Oh my god, I am so very sorry everyone for the extremely long delay this chapter took. I know it sucks but the only thing I can offer to you all my valuable readers and supporters is my heartfelt apologies on how long this took. Real life just wont let me work on this. However I'm at least happy that I was able to finally scrounge up some time to finally finish this chapter and I hope it will be worth the wait. I won't delay it any further so lets get on with the story.

"I will finish you all off in 20 seconds"

Issei made this promise to his enemies. If this were anybody else, people would have scoffed at the obvious bluff stated. However, this was from Issei and everyone knew he had the strength to back up his claim. Issei had even undergone some kind of transformation. He had turned into his dragonoid form. While not as ferocious as his true dragon form, this state granted him greater strength and defense compared to his human form. Plus, it was enough to scare the living shit out of his enemies as shown by his enemies recoiling out of fear at the sight of him. Even Valper and Dr. Stylish started sweating bullets wondering whether or not Kokabiels plan against this beast was even going to work. Kokabiel himself could be seen starting to shake. Everyone thought that he might have been scared of his wits but then he burst out laughing.

"Hahahahahahaha" No one understood why he was laughing. Had he simply lost the plot? He was crazy to begin with so it is possible that this is the case. Kokabiel then proceeded to clap his hands.

Clap Clap

"Impressive! Truly impressive! If anyone else had the gall to say such a thing in front of a such a force, I would think they were bluffing however you are indeed a beast who is powerful enough to follow up on that threat. In fact, I do believe you could pretty much destroy us as fast as I could destroy the little devils behind you. Also, as much as I hate to admit it, you are indeed stronger than I am so I don't doubt that I would lose to you." Kokabiel shook his head.

Rias and the others looked extremely confused at Kokabiels attitude. He looked far to calm for someone who just admitted that he would get defeated by Issei. This wasn't the attitude of someone with a defeated mentally. Something was wrong and even Issei had a bad feeling about this.

Kokabiel continued. "However my friend, did you really think I didn't account for you in my plans? I may be a warmonger but im not an idiot. If you did think this then you must have severely underestimated me. Although I guess that is indeed the privilege that only the strong can hold and you are also very young so I can't fault you for that but I've lived through the Great War with centuries of experience so I know the importance of strategy especially when it comes to dealing with a monster out of my league. I nor my colleagues possess the power necessary to deal with you which is why I hired the services of someone who will be able to." Kokabiel stated before snapping his finger and activating a massive summoning circle in the air. Everyone looked up in worry. Soon a massive figure could be seen appearing from the circle before he plummeted into the ground causing a huge impact. Issei spread his wings to ensure those behind him wouldn't get swept up by the shockwave produced. Simply landing caused such destruction. He wondered what the hell it was that Kokabiel summoned.

Soon the dust cleared and from it emerged a hulking monstrosity that appeared to be humanoid in shape but with the head of a crocodile. His body was covered in scales, green in the back and pale tan in the front. His beady, yellow-orange eyes seem to glow with pure rage. Each limb has only four digits, all with sharp, black claws. He has a long, crocodilian tail. He was lightly armored save for a few armor pieces all across his body. The weapon he wielded was one Issei had never before seen. It looked like a crescent shaped axe but it was absolutely huge and this beast I able to wield with a single arm.

"Please allow me to introduce you the Butcher of the Sands, Renekton"

Renekton then looked towards them "So, where is my prey?" Everyone could barely move under the gaze of those monstrous eyes. It exuded so much bloodlust that it was a miracle that they hadn't fainted yet. All it took was one look for Rias and the others to understand that they stood no chance against that monster. Even Issei had to admit that the monster in front of him felt incredibly strong. He was definetly stronger than Tannin and Tiamat combined.

Matsuda Boosted Gear suddenly came to life.

["I can't believe it. IS that really you, Renekton"] Ddraig inquired. Renekton looked towards the boosted Gear with a grin.

