legs!" Kisame said, pointing his blade at them as he did so.

Naruto smirked. "Is that right? Well, currently two people in this group have beaten four out of the seven of your Swordmen of the Mist. Should I add you as number five?" Naruto asked as he unfurled a scroll and released the Nuibari from within it.

The scowl behind Zabuza's face deepened as Kisame chuckled. "Oh, so this is Uzumaki Naruto, famed Killer of the Swordsmen of the Mist. I expected you to be taller," the S-rank shinobi said.

"And I expected you to be fish sticks. I guess we all don't get what we expect," Naruto returned as he gripped the Nuibari in his hands. Kisame's eyebrow twitched. He forced a chuckle through his lips before he turned to his dead serious teammate.

"Well, I can see how he beat you in wordplay. Brat's got a real mouth on him. Sorry, Zabuza, I know you have a bit of a grudge against the brat from the last time, but I'll be taking this one. I wanna see what makes a guppy like this so fearsome!" Hoshigaki said.

The shark man turned around and the smile on his face faded away when he saw the flow of divine power in Naruto's eyes. "Why wait?!" Naruto asked as he sucked in his legs. His feet cracked the face of the bridge before he dashed forward towards his enemies.

In a speed that Kisame was no doubt surprised by, Naruto appeared in front of the swordsman. Zabuza reacted first and grabbed his greatsword. He swung it with impressive strength, but before he could get the full momentum, his blade was blocked by another.

"What the…," he growled before a sea of black hair and river of red strands filled his eyes. The sharp gaze of Fiora Laurent fell upon him.

"Do not interfere!" She said. The Grand Duelist protected the young light dragon with a parried shot as Naruto launched his fist.

Kisame raised up his blade and he felt the rumblings of his very soul as a wave of divine magic ruptured through his body. Naruto launched the S-rank nin from the bridge and down to the waters below. He then landed on the railing and jumped down.

Ahri, Fiora, Irelia, and Akali followed after him by jumping off the side of the bridge as well.

Kakashi smiled "Well Zabuza, I think now we have the whole bridge to ourselves," the older jonin said as Zabuza glared at the Copy Ninja and his students. Seriously, the missing-nin hated today.

Meanwhile, Naruto held up a handsign and began to spread his magic and his chakra through the bodies of the surrounding ladies that would fight with him. The four landed on the surface of the waters as he did, their bodies supplemented by his chakra to keep them afloat.

Feeling safe to do so, Ahri exhaled and released her features. Her beautiful nine white tails floated freely in the air as everyone watched Kisame pull himself from out of the water.

"Not bad. I haven't been hit like that in a good while. Especially not from a…brat," The nin said as he looked at Ahri specifically. His glare hardened as he looked at her and took in her features. Naruo followed his gaze and wondered why the man found Ahri so fascinating. It unnerved him, but the young teen eased the discourse in his chest.

"I think I'm being underestimated if you have time to look away from me!" Naruto said as he slapped his hands together. Kisame turned his attention back to the small jonin just in time to see a large rush of waves expel from where Naruto stood. The shark man watched the boy's hair turn white and his skin glimmer with radiant scales. Then, not even Kisame was unfazed by the sight of the glorious, white, dragon wings that sprouted from the Kyuubi jinchuuriki's back.

A beam of light fell down from the sky which made the swordsman cover his eyes while Naruto pushed as much of his draconic energy into Ahri, Fiora, Irelia, and Akali as he could. Though Kisame could not feel it, even Ashe felt the magic fill her body.

When Kisame opened his eyes, he noticed that Ahri's tails had changed. Her body was lit with orange flames and her tails burned like the tails of the beast that destroyed Konoha thirteen years ago.

Irelia's hair was doused in the energy of a pink lotus. Akali and Fiora had not changed so much, but even they radiated with a mysterious power that Kisame couldn't even really sense. He could only feel his bones shivering in the face of this divine power.

Naruto raised the Nuibari in the air…and then pointed it forward.

Fiora and Akali sucked in their legs and kicked up two spouts of water as they dashed at Kisame. The latter held up his blade as Fiora lunged forward. He blocked her strike and, with both hands on the handle of Samehada, he clashed his blade with her own and he saw a sea of white flames expel from her rapier.

Unfortunately, Kisame couldn't be distracted as he ducked beneath a kick from Akali. Her hand landed on his back while Fiora swung her lower body. She went for a kick of her own, but Kisame grabbed her leg and pushed them both back. The former Fist of Shadow flipped through the air and landed back on the surface of the water while the Grand Duelist slid back a few feet.

