As I went about writing this tale, it helped me if I pictured what kind of voices the characters would have for such an unorthodox crossover story. You'll note that many of the names here have lent their voices to a number of Warner Bros. animation-based projects over the years. Some of these were partly inspired by behindthevoiceactors user Troodon2's ideas (for the EVA side of things mainly, as he'd come up with a hypothetical late-90's/early-2000's EVA dub helmed by Andrea Romano-though I did change out some of his picks).
