A/N: Possible one shot, depending on if I get anymore idea of where to take this :) Enjoy!

"You're impossible!"

"That's who I am, witch! You should know this by now!"

The woman opposite him let out a frustrated scream, and the lamp beside him shattered, light bulb popping, and the fireplace behind him roared to life.

"I could actually burn you right now!"

The blue eyed vampire just smirked and sauntered over to the fiery witch, baby blues searching deep forest greens. "Come on, Bon Bon. We both know that you wouldn't do it. Not really."

"Don't you come near me right now!" Bonnie snapped, holding her arms away from his grasp. "Move."

"What was I supposed to do when that guy was practically eye undressing and eye fucking you?"

"Not threaten to pull his spinal cord from his eyes. Or threaten to break every bone and feed him his intestines."

"Okay. So it was a bit much. But you know me, Bennett. I'm territorial." He smirked.

"Jealous ass."

"No. Territorial. Jealousy is what I had with my brother. Wanting what wasn't mine. Territorial is protecting what I already have."

"And a smart ass too. Wow the list is endless with you." She spoke sarcastically.

He knew she had calmed down a little. She wasn't looking at him ready to dismember him slowly anymore, but she was still pissed and he knew it. He could practically taste the magic crackling from her, prickling and waiting to lash out. Slowly he reached forward and gently grabbed her shoulders, moving his hands slowly down her arms until her hands were in his, fingers sliding softly down the sleeves over her dress. "C'mon Bon. You can't stay mad forever."

"I can try."

"And you'd fail." He stepped to close the space between them. "You could never stay mad long."

Bonnie sighed, defeated. "Damon..."

"I hate you."

His arms encircled her waist, holding her against him, inhaling the pomegranate scent of her shampoo and her natural honey scent. "No you don't."

Bonnie made a sound of disagreement, her eyes closing as her head rested against his chest, her arms around his neck.

"I can't promise I won't screw up again, or that I won't wanna kill every other man who looks in your direction." He spoke. "But you know how I love, witch. Completely, unreservedly, and devoted. That I can promise you."

She smiled at his words, and she tilted her head to look up at him. "I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Good. I love you."

"I love you too." She beamed at him.

He bent his neck to softly capture her lips with his in a kiss which she'd reciprocated. The couple separated after several minutes, he figured she would need to breathe.

"How the hell did I get so lucky with you?" Damon said.

"We did die together." Bonnie smiled up at him. "I don't die with just anyone you know."

"And you're not gonna do it again. Not for a long time." He smirked, lowering his head to her neck, fangs descending and softly grazing along her pulse point, sending her heart racing and her breath shuddering.

"I promise." She whispered, her eyes closing. "Damon Salvatore you drive me crazy."

"That's not all I do, is it." He smirked again. "You should really learn how to control yourself." The comment earned a blush. "The things I could do to you right now."

The young Bennett witch purred in his ear. "What's stopping you?" Her hands started to travel down the front of his shirt.

"Nothing at all, witch." He flashed her a wicked grin, throwing her over his shoulder and he sped upstairs to his bedroom, Bonnie's laughter echoing through the empty boarding house.