After that, Irelia and Ahri dashed past her. The Will of Blades and the Nine-tailed Fox closed in on the former Swordsman of the Mist. Ahri held up her Spirit Orb and threw it out while Irelia continued on. The blades of the Last Xan danced around her when she swung them for Kisame. He jumped away from her attack before he noticed Ahri was already behind him,

Her spirit orb in her hands, she dashed for the blue-skinned man. She then pushed her orb into his body. A grin of victory flew on Ahri's face, but she snarled when she saw Kisame dispel into water.

The four warriors collected themselves as they stood upon the waves of...Wave. The four glanced around their field of battle. Suddenly, the water exploded behind Akali. The kunoichi glared as the Samehada blade shadowed over her body. With great reflexes, she jumped away from the strike as the blade crashed with the waves, releasing crashing tides against the shores of the island.

The female warriors raised their arms as harsh winds and heavy tides bashed against them. Irelia squinted before her eyes widened. Within the midst of the sailing seas, she spotted Kisame. His eyes were filled with a lust for blood as he sprang from the wave and launched at Ahri.

Irelia wove her blades and blocked the strike that would have cleaved off Ahri's skin had it landed. The Will of Blades released an Ionian curse. How could one man hold such strength in his grip? Truly, these S-rank warriors were meant to be feared. However, she shivered when she saw Kisame smirk. Then a shadow loomed over her which caused her to look up to see a clone of the swordsman bearing down upon her.

The clone swung its blade as well, but then came a harsh kick from Fiora that blasted the clone away. In addition, the real Kisame was forced away when Akali rained down a hail of kunai over his position when Ahri moved away from the area.

Akali tried for a punch, but the S-rank nin easily moved out of the way and kicked her past her teammates. A grunt of pain, she spun her body and landed a few feet away from them.

"Alright, ladies! Let's see how you handle this! "Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave)," Kisame hollered as he slammed his hands on the ocean surrounding them.

Suddenly, Flora, Ahri, Irelia, and Akali watched in shock as the waters became angry. A great, vengeful tide sprung up from the depth of the underworld and towered over them.

"By the Great Spirits!" Irelia thought to herself.

Fiora widened her eyes as did Ahri and Akali.

"Fall back!" Irelia shouted as the four female warriors sucked in their legs and jumped back as far as they could.

Kisame cackled as he watched them flee like cowards. Where did they think they could go? He was going to drown them all and leave them as shark food. Who could stop him?!

Unfortunately, Kisame received his answer when he saw his jutsu collide with a blade of white, divine fire that burned the water into steam almost instantly. The waves crashed off to the side protecting the four women from Runeterra from the mighty attack.

The cause for this interference floated down from the sky. Hoshigaki watched Naruto flap his draconic wings as he looked at the nin with malice. The blonde then charged for the Akatsuki member. Naruto threw out a punch that Kisame easily dodged. However, due to his small size, the Kyuubi jinchuuriki landed his hand on Kisame' shoulder. He then spun his body to attempt a kick for his enemy.

The shark man jumped over the kick which also released a blast of white fire into the aimless air. Anger filled Kisame's body. Was he actually having some type of fair, equal fight against a small brat and four bitches?! This joke wasn't even funny!

Kisame grabbed Samehada and swung for Naruto. The young dragon ducked beneath the blade before a harsh kick landed across his face. He stumbled back and wiped his chin from a slip of blood that fell down.

A deep growl, Naruto focused as much divine magic into his fist as he could before he fired it forward. Kisame raised up Samehada. He grinned as the boy's fist slammed against the blade's body. Whatever this weird energy was, it wouldn't be long until Samehada sucked it all up.

"KREAEAEAEAEEAEAEEEEE" Samehada screamed in pain which shocked Kisame as a blast of dragon magic flew from Naruto's fist which utterly shocked Kisame. So shocked was he that he didn't even fully register the force behind the attack when carried him off the wave they had been fighting on.

As he sailed through the air, the shark man found his leg tied by the wires of the Nuibari. Then, Kisame remembered pain. He remembered lots of pain. He remembered a FUCKTON of pain as his body was engulfed in the divine flames of Naruto's. It was like he could feel his very soul burning into ashes as he dropped into the water.

