Happy New Year, all. I hope this memo finds you well. Just reaching out to let you know that This Is Us 2.0 has been designated a complete, finished story as of chapter 25 "Mika Ver Leth's Night Off " which was posted on Sept. 4, 2023.

Due to a catastrophic and highly preventable failure in the planning stage, management neglected to inform the audience that chapter 25 was the final chapter of this story because management didn't realize it at the time. I anticipated on writing several more chapters before proceeding to the sequel. After much deliberation and sad attempts at outlining that will ultimately be disregarded, I've reached the conclusion that it makes more sense to end at chapter 25 than it does to continue a little longer. There will be no more updates to this story. Please adjust your subscriptions and alerts accordingly.

In lighter news, there is still going to be a sequel! That was always my plan, and due to this change it will happen sooner than anticipated. The operative goal is still to re-vamp (hehe, *vamp*) everything that takes place between This Is Us and Bloodline, whether I'm able to condense that into a singular instalment or stretch it into two (again). And with this one complete and Bloodline one chapter (epilogue!!!) away from completion, I'm going to have more available brain cells to work on other projects. It's been a long time coming.