"Well if it isn't the mighty Red Dragon Emperor Ddraig. It's been a while hasn't it?"

"Wait, you know this monster?" Matsuda yelled out at Ddraig.

["Yes, we met and fought in the past. Aside from Albion, He was probably the only one to have taken my ultimate breath and lived. Our fight ended in a draw due to that"] Ddraig revealed causing everyone to look in shock. Renekton simply grunted.

"For you to consider our fight a draw is nothing but an insult. I could barely fight after you used your breath attack. It was my defeat plain and simple. However instead of finishing me off, you simply walked away. That was the biggest insult that you could have done to someone like me. For a warrior, defeat means death and I had never been so humiliated in all my life. I trained immensely to gain the power to one day fight you to reclaim my honor yet you went ahead and got yourself sealed by these pathetic weaklings" Renekton pointed his axe towards the devils and fallen angels "How far you have you and Albion have fallen to the points of becoming nothing but the tools of humans who aren't even able to extract a fraction of your true strength. I Should know considering I've killed a few of your wielders." Everyone looked aide wide eyed at Renektons statement but none were more scared then Matsuda himself who was the current wielder of the Red dragon himself.

"Oy, D-Draig, is what he just said true?" Matsuda asked in a scared tone.

Ddraig sighed. ["Unfortunately, so. Several of my wielders had the unfortunate luck to come across him, either by accident or by choice and they were all slaughtered. All of you, by no means are you to engage against Renekton. He will kill you before you even get a chance to blink."] Ddraig warned everyone to steer clear of the massive crocodile. However, even without his warning, everyone knew they stood absolutely no chance against Renekton. Simply his murderous gaze was enough to freeze them in place and almost faint.

"Hahaha!" Renekton laughed "Good of you to notice. But if I wanted to kill them, I would have already shredded their fragile bodies to pieces but I am not interested in weaklings. No… I am here for a much more worthy prey" He looked towards Issei "I've witnessed your match against the devil bird and I could tell that you would make a worthy opponent. Even now, I can feel your power and you could easily deal with Kokabiel and his little minions. Oh yes, I can feel that this will be a glorious battle." Renekton smirked in anticipation for what he feels will be an amazing fight. Renekton had unleashed a massive killing intent towards Issei who had unleashed his own aura to counteract it. It was a good thing too otherwise his friends would have lost consciousness just by being hit with it. Poor Asia was trembling behind him. She had trained in using her dragon senses with Issei but this made it even worse for her since she could clearly feel the murderous intent behind Renekton gaze. It was a boon that everyone had trained with Issei so they had a bit of experience with dealing with someone exuding overwhelming might otherwise they would have succumbed long ago even with Issei's help.

Even Issei couldn't help but sweat a bit at Renekton's pressure. He had fought many strong opponents in his life. Tannin, Tiamat and especially his parents. In terms of power, Renekton easily exceeds Tannin and Tiamat but he knew that his parents were stronger than Renekton and the amount of pressure he felt from him was less compared than when he fought his parents. However, it is the intent that is exuded from Renekton that is completely different than anything he had ever faced from his parents. He could clearly feel the endless bloodlust and thirst for battle coming from Renekton. This wasn't going to be a spar like he was used to. This was going to be a fight where his life might be in peril. All the opponents he had faced were nothing compared to this behemoth. This reminded Issei of something his Sensei once told him.

'You are extremely strong Issei. I doubt there are many beings that would be able to pose a threat to you but there may come a day where you will face someone whose only goal is to fight and kill you. Their bloodlust will be directed at you and that is when you will face one of your toughest challenges yet. A fight to the death. You will understand what I mean when the time comes. Until then, I will help you train to ensure you are as ready as can be. Now, enough talking! Let's continue before Tannin starts nagging at me for taking to much time again!'