Naruto floated down to the surface of the tides. His four warriors stayed off to the side and observed. While Fiora and Ahri had dealt with some jutsu, they had not seen ones with such destructibility. Now, it was all of their time to observe how the people from Naruto's world dealt with them.

With his perception, Naruto could see Kisame beneath the waves. Suddenly, Naruto widened his eyes as he felt the ocean shift angrily. A beastly growl, he backflipped and dodged a massive shark made of the water they all stood on.

As soon as he landed, another shark exploded out from beneath the depths. It's maw opened as if to try and devour him whole. The other shark charged at him as well. The blonde jonin, filled with the magic of his father's homeland, forced his fist below the sea and pumped a blast of chakra and magic into it. Pillars of light exploded from beneath their frame. Each pillar struck the two sharks as Kisame appeared behind Naruto. With Samehada in his hands, he swung for the young dragon.

Naruto covered his body with his wings as he felt the earthshaking blow of Kisame's strength. The young boy was launched across the sea as Kisame flew through handsigns.

"Suiton: Suikōdan No Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique)," Kisame shouted as he slammed his hands on the surface of the country's oceans. A massive shark launched out when it reached Naruto's position. He opened his wings and flew into the air before he dove straight for Kisame's body.

The Nuibari in his arms, Naruto lit its wires with fire. Like a descending spiraling pillar of flame from the clouds, the tip of the Kyuubi jinchuuriki's blade and the blue-skinned man's sword crashed together. Kisame laughed. "You got a lot of pep for shark bait. It's a shame I have to kill you!" he spoke.

"I'll be sure to take care of Samehada after I've left nothing of your corpse, shark!" Naruto returned. The two smiled as the former swung at the latter with his fist. Naruto moved his head to the left before he doubled over as a foot planted itself into his stomach. However, before the force could knock him away, the young dragon grabbed the missing-nin's leg and swung his body to land an upward kick into Kisame's jaw. Once again, the shark man felt the reserves of his chakra diminish. What the hell was going on here?

Kisame staggered back and rubbed his chin while Naruto landed. The young dragon slowly panted. "Feeling winded, aren't ya brat? Do you feel the chakra being sucked out of you! That would be Samehada, my shark skin! It cuts and devours chakra! The longer you fight me, the more you'll suffer!" he exclaimed.

Naruto smirked. "Oh really? So those screams I heard from your blade were really me suffering? Don't kid yourself! Your blade can't handle my kind of power!" he said. In a burst of speed, the young jonin appeared in front of the S-rank nin. He cocked his fist back and buried it into Samehada's sharkskin body.

"KREHEHAAHEE!" Samehada screamed as its entire body was encased in white fire that burned the white wrappings away revealing the writhing body of the blade of the Mist in utter agony.

Kisame growled and jumped back while Samehada whimpered. "It hurts? What do you mean it's not chakra?" the shark nin asked as he watched Naruto slap his hands together. He then inhaled and a sea of beautiful colored flames expelled from his mouth and over the face of the waters.

Kisame slammed his hands on the water. "Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Encampment Wall)," he shouted as the waves grouped around him and shot up in a large defensive wall to protect him and Samehada. The flames crashed against the roaring tide. He could see nothing past the array of colors that filled his eyes.

"What kind of boy is this?!" Kisame asked. However, he was unable to relax as he saw four figures get bigger and bigger. It didn't take him long to find out who they were when Fiora's rapier pierced his defensive water technique. Akali landed inside and wrapped her Kama around the handle of his blade.

She then hopped into the air and fired a kick towards the shark nin. Kisame blocked her attack with his other arm, but he noticed that left him exposed to Ahri. He quickly substituted with a stray log he had found in the bottom of the ocean.

Kisame jumped out of his jutsu, but he noticed Irelia already waiting for him. The five blades of her Xan family clashed off the body of Samehada. Irelia wove her arms and legs as a repeated assault of blades forced him to block each one like a never-ending assault of rain upon him.

The two crashed on top of the Wave's ocean and Kisame rolled out of the way from a leg drop courtesy of the Will of Blades. A frustrated growl, Kisame slapped his hands together.

"Suiton: Kyosuiryūdan No Jutsu (Water Release: Colossal Water Dragon Bullet Technique)," Kisame shouted as he clapped his hands together. Suddenly, a massive squall of water shot into the air and formed two ferocious dragons ready to destroy the blue-skinned man's enemies.

