I let out a long yawn as I stretch my arms above my head.
Christm- Mercenary Day has passed swiftly, Tina has stored that DAMN picture somewhere, and now looks at me with a smirk every time I pass by her.
Shame that I'll have to ruin Christmas by murdering Santa the next time I see him. But alas, if he is powerful enough to sneak up on me and take photos of me bathing, he is too dangerous to be left alive.
A crying shame, that.
"Daveeeey!"
"Yes, Tina?" I deadpan at the girl who skips into view, I shoot her the most unimpressed half-lidded glare I can manage.
"Wanna go blow some shiz up?" She asks with a bright smile.
"I want you to get rid of that picture of me." I reply easily
"What picture?" She cheekily asks.
"Mhm." I boredly hum as I abruptly stand up.
"Daveeeey!" The blonde bomber pouts. "Where are you going."
"To find Gaige." I reply coolly, hiding my internal annoyance expertly as I slip my hands into my pockets.
"Let me come with you!" She grins as she leaps from her table, swiftly matching my pace.
"Hm. Nah." I abruptly hum as-
*BWUMMM*
I stop time and swiftly speed walk away from the girl.
Gaige said that she was going to be buying some ammo, so she's probably at the ammo vendor riiiiiight- there.
I calmly walk up to the girl's periphery and wait for my time stop to conclude as I cross my arms in front of my chest.
The girl begins moving again as she reaches down into the vending machine pickup.
She glances to the side briefly as she picks up a small crate of SMG ammunition, her head abruptly snaps back to look in my direction as she does a full body flinch. "OH!"
She places a hand on her chest to calm her spiking heart rate. "Damn it, David. What did I say about using your timey wimey bullshit to startle me?!"
"Tina's annoying me." I announce.
"Okay? I fail to see how I could fix that." The girl scoffs. "I have no damn idea where she keeps that picture... I sure wish I did, though... I want it gone about as much as you do."
"Wanna just disappear for a couple days?" I ask suddenly.
"Sure." She grins as she de-digistructs her ammo box into her echo device. "But where will we go?"
"I hear that Liar's Berg is fairly quiet this time of year... after a bunch of psychos swept through the place and murdered everyone at the very least."
"Sounds good." The red haired mechromancer nods. "Maybe I'll have some time to work on DT. I've sort of let him fall behind after you grafted a new arm and powers to me."
"DAVEEEEY?!" I hear a voice shout in the distance.
"Ah. Tina." I curse lowly as I hold out a hand. "You ready to go?"
"I have basically all I need." She agrees as she grabs my extended hand. "I trust you'll be making everything that I'm missing?"
"Yep! Well, let's go!"
"Gaaaaige DAVEEEEY'S IGNORING-"
*FLASH*
My lips smash into Gaige's as my arms tighten around her, her tongue enters my mouth as we both simultaneously try to fight for dominance in our intense kiss. I grope her ass as she places a hand on my chest.
We both pull back suddenly, gasping deeply as the lack of oxygen finally gets to us.
"Wow..." She breaths a satisfied gasp.
The past three days have been nothing but bliss.
Relaxation, watching movies, working on DT together- or rather, Gaige working on DT while I hang around and give her what she needs- we talked, cuddled, made out, honestly this reminds me a lot of our brief vacation we had in the desert... back when we first started dating...
That seems so long ago, though.
She scoots off my lap and takes her place on the sofa beside me, leaning her head on my shoulder as I wrap an arm lazily around her.
"This was a good idea." She sighs as she allows her eyes to shut briefly.
"It was." I nod absentmindedly. "No worries. No bandits. No overarching bad guy that we have to rush to defeat."
"No responsibilities." Gaige adds in with a small grin. "No Tina to kick down our door, see us kissing, and proclaim that she's 'Joining in'."
"No smug looks at me because Santa is fucking real apparently and he gave her my nudes." I frown suddenly.
Gaige's hand gently strokes my face. "Ugh I had forgotten about that. But maybe you should as well. It'd probably be better for your sanity."
"Sanity? On this planet? In this economy?" I question, my eyes trailing over to where Gaige is with a slightly mocking raised eyebrow.
"True." The girl huffs with a small shrug. "Nobody can afford sanity on this planet."
"But maybe we could on Eden five?" I suggest with a gentle squeeze of her shoulder.