Now he finally understood what his sensei meant. The sheer amount of bloodlust radiating from Renekton was enough to send a chill down his spine. Ironically, this is what his enemies had felt when they faced him but Issei would probably never know that. Riser definitely felt like death had approached him after he insulted Akeno in front of Issei. In any case, Issei could sense that Renekton might be as strong as him and the current situation is not looking so good anymore. If he and Renekton started fighting here, many of his friends would be caught in the crossfire and he isn't confident that he would be able to protect them while simultaneously fighting against someone as powerful as Renekton. Plus, he heavily doubted that his opponent would care about endangering his allies so for the first time in a long time he really didn't know what to do. He severely underestimated Kokabiel's resourcefulness in gathering someone that could deal with him. At best, he thought that Kokabiel would set a trap for him in order to delay him as best as possible while he was employing his plan but he never expected someone of Renekton's caliber to appear.

'Damn it, why did mom and dad take today of all days to leave town' Issei yelled in his thoughts. If at least his mother or father were here, he could at least ask for their aid in secret to help protect everyone against Kokabiel while he deals with Renekton but unfortunately luck wasn't on his side today. His mother was in Tannins territory while his father was busy in the dimensional gap. It would take him at least 1 minute to go fetch one of them but he knew that that minute would spell the end for everyone here so now he was stuck thinking of a solution.

"How about we get things started dragon! But first, let's move to a different location."

"EH!" Issei was extremely shocked hearing Renekton proposing to move locations. If anything, everyone else was also shocked however Renekton clarified his intention.

"I want to battle at your best and it's easy to see that you will hold back in fear of hurting those pathetic insects behind you. There is no point to defeating an opponent who isn't giving their best which is why im telling you to move locations so we can get this battle started." While this solved one of Issei's dilemma since he was indeed concerned over the fact that he would not be able to fight at full strength without endangering Akeno and the others, it still posed another problem entirely. If he leaves to fight Renekton then the others will be overwhelmed against Kokabiel and his allies. They are easily outnumbered and he didn't think he would be able to deal with Renekton quickly and come back to help so he was in a bind. Of course, Issei wasn't the only one who had a problem with this as Kokabiel's subordinates also found it stupid for him to do so.

"Wait a moment!" An 8-winged fallen angel stepped forward and barked at Renekton "Why are you throwing away your advantage like that. We should fight him here where we can outnumber and kill him quickly." He didn't believe it was wise to give Issei an even fight. Unfortunately for him, this was the worst mistake he could have made and even Kokabiel understood what was coming.

"You fool!" was all Kokabiel muttered before a quick slashing sound was heard.

In an instant, the 8-winged fallen angel had been sliced into a million pieces including many unfortunate of Dr. Stylish soldiers that were caught in the crossfire. No one had seen anything except for Issei who had managed to catch Renekton swing with his enhanced senses. Even crazier was the massive slash crater that could be seen in the direction Renekton swung.

Rias and the others looked awestruck at the damage he had brought. What a monster!

"Oy Kokabiel!" Renekton glared at Kokabiel. "I would suggest you warn your pathetic minions not to raise their voices against me like I am one of your worthless subordinates. The next time this happens, I can promise you that I will tear you all apart limb from limb. You will all suffer terribly and feel pain like you never imagined. Do I make myself clear." Renekton unleashed a massive murderous intent towards Kokabiel who immediately sweated over such insane pressure.

"Of course. I had already warned my allies not to get in your way. For him to ignore my order simply meant he was an idiot so his death was warranted. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again" Kokabiel stated. The last thing he needed was to enrage this monster and have his plan backfire and have all of them killed. He needed Renekton to deal with Issei. As long as he did that that, the rest of the devils and exorcists would be easy pickings for him and his allies.

"Good!" Renekton then turned his attention back to Issei. "Now, how about we move along. I should warn you, I get very violent when I'm bored and that is not something you would want if you want to protect those weaklings behind you." Renekton smirked at Issei. Issei knew that the wisest choice would be to follow him and fight somewhere where their battle wouldn't hurt his friends. Issei nodded deciding to accept his offer however after that little example of power from renekton earlier, Akeno became extremely worried for her boyfriend.