The four ladies watched in shock of the dragons set to devour them. Akali felt a bead of sweat fall down her face. Now she understood what Naruto meant when he said Ionia would not stand against such a force as these shinobi of his homeworld. And this was only one of them.

The four dashed back as Naruto held out his hand "You dare summon dragons in front of me. Your insolence knows no bounds. Very well, I shall use the energy of my mother's homeland to satisfy you!" he spoke as Kisame expressed genuine surprise as a red cloak of chakra surrounded his glowing white form and dragon wings.

"The boy is a jinchuuriki?!" Kisame questioned before his eyes squinted as he watched Fiora, Irelia, Akali and Ahri pour divine magic into his body.

"Hẽốm: Ōn (Divine Magic: Single Fire Burst)," Naruto spoke as a blast of white fire expelled from his open. However, unlike what Kisame had been used to seeing, this one was more refined. A concentrated beam of light that bashed against the water jutsu and pierced through it like a sharp knife through butter. With enough registered sense, Kisame dodged the strike as it grazed the side of his cheek. His eyes followed it as it sailed into the overgrowth of trees at the far end of the bridge.

What followed next would be engraved in Kisame's mind for many years as a massive explosion rocked the ocean, the trees, the bridge, and everyone standing in their immediate vicinities as a monolith of bright flames burst from the ground and into the sky parting the clouds and revealing the sun in all its splendor.

Kisame stood silently as he touched his cheek. It was hot. It was also really wet. When he looked at his hand, he saw enough blood to make anyone go sick. Thanks to the chakra from Samehada, his wound already started to heal and close, but the burning of his skin made him grit his teeth behind his closed mouth.

"I see. Uzumaki Naruto, I will remember your name, and I will remember the faces of your friends," Kisame said. He then sucked in his legs and vanished in a surprising speed.

"UGH!" Akali groaned as the others turned around. They saw Kisame bury his fist in the Fist of Shadow's stomach before he swung on Samehada and delivered a chakra-empowered kick to Irelia's face. Before Ahri and Fiora could react, he grabbed Samehada once again. He appeared behind Ahri and smirked.

"You're the source of his powers aren't you, Kyuuubi no Yoko-chan?" he asked as he raised Samehada overhead. It would hurt his blade, but if he could incapacitate the Kyuubi then the brat's power should drop off almost immediately.

As the blue-skinned nin swung his sword down, Ahri was pushed out of the way as Fiora parried the strike with her rapier. "Ugh! His strength is even greater than Garen's! What kind of monsters live in this world?!" Fiora thought as she released more of the divine magic in her lungs to compensate for her disadvantage in strength. Even still, she found her legs buckling as she knelt down.

As much as it pained Kisame, he tried to ignore Samehada's screams while the unknown energy burned its skin and seared its very sentient soul. Thankfully, whether for Fiora or the shark-skin blade, Naruto kicked Kisame away which caused him to backflip. He then sped through some handsigns and clapped his hands.

"Suiton: Tajū Ameshikō (Suiton: Multiple Four Sharks)," Kisame called as a load of water flew into the air and sprayed over their battlefield in the form of hundreds of coming water-formed predators of the sea. Kisame sported a mad grin on his face, but that wouldn't last for very long before a loud boom assaulted his ears as each water shark was shot down by several powerful arrows.

Looking up, Kisame had just enough time to put Samehada over his body as a hailstorm of arrows rained down upon him. "KreeeeeeeeeeeeAAAAAAH!" Samehada screamed as it felt the same burning of white fire as Ashe fired frost arrow after frost arrow, each one filled with enough magic to puncture a kingdom wall.

"Grrrr, you're all annoying me!" Kisame shouted as he slammed the water and raised up a makeshift water shield that blocked Ashe's volleys until he sunk beneath the waves,

The area was quiet. Nothing but the sound of falling rain came upon them.

SPLASH

Fiora, Ahri, Irelia, and Akali watched Naruto fall to his knees and pant. "Naruto! Are you alright?" Irelia asked.

"D-D-Don't…talk," He wheezed as he tried to focus on keeping the Kyuubi's chakra and his divine magic compatible with each other. Heh, divine magic and unholy chakra trying to work well together. It sounded like a fool's dream.

"I hope Evelynn completes her assignment soon," Naruto thought before they all heard a rumbling beneath the sea. The Kyuubi jinchuuriki steadied his breaths as his magic and chakra remained in harmony for the moment.