Her eyes open slowly, a frown appearing on her face. "Hmmmm. Yeah, I sort of want to go home. We can save my dad, beat up Marcie's dad, you can meet my dad, it'll be a nice time."
"I cannot wait until we fuck over Marcie's dad." I grin impishly at the girl.
"Oh, yeah." She grins back. "It'll be soooo cathartic."
"You've still been messing with him with Phase Shift, right?"
"Yep!" She states with a pleased hum. "That pompous, rich, bitch, dickhead has been losing an unreasonable amount of money recently. Oh, I wonder why?"
"Could it be that he pissed off an incredibly powerful siren and his incredibly hot- and also powerful- recently turned siren girlfriend?" I ask with a smug grin.
"I don't know." She sighs dramatically as she gives a mock shake of her head. "I think that might just be it. Hard to tell, though, with how good the hot, sexy, beautiful technopath is at hiding her tracks on the echonet, I doubt we'll ever know!"
"I complemented you." I pout, eyes trailing over to the side of Gaige's head. "Where's my compliment?"
"Oh, my bad." The girl hums as she pats my cheek with a hand. "You're pretty good to look at, too David."
I let out a quiet snort and roll my eyes. "Ugh. You."
"Don't give me that." She grins, good naturedly as she gives me a light jab with her elbow. "How about I make it up to you?"
"Oh, and how, pray tell, Gaige are you going to make up for trampling my feelings oh so coldly? How are you going to fix my shattered heart which has been stabbed so ruthlessly by your dagger sharp words? To cure the clinical depression that you have inflicted on my poor ego-"
Her finger slowly is placed on my lips, shushing me.
A beat of silence passes.
"Too much?" I ask.
"Too much." She nods. "Anyways, as I was saying, I think I know a way to make you feel better."
"And what is that?" I question with a slight smirk.
"Blowjob." She shrugs.
I blink owlishly at her. "You know... I really didn't expect you to just come out and say that."
"It's just us, right." She explains as she slowly slides off the sofa and gets onto her knees, steadily fiddling with my belt. "I can be as blunt as I want."
"Cue Tina." I hum.
"…" Gaige casts a fearful look to the door.
Nothing happens.
"Oh, wow that is weird." I note idly.
"So, Gaige, if we keep on doing stuff like this, how long do you think it'll take for this to snowball from loving gropes, admiring each other's nude bodies, mutual masturbations, and oral sex, to just full on unprotected creampie sex?"
The mechromancer's eye cracks open and looks up at me, she is currently resting her head on my chest, we have both ditched our clothing in favor of cuddling up under the blankets.
"Hopefully not in this little vacation." The girl weakly- and tiredly mutters. "I don't want a kid. Yet."
"Yet?" I echo with a small grin.
"I can't say what future me will want. But I do know a small part of myself wants to settle down somewhere."
"Oh, that'd be nice." I agree with a small smile as I stare up at the ceiling of our little cabin. "Me, you, dozens of our little spawn."
She snorts. "Dozen? Pfft. One. If you're lucky."
"Eh, true. If they were anything like us, they'd be little hellions and I really don't know if we'd ever be up to taking care more than one of the brats at a single time." I agree.
"What do you mean anything like us?! Anything like YOU maybe, but I am an absolute delight to be around!" Gaige frowns as she shoots a heat-less glare up at me.
"Remember that time you liquified your classmate?" I ask with a small smirk.
"OH! So THAT'S what you bring up?! Ugh! It was ONE time." She pouts cutely before burying her face into my chest.
"You still bring up that one time I sent a giant bug monster after all of us." I point out.
"Well, I mean, yeah." The girl guiltily mutters. "But to be fair, almost killing us all and accidentally having DT kill a bitch isn't exactly the same thing."
"Eh, true. If Holloway actually sent MORE assassins after us, I would give you more shit for that, but seeing as how he has been basically nothing more than an unimportant background character in our adventure, I'll let it slide."
"My, how gracious." The girl in my arms snorts as she rolls her eyes. "Buuuut we don't have to worry about him anymore! Our bounties are gone!"
"You do realize he's going to give you another possibly higher bounty when he realizes that yours is gone, right?" I point out lazily.
"Er... yeees? But I'll take it down as well." She weakly states.
"It doesn't really matter if you take it down." I sigh as I shake my head. "People will remember the bounty regardless. Especially one that large. the only way to truly make sure that you are no longer hunted... is by us killing the shit out of that Holloway guy, you erasing our presence off the echonet, then disappearing for a good three to four years."
