Okay, this comment infuriated me enough that I felt compelled to respond. In reference to me pointing out that Tiergan and Prentice totally date(d) last chapter.

Prentice was married and then had his mind broken for 12 years. He mainly stayed in seclusion with Wylie after he got healed, and Tiergan resides in Solreef. How the heck could he be gay?

What the heck even is this argument?

1. I literally said I thought he was bi, you moron. Last I heard, being attracted to multiple genders means (gasp) you can get married to more than one gender! Plus, gay men do sometimes get married to women.

2. Having his mind broken doesn't change his orientation? I'm so confused? Like clearly it's an impairment to his relationships but how would that change his sexuality? I went (almost) twelve years without knowing I was gay, forgetting that for twelve years doesn't mean he can't (re)discover his homosexuality and maybe not "what it's totally platonic" affection for his bestie.

3. """Mainly stays in seclusion with Wylie"""- ah yes, you know, after my best friend of probably centuries came back from over a decade of being in a coma and spent all his time with my adopted son, I would never ever visit.

4. Tiergan resides in Solreef. I know quarantine has done a number on all our minds, but you can have a partner who does not live in your house. You can like. Go other places. KOTLC doesn't have coronavirus, yall. They can visit each other and maybe sometimes smooch.

So yeah, results are in. You can have your personal opinions if you want, but there's nothing in canon saying that Prentice is straight. Sure, he liked a woman- that doesn't eliminate him also liking men. The only real reason you would view him as straight with no sexuality evidence either way is because you view heterosexuality as the human default, a common tool in the alienation of queer kids. And even if you view him as straight, why take the time out of your day to lecture someone who thought differently? Why does the thought of Prentice being bisexual bother you so much? It costs zero dollars to let people have different headcanons because, surprise! Humanity is not a hivemind! Sorry my writing doesn't conform to your sensitive heteronormative ideals.