The group of five watched a large tidal wave speed towards their location. A deep growl, Naruto raised his scaly chakra-cloaked arm and roared as he swung his arm down. The gusting force behind his swing clashed against the making it crash against itself.

Then, Kisame appeared in the middle of the group with a dark gleam in his eye. He raised his blade to cleave Naruto in half. As he swung it down, Naruto turned around and grabbed the blade with his hand and cocked his right fist. He then buried it in Kisame's stomach before he sent the Akatsuki members into the air.

The young dragon then sucked in his legs and charged for the adult ninja leaving the others to observe in awe as Naruto and Kisame traded blows left and right. Each strike was like ten drums in the air banging against each other. Kisame swung his left fist at Nauto's face and the blonde dodged it while he spread out his wings to allow him to return with a heavy kick. Kisame raised his leg and blocked the attack.

The two shinobi landed back on the water, but their blows did not cease. So viciously did they attack each other that the very waters themselves began to push away from them as if to not interfere in the space that they stood.

"Tch, what kind of aura is this? I can't even get close to it!" Akali thought as the four watched Kisame slam his fist against Naruto's cheek while the young dragon bashed his dragon claws into Kisame's stomach. Both spat out gobs of blood. Naruto could feel his chakra draining with each strike and Kisame could feel his soul burning to cinders with each touch.

If one had to ask Kisame how he felt at the moment, then he would tell anyone that this was what he had been waiting for. This was the fight that got his blood going. Finally, he had someone that he could go as hard as he desired. Every strike was filled with pain and every blow was taken without pause. Never in the Akatsuki member's life did he think that he would be given his challenge in the form of a thirteen-year-old boy.

"Kuso! I've hit him so many times! How much chakra do I have to burn away before he goes down?!" Naruto exclaimed. It wasn't enough. More power! Naruto needed more power! GIVE HIM MORE POWER!

Naruto's fist connected with Kisame's face and he launched the S-rank nin away. The Swordsman of the Mist rubbed his cheek. "Kehahahaahaha, not bad Uzumaki Naruto! You're worth cutting down!" Kisame exclaimed before he saw a second chakra tail form from Naruto's backside.

No wait, even more than that, the blonde's face had changed. His mouth lengthened outwards like a beast's. His teeth were like those of a lion and his skin shined like a thousand precious stones. His once human fleshy arms turned white with dragon scales and his legs were no different. His clothes were blown off his body as the scales over the whole of his body. Dragon feelers sprouted on top of his forehead and a dragon's tail.

Kisame, Ashe, Ahri, Irelia, Fiora, and Akali squinted at the harshness of the light that could penetrate even the darkest caves. In their eyes, they all saw a young drake surrounded in a red fox cloak of chakra with two tails finishing off its form.

"Ahri, you're changing!" Irelia exclaimed which startled the other three. They turned to the Nine-tailed Fox and they all saw the orbs of magic rising from the trees, leaves, water, and air around her. The flaming embers of her tails soaked up each orb that sailed near the Elder. Her tails turned into soft ethereal colors of fur while her hair turned a deep shade of violet. A small crown appeared on her forehead as if the young dragon had deigned that all spirits of the forest were to respect her authority. A deep sense of connection to the earth filled her. This power…it was not like what she had handled before. It was much purer than the last time.

Soon everyone was shaken by a bellowing roar. The girls turned back to see Naruto lower his stance from two legs to four. Then, he vanished. The only indication that he was even at his previous spot was the loud boom of the waves when he left.

The young chakra-coated drake appeared behind a startled Kisame. "He got behind me that fast?!" The Akatsuki member gawked before he felt a swipe of chakra, magic, and utter pain across his cheek. For once in his life, Kisame wondered if absorbing chakra was one of his weaknesses. Because he had absorbed some of the monster's chakra, he had also absorbed the magic tied to it. That magic hurt worse than any living pain he could have ever endured.

Kisame didn't remember much of what happened after that. He did, however, remember feeling himself ragdoll as he skipped across the waters of Wave like a stone. As soon as he got up, he widened his eyes when he felt a surge of pressure behind him. When he turned, all he could see were the fiery eyes of some deity that had graced the Elemental Nations.

"GRAOWAEWOAR!" Naruto roared as he swung his claws for Kisame. The blue-skinned man cursed as he grabbed the wild dragon's fist. An explosion of magic and chakra followed after as the young dragon swung his other claw. Kisame blocked that as well and gripped his fingers with the scaly dragon.