The girl stares at the wall for a moment, a disappointed frown on her face as her arms tighten around me nervously. "I-I guess."
"Waiiiit... what if you give Marcie's DAD a bounty!" I whisper suddenly.
"Hn? Oh he would immediately take it down-" she pauses for a moment. "Ohoho I see... it doesn't matter if it is taken down, some people may see it and attempt to murder him on principal, completely ignoring the bounty recall."
"Exactly. It doesn't matter if it is taken down, if people know it exists, and it is memorable enough, people will try anyways."
"Pretty devious, dude." The girl hums. "I like it."
A blue glow begins radiating from under the blanket as the siren stares up at the ceiling. "Allow me to initiate plan 'murder this guy with his own money' from here."
Her eyes glow an unearthly blue as she smirks. "Just give me a hot minute and I can punch through his bank account's security and make his weekly hefty donation to 'massive dildo incorporated' in addition to the suicidal bounty.
"A little uncreative." I note with a small head tilt. "I would have called it 'Humongous Plastic Schlong incorporated' or something."
She lets out a small snort as her eyes suddenly close. "Stop making me laugh, Jackass, punching through security is actually pretty difficult. I can't lose focus."
"Lose focus like... say... speaking to your hot, very naked and needy boyfriend while you also have no clothing as well?" I ask with a raised eyebrow, not that she can see it of course.
"Shush, you." The girl scoffs. "Speaking is..."
She falls silent for a moment.
Her eyes snap open, her tattoos stop glowing and she refocuses on me. "Speaking is different. It doesn't take all that much focus. Anyways, done. Marcie's dad now has a bounty surpassing my old one."
"Heh." I snort. "That's great."
I drum my fingers on the bed as I look up at the ceiling. "But Gaige... I was sort of serious about the Eden five thing... I have legitimate teleportation now... so realistically we could leave at any time... but I'm not sure if I want to leave just yet... I mean, half of me does... we beat Jack, our overarching villain is dead. There's no real reason to stay on Pandora any longer."
"So, we're just going to leave?" The girl questions with a frown. "Without saying goodbye?"
"Oh, no, absolutely not. We are going to say goodbye at the very least, then I can teleport us over to Eden Five, and we can just move on with our lives after solving our bounty issue." I smile brightly.
She looks up at the ceiling for a moment and tilts her head. "Hmmm. Maybe?"
She quietly ponders for a moment before slowly nodding. "Alright, fine."
"Hn?"
"Let's go say goodbye." The girl states as she slowly sits up.
"Oh... alright." I shrug as I hop off the bed, I wander over to the closet and grab a change of clothes, swiftly putting it on. "Let's eat first, yeah?"
"We've still got that frozen pizza in the fridge, how does that sound?" I question as I walk across the fairly small room, reaching the fridge and opening the freezer.
"Yeah, sounds good." She agrees, slowly rising from bed and stretching her arms above her head, allowing me to take a nice long look at her body.
"Enjoying the view?" She asks with a slightly smug smirk.
"Oh absolutely... I was just thinking about how lucky I am to be dating you, honestly." I reply easily as I look to the stove and turn it on to start pre-heating.
"You're lucky?!" She asks with a raised eyebrow.
She shakes her tattooed arm. "If I never met you, this would still be cold and unfeeling metal... with your personality and strength, you could have probably done far better than me."
"H-Honestly," She begins as she walks over to a nearby dresser, slipping on a pair of panties and a white T Shirt while tying her long orange-ish red hair into a pony tail. "I'm a little worried about going to Eden Five... because I'm worried that you might find someone b-better than me."
"Oi. Stop being so insecure." I deadpan with a half-lidded stare while pointing at the girl. "Has any other girl fought alongside me and faced numerous life or death situations right beside me?"
"Tina?" She questions slowly.
"Tina doesn't count." I scoff. "She's our third wheel. She's either going to strong arm herself into our relationship at some point, or die trying."
"Anyways, as I was saying," I press on. "Nobody ever will meet my standards like you. You are funny, have a great personality that meshes well with my own, also you are certainly a pleasure to look at."
Her face flushes slightly under my casual flirting. "W-Well-"
A smile graces her lips. "Yeah... I guess you're the same way..."