"Issei!" she placed her hand on his shoulders, worried about his safety. Issei turned towards her, placed his hand on top of hers and smiled.

"Don't worry Akeno, I'll be fine."

Seeing this interaction gave Renekton an indication of what their relationship was.

"hahaha, is she your mate? I can't believe you would lower yourself to such a degree that you would mate with a weakling like that. She is beneath you and you insult your race by choosing someone like her." Renekton berated his poor choice of mates but this wasn't something Issei could stand as he unleashed his own murderous aura towards Renekton.

"How dare you insult her you miserable reptile." Issei bellowed at Renekton who smirked.

"Now that is more like it. I remember that you unleashed your fury when the little bird did the same thing. Good to know that you possess such raw strength. This is what I want. Unleash everything you have otherwise this fight will never be fun. Don't worry after I've killed you, I'll be sure to bring your severed head back to your mate." Renekton unleashed another wave of his fighting spirit which accidently caused Asia to release her wings. Not her devil wings but her dragon ones. Issei was shocked and covered her as quickly as he could but that moment was enough for Renekton and even Kokabiel to notice those wings and boy were they surprised.

"Well I'll be! Is that what I think it is?" Kokabiel stated not believing his eyes for a moment.

"Hahahaha now isn't this a rare sight! I cannot believe you've been harboring a Fairy Dragon of all things. Even I have to admit that I didn't see this coming. A shame she isn't strong. I've heard tales of the strength behind the original Fairy Dragon and I would love to clash with one to see if the tales are true. Perhaps if you become strong one day, I will come to test it but for now I'm only after you, Issei Hyoudou." Renekton stated looking at Issei.

"So I take it that means you will accept my proposal." Renekton was pleased and was ready to fight. Issei knew he had little choice but to follow him.

["Be very careful Issei. If there is one thing he and I share in common, it's that he gets stronger the longer the fight goes on so be prepared."] Ddraig shared some information about Renekton's power. The behemoth himself didn't seem to care that Ddraig was giving him information about him. All he cares about is the glorious fight that he is about to engage in with a worthy opponent after so long.

"Alright Ddraig. Thanks for the info but before I leave, I can't leave you guys to fight by yourselves." Issei said before summoning the dragon gate. The gate color shifted to aqua before a certain blue haired beauty came out of it. It was Tiamat whose back was currently to Renekton. She looked in front of her only to notice the hoards of enemies that had gathered here.

"It's been a while since you called me and I see you got yourself into more troublesome matters. I'm assuming you need my help in dealing with these guys" she pointed towards Kokabiel and the others.

Issei nodded "More or less but I need you to protect everyone here while I have to deal with a more troublesome foe." Issei explained.

"Oh? Someone who can give you pause! Who could that b…"

"Hahahaha, one surprise after another. If it isn't the Chaos Karma Dragon king herself Tiamat!"

Tiamat entire body froze when she heard that chilling voice.

"That voice… it cannot be!" She slowly turned around before she saw whom she dreaded.

"RENEKTON" She shouted before immediately shifting into her dragon form "What the heck are you doing here?" Everyone was surprised that she knew who he was.

"You met him before?" Issei inquired. Tiamat simply nodded never once removing her sight from the humanoid crocodile.

"We did fight before. Have you become any stronger since we last met Tiamat. I would hate for our reunion to end up like our last one, hahaha" Renekton bellowed.

"I am not to pleased to see you again but you still didn't answer my question. Why are you here in this city?" Tiamat glared at him but it didn't faze him.

"Simple. I'm here as a commission to kill the Crimson Calamity Dragon standing next to you" Renekton pointed towards Issei which caused Tiamat an insane amount of discomfort to hear that.