The group of females warriors and even those fighting on the bridge stopped as everyone bore witness to the crashing waves and violent storms in the sky. A pillar of light blasted into the sky and parted the clouds as Naruto and Kisame split the watery depths in a collision of constantly overwhelming chakra, magic, and force that made Sakura, Kakashi, Sasuke, and the others scream as trees were torn from their roots.

Circles and seals of light, each as precious and glimmering with the stars as the last, formed between the pillar of light as the sun and moon revealed themselves. Those on Runeterra, and even in the Elemental Nations, felt the ground shake as the sands in Sunagakure blew violently. The mountains in Iwagakure rumbled as people screamed from falling stones. The clouds in Kumogakure thundered and struck with lightning. The shores of Kirigakure flooded as waves crashed against homes and structures. The trees of Konohagakure blew away as tornadoes to turned them all away as shinobi scrambled to contain the almost divine spectacle happening before them.

In Ionia, men and women gasped as spirits sung high praises of the Last Light Dragon. Those in their homes fell to their knees and bowed their heads as they praised the Savior of Ionia and Navori.

Nations such as Demacia, Noxus, and even the Freljord felt the ground beneath their feet crumble as buildings once thought holy and honored were destroyed like nothing more than common households. And those who sit at the base of Mount Targon, many would tell their children of the day that mountain glowed with the brilliance of a thousand stars and moon.

Yet, perhaps even more for the nation of Demcia than anyone. People stared in shock as hundreds, thousands, perhaps even millions, across its grand territories from noble families such as the Crownguards, the Laurents, the Lightshields, and many more down to lowly commoner households found their bodies glowing with magic as the armor they prided themselves on for so long became cracked and crumbled into pieces. The shock was more than enough to kill the hearts of many men and women when even...the King of Demacia himself was revealed to be glowing with a body naturally and spiritually attuned to magic as well. For once, the nation of Demacia shuddered with fear and worry of what this meant.

Meanwhile, Kisame felt blood fall from the side of his mouth as he stared into the glaring eyes of the Last Light Dragon. As he held the boy's claws in his hands, the Akatsuki members snarled as the veins in his forehead popped! What the hell kind of jinchuuriki was this?!

"YOU! You're just a damn brat! I am the person your parents tell stories about to keep brats like you in line! I will not be overwhelmed, certainly not by a preadolescent boy like you! I AM KISAME HOSHIGAKI!" Kisame hollered within his mind as the dragon's grip got harder as they pushed the waves away and stood on the very bottom of the earth that had been drowned.

As soon as they stepped on dry land, the ground began to give way under their feet. Hoshigaki could feel his very body burning into ashes the longer he held the former blonde. Samehada wouldn't shut up as it writhed in utter agony of its soul being devoured and Kisame was no different! But, was he, an S-rank shinobi, who had kissed death so many times and come out victorious, who had slain armies of shinobi and rumored beasts, supposed to concede like this? Concede to a damn brat still old enough to be wearing diapers? HOW COULD HE STOMACH THE SHAME?!

Kisame raised a kick, but Naruto blocked that with an easily elevated knee. The two clashed over and over as splashes of chakra and magic sprawled over the ocean. Dammit, Kisame couldn't even find the concentration to merge with Samehada. The environment was perfect, but the unbearable pain inflicted upon his soul and his spirit made it all but impossible for him to focus. It took all his power just to not be overwhelmed. Even worse than that, he didn't know how but…just touching the boy was draining his chakra almost as fast as rain fell down from the sky. He could feel it being sucked out of him like a sponge on a wet counter.

The blue-skinned swordsman could feel his strength fading as Naruto slowly began to take control. "What the hell are you, boy?!" Kisame asked as the young jonin's growl deepened. If the former could see himself, then he would have seen the smile stretching to rip his face apart. Was…was he actually going to die here?

Suddenly, Kisame was aware of a dark figure swimming towards them. Impossible! How could someone withstand a pressure like this?!

His answer was received when out of the waters came Ahri with a magic orb of pure light. Kisame tried to move, but Naruto's grip still kept him in place. He couldn't form a handsign!

"HA!" Ahri shouted as she slammed her orb into the Akatsuki member's chest. Some semblance of humanity still existed in Naruto's mind because he chose that time to let go which fired Kisame out of the sunken hole he and the blonde had made. He groaned from the burning pain as he was fired into the air.