Her smile is replaced by an exasperated frown. "And ugh. You're right on the Tina thing..."
She lets out a long sigh, rubbing her temples with her fingertips. "It's either she crumbles, or we do, hm?"
"We could always try and sit her up with a boy- or girl- her age?" I suggest with a shrug.
She raises an eyebrow at me. "And they could handle her crazy?"
I let out a low click, seeing her point. "Hn. That's true. Would they even be able to handle that brand of sheer insanity? She will probably be wanting to go with us to Eden Five, so anyone she potentially dates will be nothing more than city dwellers who more than likely have never killed a person before..."
"There's something sad about us judging people's sanity by if they have killed people or not." The girl frowns as she takes a seat at the dining room table.
"To be fair, it is a decent question at this point." I state with a small indifferent shrug as with a small hop I take a seat up on the counter beside the boxed pizza. "I honestly ask myself that question sometimes as well... 'will I be able to handle civilized life', 'what would it be like to leave Pandora?', 'what is it like on other planets?', 'what is society like where murder isn't like... the third dialogue option?'."
Gaige lets out a low hum as she looks to the ceilings, eventually after thinking for a moment, she looks back. "Don't worry, I'll help my hot, tattooed, cave man-esque psychopath adapt to modern society~"
"Oh, if I'm a cave man-esque psychopath, you're a genuine terrorist. With your EMP nonsense" I scoff with a grin. "We're in the same boat, you and I."
"Yeah yeah" she rolls her eyes. "I'm a murderous psycho too. We've been over this."
The oven dings, signifying that it has preheated.
I open the pizza box, remove our delicious peperoni pizza from its shackles and place it on a tray, then slide it into the oven.
"You know... I'm really going to miss the other Vault hunters." I sigh as I close the stove.
"Yeah... me too..." Gaige agrees with a weak nod. "But... I just feel so home sick... and it's not like we'll be gone forever, right? We can keep in contact!"
"That is true." I mutter as I look out the nearby window. "A small part of be will miss this place though... it'll certainly be hard to find something to drain, now."
"Hey Gaige, after an extensive break, why don't we gather the gang again and crack open that desert vault?" I suggest.
"The water one?" She hums with an amused smirk. "I thought water terrified you."
"Ohohoho you're damn right about that, but at the end of the day? Fuck it. I can just get you to make a drone of some sort to travel around the underground lake and determine what sort of horrifying monster I saw down there, because, yes, I did see something massive moving in the water just in front of the archway."
"Fiiine, you big baby." The girl snorts. "We'll check it out after a break."
We fall into a calm silence as I close my eyes, resting back on the counter with my back pressed against the wall.
"I'm going to miss the peace and quiet." Gaige announces suddenly. "But, at the end of the day, I don't want to leave my dad in prison, we have to help him get out."
"Won't we be going from one peace and quiet to another slightly more peaceful quiet?" I question slowly. "Because, peace on Pandora, and peace on a 'civilized' planet are two very different things."
"I was more referring to Tina's advances." The girl announces with a disappointed sigh, she winces and falls silent for a moment, seemingly thinking deeply on something.
"Should... we just let her?" She quietly questions. "I just- she has suffered so much... should we really just keep shunning her like this? It seems a little... evil..."
"Is it evil to want a healthy two-person relationship?" I ask with a raised eyebrow. "I personally wouldn't really care one way or the other. Tina is in a position similar to you I suppose, good banter and all that, but sometimes she is just a bit too crazy for me... also you are far hotter than her because she is pretty malnourished and a good three years younger than you."
"If you were interested in not only boys, but girls, I'd say 'sure, let's go for it', and we could have a strange three-person relationship where I'm fucking you both and you're each fucking each other. But seeing as how I don't think you are sexually attracted to girls; I really don't want to strain our relationship like that."
"You'd... really be fine with it?!" The girl blinks owlishly. "I thought you didn't like the thought of other people sleeping with me."
"Oh, you seem to misunderstand, there's something completely and utterly different about a girl sleeping with my girlfriend, and a..." my eyes narrow slightly as I let out a quiet seething growl. "Boy."
With a sharp inhale and exhale I rid myself of the quiet simmering anger.
"The difference is... I'm into girls. It's every hot-blooded guy's dream to have a sustainable relationship with numerous women, but wanna know what turns me on even more?"
I allow a fairly long silence to follow my last statement before continuing and pointing at the red head. "Having a healthy relationship with you."