"What! Have you stooped so low as to become nothing but a mere servant to the fallen angels" Tiamat replied however this was not well received from Renekton who unleashed another burst of murderous intent towards Tiamat.

"Careful, you miserable flying lizard! The last time someone dared to open their mouth against me, I sent them to oblivion. You were fortunate enough to run away with your life the last time we faced so I would suggest to you watch your mouth before I decide to slice you to ribbons." Renekton threatened Tiamat after her remark. He will not tolerate anyone who dares insult him.

This time it was Issei who wasn't going to tolerate his threat.

"You aren't going to touch her!" he roared causing renekton to lift a brow.

"haha, is she also your mate as well! Well at least she is a far better choice compared to the weakling besides you. However it appears your taste in mates are poor. Why else would you choose someone obviously weaker than you and someone obsessed over the red dragon himself. What a poor miserable wench who cannot let go of her past." Renkton sneered at Tiamat who couldn't take it anymore.

"HOW DARE YOU!"

"WAIT TIAMAT DON'T" Issei tried to stop Tiamat but it was too late as her rage consumed her and she unleashed her full powered breath at Renekton who did not bother to even dodge. Soon, the attack hit him causing a massive explosion, sending debris flying everywhere. All the trees were instantly reduced to ash. Issei used his powers to protect everyone from the shockwaves and heat. Rias and the others prayed that Tiamats attack at least rendered the beast unable to fight but that was simply a useless dream.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Everyone could hear Renektons laugh resound throughout the field as he used his hand to disperse the smoke revealing that he had taken absolutely no damage from Tiamats attack. Everyone couldn't believe it. They knew that Tiamat was very powerful and for her to have dealt no damage. How powerful were Renektons defenses for him to have survived with no scratches whatsoever.

"Is this all the power you could muster Tiamat. You bring shame upon your title as the supposed Strongest Dragon king. These flames barely register as flames. Are you trying to freeze me to death? It seems you've barely gotten stronger since the last time we met. You aren't a worthy opponent that will satisfy me. Had I still been human then perhaps this would have been far more entertaining."

"Wait, you used to be human?" Matsuda exclaimed in shock.

"I used to be but I've ascended into a higher being. Why so shocked? Humans can be turned into devils and angels so why not Gods! Anyways I grow tired of this meaningless prattle. Its time to fight before I get bored. You don't want that because I get very violent when I'm bored and I'm very close to just killing everything in my path. Let's go now Calamity Dragon or we can fight right here. It makes no difference to me as I intend to slaughter all" Renekton threatened to kill everyone if he didn't get the battle he was promised. Whether everyone died or not mattered not to him.

"Fine, let's go!" Issei stated but Tiamat didn't want to let him go by himself. She knew of the terrifying strength Renekton possessed and despite knowing that issei was the son of 2 dragon gods, she knew it would be a tough fight.

"Let me go with you Issei. Renekton is extremely powerful and you will need help fighting him." Tiamat wanted to join him but he immediately shook his head.

"No Tiamat! I need you to stay here and help the others. Without me around, they would simply get overwhelmed by Kokabiel and the others. That is why I called you here. So please, for me, stay and protect everyone on my behalf." He pleaded with her to remain behind. Tiamat sighed in defeat. She couldn't say no when her mate was asking.

"Fine but make sure to stay safe and be careful. Renekton is a powerful foe and its possible his power has grown to rival the 2 heavenly dragons. Do not let your guard down for a second or you will be defeated" Tiamat advised Issei who nodded.

"I will and thanks. You also need to be careful. The enemy is numerous and I have no doubt they got a few schemes up their sleeves." Despite having called Tiamat, he still felt a bit restless considering the number superiority Kokabiel and his allies possessed. They had several hundreds of subordinates with them and despite renektons little outburst that took out a few of them, it didn't really diminish the number of enemies by too much. Since this is the case, Issei decided to utilize one of his techniques that he had been practicing. It isn't complete yet but it will most definetly be of help in this case.

