A/N: Hello everyone and welcome to my story, i hope you enjoy this as much as i do. For those who don't know gate it's an anime where a medieval empire attacks modern day earth. It's just fucking awesome! Ok so here is a timeline on how this would effect the star wars time line and yes i added canon and legends material into this.

(Time Line)

4 ABY

· Han Solo is rescued from Jabba the Hutt.

· Having kept the promise he made to Master Yoda, Luke Skywalker returned to Dagobah to complete his Jedi training, but Yoda dies of old age before he could do so. Before dying, Yoda told Luke that he must confront Darth Vader to become a Jedi Knight.

· Gallius Rax is promoted to the rank of admiral.

· The Galactic Empire began its fragmentation after the first death of Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine over Endor.

· Mas Amedda acted as Emperor in all but name and politics, who in reality held little real influence beyond Coruscant.

· The Alliance to Restore the Republic is reorganized into the New Republic.

· As part of his Contingency plan, the Imperial remnants follow Palpatine's final order and follow through with Operation: Cinder.

· Mon Mothma is elected the first Chancellor of the New Republic.

· The Galactic Senate is restored on Chandrila.

· Iden Versio and Del Meeko defect from the Galactic Empire and join the Rebel Alliance/New Republic.

· With the help of Lieutenant Shara Bey and R2-D2, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker travels to Vetine to retrieve the remnants of two Great Trees that were stolen from the Jedi Temple on Coruscant by Darth Sidious.

5 ABY

· Six months after the Battle of Endor, Shara Bey and Kes Dameron retire from the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

· Kashyyyk is liberated by the New Republic.

· The Ryloth insurgency comes to an end.

· Gallius Rax became Emperor in effect but rejects the title and—in keeping with his intention to rule the Galactic Empire as the power behind the throne—proclaimed himself Counselor to the Empire.

· After three consecutive sieges, the New Republic is able to foil the Galactic Empire's attempt to regain control of Naboo.

· The New Republic and the Galactic Empire engage in one final battle on and over the desert planet of Jakku.

· The Galactic Empire signs the Galactic Concordance on Chandrila, following its defeat by the New Republic.

· The Galactic Civil War comes to an end.

· The Confederacy of Corporate Systems and the New Separatist Union were founded.

· The New Republic is officially founded.

· Sabine Wren and Ahsoka Tano begin their search for the still-missing Ezra Bridger.

· Leia Organa discontinues her Jedi training with Luke Skywalker on Ajan Kloss.

· T-70 x-wings are being constructed

· Ben solo is born on chandrila

· The new republic retake coruscant and becomes the new capital

· Terex travels to Kaddak.

· Paige Tico is born

· Former imperial worlds defect the imperial remnants and join the new republic

· The Jedi Praxeum, also known as the Jedi Academy, is founded by Jedi Master Luke Skywalker on Yavin 4 (sw legends)

· Project starhawk begins

· The new republic reactivates the droid army from the clone wars and swallows them into their ranks

· The new republic swallows imperial assets into their ranks

· Ahsoka and sabine return back with ezra and grand admiral thrawn

· Thrawn joins the new republic

· Mace windu and Shaak Ti reemerge from hiding and join luke's new order

· Luke Skywalker becomes a Jedi Master

· Brantis Mo Fresk of the starship Vorantis beats the Brightfox during the Karee Blockade Clutch.

· The Phylanx Redux Transmitter is destroyed.

· Mandalore joins the new republic

· Many more systems join the new republic

· The new republic becomes a galactic superpower

· Many more jedi reemerge from hiding after order 66/jedi purge and join luke's new order

· Poe Dameron begins to learn how to fly starships from his mother Shara Bey.

· The endor day celebration begins

· A mysterious gate appears on coruscant

· The imperial remnants mysteriously go quiet

AUTHOR'S NOTE: So hello there, I've had this idea in my mind for a long time after seeing gate again. It's set in the canon timeline but also has some legends material as well, although my writing is crappy i hope you enjoy it as well. I've got to say it's pretty good but it will take a LONG time until this story is out there. I don't know when i will get all of this done but i promise this story will be really good. We'll just have to wait and see do we now.

I also might add another anime into the fray (y'all probably already know what it is because it's the most overated anime out there and there is a shit ton of fanfics about it) but there are some things i need to sort out before i do that.
