This is my first fanfic, soo.. that's why it sucks. Also I am terrible at Percabeth romance. I will try though.

Also, in this story Percy went back to Goode After the second Titan War, instead of going back to CHB like Annabeth says in TLH. This is semi-important in the story.

This takes place after the Giant War.

I updated this chapter, but not much changed, mostly only the first few paragraphs. So, re-read if you want. For those of you are new to this story, ignore this.

Percy 1st Person POV

Beep Beep Beep.

I woke up in a cold sweat, tangled up in my covers. My nightmares of Tartarus had been bad at camp, but when I came home they became much better, so I wouldn't wake up in the middle of the night screaming. Unfortunately, over the last few days I realized that they were getting worse, and if I didn't do something I would definitely wake up screaming. I couldn't do that.

I groaned as I shuffled my way out of bed. I pulled a blue shirt over my head, reminding me of all the scars littering my body. Crap. I forgot what I would do about all of those. All my friends in the locker rooms would be asking questions, and they would probably accidentally trigger one of my flashbacks of that place. Not that I would blame them, I had suddenly disappeared last year* without warning.

Maybe I could make up an excuse for being late to P.E., and get changed after everyone else.

I got dressed and walked over to my table, where my phone was sitting. I know what you may be thinking, but Percy, don't cell phones attract monsters? Yes they do. but I think that I could handle a few monster attacks, after everything I've been through. Besides, Leo was working on a phone that didn't attract monsters back at camp, so I wouldn't be using this one forever.

As I stepped outside of my room shutting the door behind me, the smell of my moms blue food wafted up the stairs. Suddenly snapped out of my thoughts, I bolted down the stairs, thinking about how much I missed Sally's cooking. I sat down at the table.

"Ready for your first second year at a school?" She teased, ruffling my hair.

"You bet I am." I responded happily. "Annabeth texted me last night, she said she would be coming to Goode with me."

Sally leaned back, smiling. "That's great!" She thought for a moment. "But where will she stay?"

"Is it okay if she stays here with us?" I ask, looking up. Please say yes, please say yes, please say yes.

"I don't see why not, but where will she sleep?"

Yes!

"I can sleep on the couch, and Annabeth can stay in my room."

Sally smiled. "Alright, Percy. Ask her about it today at school."

"Sure thing."

I grinned, finishing the last of my pancakes. As I walked out the door I checked my phone, evaluating my conversation with Annabeth the day before

Annabeth: Guess what? My dad let me enroll in Goode!

Percy: Great! I can come pick you up for school.

Annabeth: Alright! Be here at 7:00, sharp.

Percy: I'll try :)

Percy 3rd Person POV

Percy glanced at the time. gave him plenty of time to get to where Annabeth was staying.

He climbed into his car. It wasn't anything special, just a nice sea green car, plenty good enough for getting to school.

While he was driving to Annabeth's place, Percy thought about what he would say to all his friends. Did they still even go to Goode? This bothered him to no end, until he arrived at Annabeth's hotel.

He got out of his car and walked inside the building. Annabeth must love this architecture, thought Percy.

He walked to the elevator, and pressed the button for the third floor. As the elevator reached its destination, it sent off a little ding, making him flinch. A family of five was standing outside the elevator doors, looking at Percy strangely.

"Uh, hi.." Percy hovered awkwardly. He quickly tore out of the elevator and speed walked over to the room Annabeth was staying in. He knocked.

Percy heard a muffled "Coming!" and feet shuffling from inside the room.

The door opened to reveal Annabeth. Percy grinned like a madman, and the two surged forwards, kissing.

When they broke apart, Percy smiled. "You've grown, Wise Girl."

Annabeth grinned playfully. "I could say the same about you, Seaweed Brain."

A/N:

*: I don't know exactly when Percy disappeared. Please tell me if I got any of this wrong.
