Hi! So, I'm sorry if this chapter is boring, because of all the Intro stuff. BUT it WILL get more exciting. Just give it a shot! Please? If you do read this, thank you!

12 years ago, a nine tailed fox, and a twelve tailed wolf suddenly appeared, their tails whirling around, crashing on mountains, and sending tidal waves to the shores. The ninja rose up to defend their village.

One shinobi faced the demons in mortal combat, one at a time. He sacrificed his life to capture the beasts, and seal them in human bodies. This ninja was known as the Fourth Hokage.

*1st P.O.V*

I sat in my desk in the far back of the class. Iruka-sensei was talking to a student named Naruto Uzumaki, for skipping class. He was being stubborn, so Iruka looked at the rest of us, still halfway facing Naruto.

"Fine! Because you missed it Naruto, everyone will review the Transformation Jutsu!" Many aw's came from in front of me. I just looked at Naruto gently. Poor Naruto. Oh well. Its not so hard. We all got down onto the main floor, and lined up, performing the jutsu. I was at the very end. I saw Sakura Haruno go, and then Sasuke Uchiha. Naruto was next, and then transformed. He was a tall, blonde woman, with long hair. He was naked, with clouds floating around 'areas'. I blushed in embarrassment, looking away, as he blew a kiss to Iruka. He immediately got a nosebleed, when Naruto turned back, laughing. I started quietly laughing as well.

"Gotcha, that's my sexy jutsu!"

"Cut the stupid tricks! This is your last warning!" Iruka yelled. I furrowed my eyebrows a little. I hope I don't screw up this time.. When it was my turn, I said my name.

"Tessa Cabrera?" I said firmly. I then made the hand sign, concentrating my chakra. "Transform!" I said. There was a puff of smoke, and I looked at myself. I tried to be Kurenai-sensei, but I was too short, and my hair wasn't long enough. Iruka looked at me, and then down at the clipboard. I dropped the transformation, and then looked down. "I'm sorry Iruka-sensei...I tried.."

"Hey, that's okay Tessa. You're fine." He smiled, and patted my head. "You tried, that's all that matters." I smiled, and nodded.

"Yes sir." I said, walking out of the class. It was time to go home. I got to an apartment I had, walking in, and shutting the door. I looked around, and sighed. It was empty. I never had any parents, and no one ever claimed to be related to me, so I grew up alone. I ran from my previous guardian, and somehow managed to wind up here. Iruka had taken care of me since then, so he was the closest thing to family I had.

I walked up to the mirror I had in the bathroom. When I did, a pair of beautiful blue eyes stared back at me, as my long red hair flowed to just above my waist. I smiled at my reflection, and the girl in the mirror smiled back. I was wearing boots that ended under my knees, and a pair of black shorts that came down to the middle of my thighs. I had a shirt that was off-the-shoulders, and it was teal, with long sleeves that came down. I knew I could hide weapons in them. I also had bandages wrapped around my hands and knuckles, almost all the way down my fingers. On my right hand, there were some black marks at the tips, as the rest was hidden under the bandages. Oh well. A lot of people aren't been enough to notice something like that. I turned out of the bathroom, and laid down. I was tired, and the test was tomorrow. Hopefully, I'd be able to pass.

*Next day*

"We will now start the final exam. When your name is called, proceed to the testing room. The final test will be on...The Clone Jutsu." He said. My eyes widened a little.

'That'smyworstjutsu! Comeon, that'snotcool!' I yelled in my head. Even if I was a good kunoichi, I still couldn't do a clone jutsu well. When my name was called, I stood, walking into the next room. I made the hand sign, building up my chakra.

"Clone jutsu!" There was a poof, followed by smoke, and when it cleared away, I saw I only made two clones. I sighed, looking down. They just fell to the ground, frozen making me even more upset.

"I'm sorry Tessa, but you fail." Iruka said. The words stuck in my head, making me shake a little, disappointed.