"But I could learn to uh... experiment?" She weakly protests.
"Alright. I'm stopping you right there. Where the hell has this come from, anyways." I ask with a raised eyebrow.
"I care for Tina, alright... and I have been thinking about it for a while, but... Tina has basically no-one... like, I have my dad and you, you have me, but Tina has nobody."
"I'm fairly certain Roland's like an adoptive dad for her." I point out idly.
"Yeah, but who will she have if she comes with us? Roland is going to stay here with the crimson raiders, and we both know she's going to be sticking to us like glue."
I let out a low click. "Point taken. But at the same time, why does it have to be us that are 'her people'?"
"Will she honestly move on from the two of us in a timely manner?" She asks. "Will she ever find love from a 'Sane' person?"
"Yes?" I shrug.
The frown on Gaige's lips tell that she doesn't have the exact same faith in Tina as I do.
"Fine." I scoff with an eye roll. "Here's what we're going to do. We're taking Tina with us to Eden 5, because clearly, she's coming with us, then, we will wait one YEAR. One singular year. If she is still just as flirtatious- or even more- than she is now, fine. Whatever. She can do what she wants. But if she moves on, good for us."
"In addition, it'll give you an entire year to decide if you really want to do this." I continue with a half-lidded stare.
"Right... right..."
"DAVEEEEEYY!" The blonde girl clutching to me desperately sobs as she rubs her face into my shirt. "I-I THOUGHT YOU LEFT ME BEHIIIIND!"
I pat her head. "Nah, I wouldn't do that to you, Tina, we just needed a little space."
"S-Space?" She whispers, wiping her eyes quietly.
"Your whole picture thing was getting a little annoying, yeah." I casually admit. "We needed a little to go off and figure out what we are going to do next."
"H-Hn?"
"We've decided that we are going to leave Pandora." Gaige explains.
"H-HUH?!" Tina exclaims. "Wh- what?!"
"Yeah." I nod slowly. "Pandora has been... an experience, but I sort of just want a calm life from now on... at least for a little while."
"Y-You better take me with you when you go!" The blonde psycho frowns.
"Well, you better go gather your things, Tina, we're teleporting out as soon as we say goodbye to everyone." I smirk down at the girl. "Bring some weapons, we've got one last job we need to take care of before we rest."
Her eyes widen as she turns on her heel, rushing away. "I'll be baaaack!"
I look across the group before us, most of the vault hunters that are still within Sanctuary.
Roland is stood before us with his arms crossed, Lilith is lounging in the background on a nearby sofa with Maya who looks a little saddened by the thought of our group breaking up, Salvador has his eyes hidden by shadows as he slightly tilts his head down, a large mug of ale in his hand.
Zero is stood in the corner, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest.
Krieg is sat on the other side of Maya and Axton is sat in one of the chairs around a large table- albeit sitting in it backwards.
Brick is sat on the lap of a giant teddy bear.
Angel is near the side within her wheel chair.
Moxxi is looking on with a saddened expression, Mordecai regretfully isn't here, already gone on another mission to stamp out the last bits of Hyperion on Pandora.
I smile sadly as a melancholic feeling settles in my stomach. "Well, this is it, hn?"
I glance to Gaige and Tina, both of whom also seem to be feeling the same sort of emotion.
Roland speaks first. "David, Gaige, Tina... it was a pleasure having you, we would have never been able to beat Jack without your help."
"Just doing our part." I sigh with a small frown.
Gaige nods along while Tina looks like she's about to cry.
The man kneels down before the girl and brushes a stray strand of hair out of her eyes. "Hey, you're a big girl, this isn't goodbye forever, y'know? We'll stay in touch, alright?"
The girl bites her lip as she lets out a quiet sniffle, lunging forwards and wrapping her arms around Roland's shoulders.
"I'll see you three around." Lilith shrugs. "Roland's right, without you, we would have never been able to defeat Jack."
"I don't feel like I did much." Gaige frowns. "It was mostly David."
"Nah." I cut in. "You helped more than you realize."
"I'll damn miss you slabs." The brute on the teddy bear sighs, looking downtrodden.
"I'll miss you too, Brick." I smirk at the bandit leader.
Axton looks over to me with a frown. "Keep yourselves safe, brats."
"We should say that to you." Gaige snorts. "You won't have David's time stop to bail you out anymore."