Issei placed his hand on the ground.

"Summon: Flame Dragons"

Issei activated his ability and all of a sudden 5 different fire pillars of different colors surged from the ground. Orange, blue, white, black and green. The pillars than started shifting forms as they took the shape of dragons.

(A/N: As some of you may have guessed, this ability is inspired by Kiba's balance breaker Dragon Knights. I just thought it would be cool that issei could summon Dragons since he has perfect mastery of fire. Plus its also a tiny bit similar to the OG issei red/white wyverns he summons in the original series thanks to his balance breaker.)

"Wow, that's so cool. I didn't know you could do that" Matsuda stated in awe. He had never seen Issei use this even when they were training.

"I just recently created this move which is why you have never seen it. They aren't perfected yet but they should provide additional aid to you guys" Issei replied before looking at his constructs.

"Protect all of them at all costs" he ordered them and they roared probably meaning they accepted his command. With his goal of providing additional aid complete, it was time to face the biggest threat, Renekton.

"Lead the way"

"Finally, I was this close to simply killing everyone to alleviate my boredom. Let's go, I have blood to spill." Renekton stated before he moved towards a different location with Issei in tow. With the two monsters finally out of the way, it was soon time to battle.

Kokabiel clapped. "Rias Gremory! I must say that you do indeed possess the luck of the devil when it comes to servants. Barakiel's Daughter, a Nekoshou, The Red Dragon Emperor himself and now even a supposed extinct Fairy Dragon. I might be a bit jealous of you. Had I had subordinates as good as you, my plans would have succeeded long ago."

"Thanks for the complement" replied Rias sarcastically.

"Also I have to say that I never expected to meet the Chaos Karma Dragon king Tiamat here. It's a lovely surprise!" Kokabiel looked towards Tiamat.

"Spare me the pleasantries Kokabiel! I don't know what you are cooking up in that warmongering brain of yours but now that I'm here, you better be ready to get your ass kicked." Tiamat scuffed causing Kokabiel to chuckle.

"Oh my, aren't we confident. Then again you are a dragon king so that kind of arrogance is normal and while I will admit I stand no chance against the Calamity Dragon that just departed, I believe I stand a much better chance against you." Kokabiel replied earning him a small chuckle from Tiamat.

"Hmf, now who is the one who is arrogant. It matters not! Issei asked me to protect everyone and i intend to."

"Tiamat-sama, rather than protecting us, you need to take down Kokabiel as soon as possible. He has activated a magic circle and unless he is defeated within 20 minutes, all of Kuoh will be destroyed" Rias alerted Tiamat of the impending crisis which did surprise her.

"Oy Kokabiel, are you insane? You are involving an entire city from the human world in your schemes. Are you out of your mind? Do you not know the consequences of what this could bring?"

"hahahahaha! Whether or not the city perishes matters not to me. As for the consequences, I do know exactly what this will bring. War! The war I so desire will finally come to pass! In the meantime, as an opening act to another Great war, how about we get this battle started. I've always wondered how I would stack up to the famous Chaos Dragon King and it seems I will finally have my chance." Kokabiel cackled as he activated a light spear in his hand, ready to start the battle.

"A moment if you will Kokabiel-chan" Dr. Stylish suddenly interrupted him before he could blitz towards Tiamat.

"What is it, Doctor! Don't tell me you wish to back out due to her appearance?" Kokabiel looked annoyed as he questioned his colleague but the good old doctor simply chuckled.

"Of course, not my dear Kokabiel-chan. Our partnership has incurred many benefits and I am a man of my word so I will continue to collaborate with you, my friend. It's just that I would like to slightly add a small favor on my part in regards to our deal. That Fairy Dragon." He pointed towards Asia "I would like to ask that she also be handed to me as intact as possible. If I'm able to harness her power into my creations, the breakthroughs I would be able to achieve would be incredible. I would be able to bring my experiments into new heights. Oh, how marvelous that will be." Dr Stylish cheered as he spun around thinking about everything he could achieve if he got his hands on her. This, of course did not sit well with Matsuda and the others for they will never allow anything to happen to Asia.