"Iruka-sensei." The teacher next to him, Mizuki-sensei said. "She was a little off, but she made two clones that look the same as her. We could cut her a break and pass her." My eyes lit up a little.

"Mizuki-sensei. The other students created at least three effective replications. Tessa only created two. And look at them. They can't move. I can't pass her." I looked at Iruka and then my head fell. I failed. Outside, everyone was talking, as they got their headbands. I pulled my knees up to my chest, and rested my chin on them, looking at them. They were all happy, and smiling, when I saw two women look at me with disgust. I looked away, and then stood, starting to walk away. I didn't understand why everyone hated me. They looked at me like I was a monster. I looked back at them, and they were still looking at me. I growled, and walked over to a tree, punching it as hard as I could. I felt a knuckle pop out, but I didn't care.

It wasn't fair. I wanted to go to Iruka and ask for help, but he looked so busy, I didn't want to bother him. I looked over and saw Naruto sitting on a swing under a tree. I looked at him gently, as a sad look was on his face. I knew it instantly. He didn't pass either.

Then I saw him look up at the tree. Mizuki was standing there.

"Huh?" I said to myself. They then disappeared. Curiosity striking me, I watched where they went, after popping my knuckle back in place with a little pain. They ended up at an apartment complex, as they talked. I then went for a walk.

By the time I started walking back, the moon was up. Suddenly, Naruto ran by me with a giant scroll on his back. I looked at him strange. "Huh? Naruto?" I hesitated and then ran after him, until he stopped at a little house, or cabin in a small forest-type-thing.

"Naruto, what are you doing?" I asked. He looked up at me.

"Oh, hey Tessa! Mizuki told me if I learned jutsu out of this scroll, I could graduate!" I stared at him for a moment, and then looked at the scroll. I bit my lip, and looked down.

"Could...could I look too?" I asked. I really wanted to pass. He smiled bright.

"Sure!" I giggled a little, and sat next to him, looking. "Let's see the first one is...Multi Shadowclone Jutsu. Agh!" Naruto cried out, frustrated. "Not this again, its my worst jutsu!" I looked at him with a small smile.

"Don't worry Naruto, its my worst one too." I said. He laughed a little.

"Okay, let's do this!" We both stood up and concentrated. At our first attempt we failed. Sane with our second. We kept pushing and pushing, and after our tenth attempt, we both successfully produced clones. We sat down, panting tiredly, but smiled at each other. Then I heard footsteps.

"It's all over." Iruka said and laughed standing in front of us, with his hands just below his hips. "And Tessa, you helped him?" Naruto rubbed the back of his head and laughed, while I shakily stood up. "Huh?"

"Caught us already, not bad. You're quick sensei. We only had time to learn one technique." I nodded, with a small smile. Iruka just looked at us, a little surprised.

"Listen Iruka-sensei. We're gonna show you this amazing jutsu, and then you're gonna let us graduate, then everything will be okay! That's the way it works, right? Anyone who learns a jutsu from this scroll passes!"

"Huh? Where'd you get that idea?" He said, looking confused. I furrowed my eyebrows. Does that mean it's not true?

"Mizuki-sensei told me about it!" Naruto said. "Believe it! He told me where to find this scroll, and this place.." Iruka suddenly had a look of realization. That's when I sensed weapons coming our way, my eyes widening.

"Iruka, Naruto, move!" I yelled, pulling Naruto back with me. When I looked back, Iruka was against the structure, kunai all around Iruka. He was only pierced once in the leg, but he got grazed by many more.

"I see you found our little hideaway!" Mizuki's voice came from a tree from above. I looked up at him, glaring at him. "And Tessa, you joined us too." I growled a little at him.

"So that's the way it is, huh? I should have known!" Iruka said in slight pain, looking up at him.

"Naruto! Give me the scroll, now!"

"Don't do it Naruto!" I yelled at him, and stood in front of him.