"We've been through a lot together." Maya agrees. "It's sort of painful to part like this, but... at least none of us died."
"We've had some close calls." I agree. "But we've pulled through."
Krieg glances over, I can't really see his expression through his mask, just a single eye. "We're parting on good terms... I will miss- TINY PSYCHO, ROBO ARM, AND SCARY SOUL SUCKY MAN! YOU WILL GRIP THE BEATING HEART OF MY MIND FOREVER!"
Tina pulls herself away from Roland and wipes her eyes. "W-We'll miss you too, Krieg."
"Chico, Muchachas," Salvador suddenly speaks. "Look out for yourselves."
I nod once.
"David..." Angel frowns. "You... saved my life, I will be eternally grateful to you... I hope that you three find what you want wherever you're going."
"I hope you feel better, Angel." Tina smiles with a small head tilt.
Gaige and I nod along to the sentiment.
"Take care of yourselves Sugar, if you're ever in the neighborhood, drop by and I'll whip you up something special." Moxxi winks as she crosses her arms under her bust.
"We may take you up on that." Gaige announces.
Zero steps off the wall and slowly approaches us, he pauses before me, slowly looking over Gaige, Tina, and Myself.
"It is hard to Um.../ Articulate words like this/ I'm trying to say." Zero begins. "We all have been through/ Numerous Hard times, hard fights/ and in the end, I"
"Find Myself Saddened/ At our possible Goodbye/ You are my close friends." He continues. " Our journey was grand/ Many foes fell in our way/ Much loot was gathered"
"Our journey started/ Against impossible foes/ Whom i was worried." He presses on. "We could not defeat/ And at the resolution/ After it all ends."
"I..."
"Will..."
"Miss..."
"You..."
"Three..."
Gaige covers her mouth to stifle her sudden feelings of melancholy, Tina looks down sadly, I look into Zero's mask as the screen projects a smiley face.
I reach out and shake the assassin's hand, a smile gracing my lips, Zero rarely ever speaks, so getting that much out of him is extremely touching. "Keep yourself safe Zero. Assassin work is tough but I know you can handle it."
He nods once and steps away.
"Well, Gang, it was a bash." I begin as I slowly look around. "Take good care of my fabricator and the Coordinators... and most importantly yourselves."
"Don't worry, David, we will." Roland declares. "We'll never forget what you have done for us all."
"Oh, and here's a suggestion before I go... now that Jack's gone, there's no overarching threat, and Pandora's as peaceful as it's ever been, why don't you guys move Sanctuary to that one dam? Free power and it'll probably be quite well defended." I add in.
"I was considering it." Roland nods. "It is a vital point for securing electricity and purified water."
"See you all around. It's been fun, it really has." I smile with a slight wave, nodding at Rolands answer.
"Bye." Gaige waves. "I'll miss you all, you've got my echo number so don't forget to call."
Tina sniffs quietly and wipes her nose. "If any of you die, I'll kill you myself!"
"Next stop! Eden five!" I grin was I wrap an arm around Gaige's hip and place a hand on Tina's shoulder.
With a purple flash, we disappear off the face of Pandora.
And thus, a journey comes to a close. A story with loot, fighting, giant monsters, Mechs, and a whole lot of murder.
Who knows what comes next four our three Vault hunters? But a single fact remains, through many tribulations, and numerous challenges, our heroes reigned supreme, overthrowing tyrants, killing big beasties, and saving Pandora.
All will remember the actions of the seven who faced Jack and lived, then the seven turned eight that took the handsome bastard down, their names will go down in Pandoran legend as those who took no shit and crushed impossible odds.
A tale that is truly... A Badass' Quest Across Pandora.
TITLE DROP BABY!
Yeah, that's right, I decided to finally finish this after 6 months of letting it sit.
I was at a pretty good stopping point so I scrounged together the strength to finish it up. This fic was truly a wild ride, I decided to end on the high note of killing Jack instead of going into borderlands 3.
You'll notice how I left this slightly open ended so I COULD technically pick this up again in a sequel, but as of right now? I have no real plans to do so. Gaige, Tina, and David are off to Eden five to live their lives. A good stopping point if I do say so myself.
Thank you all for enjoying this fic, it has become the top-rated borderlands fic by a fair margin.
It was fun, and I hope to see you all in my other works.
Until then, this has been your author who never finishes anything (Until now), Flame.