"You will not touch her you crazy bastard!" Matsuda shouted in anger as he stood in front of Asia to protect her from this maniac.

"Oh my, aren't you a fine specimen. If you'd like, I'd gladly take you and we can get to know each other nicely." He blows a kiss towards Matsuda who couldn't help but shiver.

"No Way!"

Dr Stylish shrugged "oh well, its your loss!"

"That's enough!" Tiamat scowled. "I don't care who you are but you will not touch a hair on Asia's head while I'm around" There was no chance she would let the last living Fairy Dragon die at the hands of this pathetic human. She was Issei's sister in all but blood and Tannin would probably nag at her to protect her at all costs since she is the last one of her species.

"You should have left the moment I appeared but since you ran your mouth, I will deal with you swiftly before taking care of Kokabiel." She stated before gathering a massive amount of power in the palm of her hand and then blasted a beam of chaos energy toward the doctor. However, instead of being a nervous reck, the doctor looked as calm as can be.

"oh my, it seems I'm in trouble! Guess this is a good of time as any to try out my new toys" Stylish snapped his fingers and out of no where, what looked to be 5 suits of armor appeared and intercepted Tiamat's blast, successfully dispelling it. This surprised Tiamat. Even though she held back on the blast, it still held a large amount of her chaotic aura so for someone to have been able to dispel it means they were no joke. Soon, the suits of armor became visibly clear for all to see. They were 5 golden suits of armor but they looked to be shaped as dragon warriors. The fact that they were able to stop Tiamat's attack means they were strong. Rias and the others had no idea what to make of them as it was the first time encountering living armor. However, it was a different story for Tiamat and Ddraig who felt a familiar energy coming from those suits.

"Oy, where did you get those things?" Tiamat glared at the doctor demanding to know where he got those.

["Also, why do I feel the energy of Fafnir coming from those things?"] Ddraig added from the boosted gear.

"Wait, did you say Fafnir? As in one of the 5 dragon kings?" Rias questioned.

["Yes! Somehow, I can feel his energy emanating from those suits of armor but that's impossible because I'm sure he hasn't been captured or sealed unless something has changed since my last host"]

"No! Fafnir is still free. As for his whereabouts I do not know!" Tiamat replied to Ddraigs statement confirming that Fafnir should still be free.

"As expected from a dragon king and a heavenly dragon! You've already deduced the source of power behind my wonderful creations. As you said, Fafnir is still very much out and about. These beauties were created thanks to my splendid partnership with Kokabiel who had been generous enough to gift me his scales. Through them I was able to instill the power of a dragon king into these armors. While they pale unfortunately do not compare to the real thing, they still are able to produce enough power to even deal with a Dragon's kings attack. Of course, there is always room for improvement and this was a great time to test them out." Dr Stylish explained.

"That still doesn't explain how you got those scales" Tiamat replied. This time it was Kokabiel turn to answer.

"The answer is simple. Fafnir is currently helping out Azazel with a special project. What it is, I don't know nor do I care what that idiot leader of mine comes up with. The scales were given to him as part of the contract and since Azazel doesn't bother to put security in his lab, I was able to snatch a few which I handed to the doctor here in hopes of being able to weaponize them. And I can see that it was a nice success. The more weapons I possess, the greater my chances of victory, wouldn't you agree?" Kokabiel smirked. "Anyways, I believe this would be a great time to stop the meaningless talks. As the Gremory girl stated, you have less then 20 minutes to defeat me before this entire city blows into smithereens and I get my Great War that I've always dreamed of. So, how about we start the opening act with a little entertainment" Kokabiel flew back up into the sky and sat on his flying throne before he snapped his fingers. Then from the depths of darkness there was a sound of the ground rumbling as it came closer. Soon a creature suddenly revealed itself. It was probably around ten meters tall. It had a large body. It had four legs, and each leg was thick. It had many sharp claws and fangs that could easily rip apart steel. The eyes that were glittering from the darkness were red. But the most striking feature was the fact that it looked like a dog but had three heads.

