Wrapping a blanket around your body, you still shivered. For some reason, the TARDIS had lost its heating. You were freezing no matter how many layers you had on.
Stepping into the console room, you could see a pair of red chucks pointing out from underneath the console. Their owner was desperately trying to fix the heating, the sparks and mumbles of frustration confirmed it.
'Oh come on!' The Doctor complained, as another spark flew.
'Doctor, I know it's not your fault, but I'm kind of cold here' you spoke up, as you flopped down on the jump seat, cocooned up in the blanket you had brought in with you.
'I know you are Y/N. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm trying to fix the heating' The Doctor replied soothingly, popping his head up from underneath, his hair was all ruffled and his glasses were askew on his face. His face turned into a look of concern as you coughed and started to shiver violently.
'Y/N are you okay?' He asked, lifting himself up and racing to your side. He knelt down and placed his hand on your shoulder.
'Yeah, just freezing'
'Oh, Y/N ,why didn't you just ask?' He asked, a small smile on his face.
'You need to keep warm, and I'm the best person for doing so' he said, wrapping his arms around you in a tight hug, his warmth radiating through your body.
'I'll keep you warm' he soothed as he held you close, you soon forgetting the coldness in that blue box.
You felt warmth instead.
