"You're hurt," her eyes filled with concern.

"It's just a scratch," Lance said nonchalantly.

"Your arm is bleeding for goodness sake."

"I didn't know you cared about me that much Sonia."

"Who said that I cared about you?" She tried to deny it.

"Your action says otherwise," he smirked.

"Stay here, I will be back."

It didn't take that long for her to return with a first aid kit. To her surprise, he was still sitting on the bench. I thought he would be gone by the time I got back.

Without a second thought, she sat down beside him and started cleaning up the wound first. She then wraps his left arm with a bandage.

Once she was done, Sonia looked up to finding him smiling at her.

"It's unusual for you to smile," she said.

"I heard you let some guy kiss you," he was far from please.

"You shouldn't believe in false rumours."

"That's good to hear."

"Why do you look relief?"

She was taken aback when she felt his lips pressed against hers.

I can't believe this is happening. Lance is kissing me. I feel breathless and overwhelmed every time he would deepen the kiss.

She was the first one to break the kiss.

"Why?" She looked ever so confused.

"It's my way of thanking you Sonia," he was clearly amused.

"Is this how you thank other girls?"

"No there is no other girls, you're the only one that I truly love."

She blushed when he looked deeply into her eyes.

"What? You love me?"

"It's always been you Sonia," he spoke with sincerity.

It touched her heart that he felt the same. Not that she admit it to him.

"Why are you staring at me?" She looked rather shy.

"I could get lost in your beautiful eyes," he said flirtatiously.

"Stop it."

Without any warning, he embraced her tightly.

"What do you think you're doing?" She was flustered by his bold action.

"I'm not going to let go until you go out with me."

"You can't be serious? You have to let me go eventually." Her face was heating up from the closeness.

Two hours had passed, he still had his arms around her.

"Fine, I will go out with you."

"I'm glad to hear that my Sonia."

"I'm going home now."

He grabbed her hand and held it. She sweat dropped when he followed her.

Sonia smiled warmly at Lance, which melted his heart.