"W-Wait a minute, what's going on here?" I saw Iruka panting hard, as he pulled the kunai out of his leg.

"Naruto, Tessa, don't let Mizuki get the scroll! It contains forbidden jutsu that could put this village in grave danger! Mizuki used you to get the scroll for himself! For his own power!" Naruto and I looked at Mizuki angry.

"Naruto, Tessa. Iruka's just trying to scare you cause he doesn't want you guys to have the scroll." Naruto stopped, and looked at Iruka next. I growled.

"Sorry, but I can decide for myself, and I know who's telling the truth."

"Can you?"

"Stop lying, Mizuki! Don't let him trick you guys!" Mizuki just laughed.

"I'll tell you who's reallylying."

"No Mizuki!"

"They've been lying to you guys your whole lives. Since the decree twelve years ago." I looked back up at Mizuki.

"What decree?" I snarled.

"Everyone knows except you. Iruka's trying to hide from you even know; he'd do anything to shut me up!"

"What is this decree? Why does everyone else know about it?" Naruto asked.

"Don't tell them, its forbidden!" Iruka yelled.

"The decree is, no one can tell you the nine tailed fox is inside Naruto, and the twelve tailed wolf is in Tessa!" My eyes widened in horror. No way that's true...right? Then it all clicked. Why no one would help me. Why everyone looked at me with such disgust. Why no one would tell me what was wrong. "The fox spirit and the wolf spirit that killed Iruka's parents and destroyed our village has taken over your bodies! You are the nine tailed fox, and the twelve tailed wolf."

"Stop it!" Iruka yelled.

"They've all been sneaking around, hiding things from you your whole life! Didn't you think it was strange how they treated you? Like dirt! Like they hated you for being alive!" I felt Naruto behind me getting upset. I felt tears come to my eyes, realizing the truth. That's why they hated me. I WAS a demon.

"Naruto...Tessa..." Iruka said sympathetically.

"That's why you will never be accepted in this village! Even your beloved sensei hates your guts!" I felt the tears fall, realizing it might be true. Iruka groaned, holding his bleeding leg for a moment.

"Die, Naruto, and Tessa!" Mizuki said, throwing a giant shuriken toward both of us. I knew it would go through me far enough to hurt Naruto too. He backed up, scared, as I took a step back. If I had to, I'd be ready to kill the thing inside me, no matter how scared I was.

"Naruto, Tessa, get down!" Iruka yelled. Before I knew it, I was pushed down next to Naruto. I looked up, and Iruka was above us, the shuriken in his back. I saw the blood dripping from his mouth, as I shook a little.

"W-Why?" Naruto asked.

"Because we're the same." Iruka said strained. "When I lost my parents, no one seemed to care. They didn't have time for me. They just forgot I was there. My grades dropped. I became the class clown. I just wanted them to see me, and to know my name. My school wasn't good enough to get their attention. So I did crazy things...and then I had to pay for it. It was hard. I know that's how you guys feel, Naruto and Tessa. Although Tessa, you're just by yourself all the time, and that's not good.." I felt a drop of water hit my face, when I saw Iruka crying. For us.

"I-Iruka.." I started, looking at him upset.

"But I know how you guys feel.." He continued. "You feel lonely, and it hurts inside. And I could have been there for the both of you more, but I let you down. I'm sorry. No one should have to suffer that much. No one should be alone like that." Behind him, Mizuki just laughed, making me growl.

"Don't make me laugh! Iruka always hated you! He was orphaned because both of the demons in you killed his parents, and thise beasts are now inside you! He'd say anything to get the scroll from you!" Naruto immediately got up and ran away from both of them.

"Naruto!" Iruka called. I stood up and ran after him. "Tessa!" I ran faster, catching up with him.