Ahri landed next to Naruto before she quickly kissed his cheek and dashed after his enemy. Meanwhile, Naruto opened his wings and flew out before the waves threatened to consume him. Granted, they wouldn't have done much damage, but he'd have a bit of a hard time flying otherwise.

As Kisame sailed through the air, he noticed Fiora, her rapier ready, gliding on the swords of Irelia towards his position. "Prepare yourself!" Fiora said as she appeared in front of him. Kisame tried to raise Samehada to block, but he found no strength in his arms. He only felt pain when his torso was sliced open from Fiora's blade. She then swung her elegant frame and kicked him back down.

As he continued to fall, Akali came up to him and threw a kick, then a punch, then another kick. Over and over she assaulted him as more of his absurdly large chakra reserves were drained as he pulled his arms up for any feeble defense that he could muster.

As Akali kicked him further down, the last thing the former shinobi of Kiri felt was more pain as a multiple of arrows and blades pierced and exploded his body courtesy of the Avarosan Queen and the Will of Blades. Without a word, Kisame fell into the ocean with a small splash as Ashe readied another arrow and the four others landed with Naruto.

Slowly, Kisame pulled himself out of the water. His Akatsuki robes were torn and blood spilled from his body in more places than he wished to count. He could barely stand and he felt like he was going to pass out from the pain inflicted upon him. Even now, he wondered about a possible escape option. Rest assured, Uzumaki Naruto, Kisame was never going to forget this.

However, the blue-skinned man felt a sudden influx of energy. He noticed the four girls supplying their young dragon with more magic as he opened his mouth. Hoshigaki knew what was coming. Another one of those deadly precise beams of fire that had caused the explosion earlier.

He chuckled. "If every jinchuuriki can do this, then I don't think ten of us is enough," he said as a large beam of white filled his vision.

Another thunderous explosion rocked the very lands and waves as everyone looked on. Naruto painfully roared like a beast as his chakra cloak slowly vanished. The two tails that had been formed were gone and slowly he started to turn back into his human form. His wings retracted and his scaly skin seeped back into his body.

As his body turned to normal, Fiora, Ahri, Irelia, and even Akali blushed when they...forgot that their young dragon's clothes had been…torn apart when he transformed. This naturally left him rather...exposed.

"Hmm, not bad," Akali thought.

"Oh…," said Irelia.

"Oh my," Ahri thought as she covered her mouth. A shame the blonde wasn't of proper age yet. At the very least his lower half seemed to be.

"Ridiculous! How long are you three planning to stare? Have you no shame if it was you?" Fiora asked as she closed her eyes and took off her Demacian shoulder cape. She then wrapped it around his pelvis living the young boy at least some type of dignity as he groaned.

"What happened?" he asked.

"N-Nothing! You must have passed out after we finished the battle," Irelia said.

Naruto raised an eyebrow when he noticed the flushed faces of those around him. He then looked down and sighed. "I hate today," He thought as he was helped to his feet.

However, the five suddenly felt a mysterious pressure as they noticed the sound of careful steps. They turned in the direction of the noise and a chill ran down their shoulders as they saw a man a bit shorter than Kisame drop the later down. Naruto gritted his teeth. No. No. No. No. No!

"Thanks, Itachi. I would have been a goner if not for you," Kisame panted as Naruto stared just below the eyes of the murderer of the Uchiha clan. The girls did the same. They had seen the memories of what the Sharingan could do from the readings Naruto had done when he was younger. Such a fearsome technique.

"Can you still fight Kisame?" Itachi asked.

"Nah. Brat's way tougher than even I expected. Don't tell me you're going to fight," he returned.

Itachi stared at the group for a little while before he closed his eyes. "There is no point," he answered.

Before Kisame could ask why a shout came along the bridge.

"GATO IS KILLED! HIS BODY IS IN THE STREETS!" the sounds of cheering civilians came over the mist.

Kisame grumbled and sighed. "Ah, a failure. No point in fighting if the fucker's bit the dust. I bet that brat planned this too," he continued.

Itachi turned around. "It doesn't matter. We're leaving," he spoke, his voice cold.

"Gotcha. I've had enough fighting to last a week," Kisame said.

The mist grew even denser as Naruto and Itachi stared at each other before there was nothing left to see. When the mist clear, the two S-rank shinobi were gone. Naruto fell to his knees and exhaled.

"I'm never taking C-rank missions again," He said as he stared at his reflection in the water.