ROOOAR.

All three heads of the beast roared so loud that the ground started to shake.

Rias immediately recognized who this beast was.

"That's Cerberus! Kokabiel, have you lost your mind. How could you summon the gatekeeper of the gates of hell into the human world?"

"What! That's Cerberus?" Matsuda yelled out causing the beast to look at him and growl which scared the boy.

["Calm down all of you. While that may resemble the beast of Hell. It's not really the real deal."] Ddraig tried to reassure everyone.

"Ddraig is right. That is not the real Cerberus. It's a mere replica of the beast. The original Cerberus is way bigger and way more threatening that this pale imitation. Additionally, the beast cannot be moved without the exclusive permission of the God of the Underworld, Hades and I know for a fact that he hates Fallen angels and Devils so there is no way he would ever aid them by sending his gatekeeper." Tiamat confirmed Ddraigs statement.

Kokabiel clapped his hands. "That's correct! This beast is a simple replica of the original but even so it is way stronger than then each of those little devils behind you. I thought that it would serve as some entertainment to see them fight him while I watched. Also, who said I only brought 1?" Soon 3 more Cerberus appeared next to the first one. They looked ready to tear anyone apart with their teeth.

"You have more of these things?" Matsuda yelled out.

"Indeed I do although the credit should go to the doctor here who aided me in their creations" Kokabiel pointed to Dr Stylish.

"Oh aren't you a dear Kokabiel-chan. It was a pleasure to create such beauties."

One of the dogs looked towards Tiamat and immediately rushed towards her ready to cleave her in two. Tiamat simply scoffed as she could clearly see the incoming attack as she dodged to the side letting Cerberus rush past her. The beast tried to attack her once again but it stood no chance against a Dragon King. Tiamat gathered her power into her fist.

"Die you insufferable mutt!" She jumped over the beast and then in a burst of speed dived towards Cerberus and punched one of its head into the ground causing a massive crater to form underneath the dog. Everyone had to brace themselves from the impact caused by her blow but when the dust settled, the Cerberus imitation could be seen laying on the ground lifeless. Tiamat took it out in one blow.

"Impressive. As expected from The Chaos Karma Dragon king. These beasts are too weak to take you on. I guess I really do have to step up to the plate since no one else would be able to take you on. At least I know it will be fun." Kokabiel stated as he prepared a light spear in his hands.

"You won't find it fun when I beat you into the ground Kokabiel." Tiamat manifested her wings before blasting towards Kokabiel who intercepted her mid flight.

"Hahahaha, then let's go. Let the festivities commence." He yelled out before both forces begun fighting.

The fight for the fate of Kuoh had begun.

And here you have it folks. The appearance of our new champion, RENEKTON from League of Legends/ Legends of Runeterra. I'm sure all of you might be wondering why I selected him to put in my story and the answer to that is due to the fact that I absolutely love him as a champion in LOL so I wanted to integrate him into my story. Also in the context of this story, my Renekton is incredibly powerful and will possess strong abilities so that he will be able to fight against the likes of Issei but I'm still trying to keep his abilities similar to those of his lore.

I mean him becoming stronger the more he fights isn't wrong. In the game the more fury he accumulates, the stronger his abilities become so I just integrated that part in the form of becoming stronger as the fight goes on. What can I say, I Love Renekton and for those of you who do as well, I hope im doing him justice. Also added some previous comfrontation with the Heavenly dragons for an added backstory :D.

I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and I can only pray it makes up for the horribly long delay it took to update this chapter. I wish I could promise I will update faster but all I can do is promise to do the best that I can to update as fast as possible.