"Naruto! Do you believe him?" I asked. He didn't answer, only running. I narrowed my eyes and stayed with Naruto. "I promise, I'm not gonna let him get the scroll. We'll be safe, okay? I promise!" I smiled at him. He looked at me, and a small smile grew on his face.

"Here!" Naruto and I stopped behind a tree. We listened as Iruka and Mizuki were on the opposite side of the tree.

"Fool! Why are you protecting this freaks? They're the ones who wiped out your family!" Mizuki yelled.

"I don't care what you say. You're not getting your hands on that scroll!"

"As if you could stop me! Don't you get it, they're just like me!"

"How's that?"

"They want the scroll for their own power, and their own vengeance. That's how beasts are! They'll pour all their rage into the scroll, and destroy everything!"

"You're right.." Naruto's face grew shocked a little, with disappointment.

"So its true...Iruka-sensei never believed in us. He thinks we're some beasts...some kind of freaks!"

"That is how beasts are." Naruto's eyes widened in realization. "But that's not who Naruto and Tessa is. They're nothing like that! Naruto's one of a kind! Works hard, puts his whole heart into it! Sure he messes up sometimes, and everyone jumps on him.

His suffering only makes him stronger. And Tessa works hard too! She cares for people, even if they don't for her. She has a gentle heart, and even though everyone hurts it, she gets stronger and more independent. That's what separates them from being beasts. So you're wrong, they're nothing like the spirits inside them. He's Naruto Uzumaki, and she's Tessa Cabrera of The Village Hidden in the Leaves!" I looked and saw Naruto crying from being happy, and I just smiled.

"Huh. You really believe that dribble? Iruka, I was gonna save you for later, but I changed my mind. You're finished!" My eyes widened, and Naruto moved, kicking Mizuki in the chest, while I stood in front of Iruka, defending him. Mizuki groaned as the giant shuriken flew into the branches above.

"Naruto!" Iruka smiled a little.

"Huh. Not bad for a little punk." Mizuki said, standing. I just growled.

"If you ever lay a hand on my sensei, I'll kill you!" Naruto and I said at the same time.

"Such big words! I could completely destroy you with a single move!"

"Take your best shot, fool! I'll give it back to you a thousand fold!" Naruto said, making a hand sign.

"Let's see you try! show me what you can do, nine tailed fox!" I smirked and made a hand sign as well.

"Shadow clone Jutsu!" Naruto and I both shouted. Naruto came up with a thousand clones, as I came up with a hundred, knowing I didn't need that many.

"Huh?" Mizuki started freaking out, terrified, as all our clones talked, taunting him.

"If you're not comin,"

"then we're gonna come after you!" Two Naruto clones said, smiling. Mizuki screamed as all our clones gathered and beat him up. Naruto made all his clones disappear and laughed.

"Sorry, I kinda got carried away. You okay, Iruka-sensei?" He asked. "Tessa?" I nodded, smiling.

"Yeah." Iruka replied. He groaned a little and then grinned. "Both of you, come here a minute. I've got something I want to give you guys."

"Huh?" I turned around to him, and knelt down, sitting on my legs.

"Close your eyes, Naruto." Iruka said. I smiled bright as he took off his headband, putting it on Naruto's head. He then pulled one out for me. "I wear this one, when that one gets destroyed." he chuckled. He put it around my neck, making me blush, and smile.

"How much longer, sensei?" Naruto asked.

"Okay, you can open your eyes now." Naruto's goggles were in Iruka's hands and he had a wide grin on his face. "Congratulations. You both graduate." Naruto looked at Iruka surprised, and I smiled huge.

"Alright!" I yelled, throwing my fist in the air. "I'm an official ninja now!" Naruto stood there in shock for a moment.

"And to celebrate, I have a surprise! We're all going out for ramen tonight!" I looked and saw a smile tugging at Naruto's mouth, when he tackled Iruka.

"Iruka-sensei!" he yelled, hugging him. I laughed as they did too, knowing the road to being a ninja was just starting.
