This chapter is the characters you should expect to see that are DnD characters. Please note that they are all my own characters from different campaigns, with one being from a sub-campaign. Enjoy!
Flood: My very first DnD character! He is a human orc hybrid wizard with 5 spells without the use of books. During their campaign, they managed to get their hands on a spear made of Tartarus, a metal created by the DM that became sharper the more it was used, and the Kensei staff, which was a spirit trap. In the DM's universe, spirits are basically a sub-god and the Kensei staff originates from Kensei island, which is also where Flood got it, and it contains the fire spirit Feu, who was attacked by the elves that inhabited the island when he formed there after dying again, and that caused a war that the elves, obviously, started losing. Also, Feu or the Kensei staff, I don't know which, can absorb flames, and Feu can change it from night to day in an instant, as well as the other way around. By the way, Flood's spells are heal spell, lightning, fire manipulation, which he uses as a way to effectively do various Fire spells without having to learn them, earthquake and flood. The last 2 are self explanatory. He has also died twice, with the first time being when he was killed by goblins due to low rolls, he attempted to posses another player's character, but failed, and got crit success on jumpscare when that character was sleeping so yeah, that character stopped having clean pants till they changed, and it also got Flood sent to hell, but he'll was full, so he went to hell hell, which was a giant maze connecting to hell. There, Flood tamed a hellhound and named them Terrorism, later on changing that name to Terrorist, then Puppy (don't ask me why) and for the sake of this story, changed it to Obliterask. Anyways. They got their spear from killing a demon that was guarding the maze by themself after trying to convince them to join them twice but failing. (The DM made a joke I do not wish to recount each time I failed) and they then attempted to join Satan's army, but were refused for not being a demon and they then went through a beam of white light that lead to the world of the living. There was also an incident where a man that wanted the money I had on me stabbed ma hellhound in the throat, and let's just say that the amount of heal spell usage caused a rule where we could only do an action 3 times. Anyways, the second time was an execution after being found guilty for leading a massive dragon cousin that lives underground (henceforth meaning no wings) that has the strongest armour to exist, with the species known as! Steve smiley face. There is literally a smiley face drawn when the species name is written down, and another player came up with the name, while I created the species. Anyways, upon arriving in hell, my character found themself in Satan's office, and upon Satan realising who I was, he kicked me out of hell, causing me to return to life in what is known as a plot twist. Yeah, not even Satan wanted to deal with Flood, but unlike others, it was out of annoyance. Also, I focused mainly on Flood's intelligence and mana, as dexterity wasn't as important at the time. He also teamed up with spirit hunter Hunter, who had a Mexican accent, leading to many jokes from the other 2 players and DM, and I shall actually put Hunter in here cause he is Flood's friend. 😤 Also I plan on having a non-broken Kensei staff (it was destroyed during a fight between an obsidizin Feu had control over and Dellugette, the water spirit, who doesn't like Feu, and actually started the fight after being freed from her spirit trap, and it is highly unlikely Hunter liked it when 2 spirits were released)
Sam: Sam is a barbarian elf with a large focus on strength, and was created during the DM's second campaign. (I was in all the campaigns they did okay!?) And he only died once, at the end of the campaign. Despite the campaign name being league of thieves, Sam was a generally good guy to hang around, and the most hated character was someone to that would just pop into existence every now and again due to a punishment card. Harold. (Please note that when I first wrote Harold whilst writing this, I was trying to figure out a way to have my distaste for the npc readable) Harold, if you didn't role high enough, would not allow you to do something, and then, even if you did role high enough, (above a 10) you had to role again just to do the action! He was a nightmare, but we only ended up getting 2, and we got rid of the first by trapping them inside of a cave using a boulder, and the second was one that only affected 1 player, who is not very likeable in my opinion. Sam was also forced to eat a piece of shelk flesh, which, if not for them getting the cure later on, would of turned them into a were-shelk. Sam is easily the least likely of their original party to pick your pocket, and if he found someone's wallet on the ground, he would return it to the owner unless he had a reason not to, like needing that wallet for a quest. Sam also once fought a phoenix by ripping out boulders from the ground beneath him and chucking them with intense speed, even knocking the phoenix into a lake. In fact, I would say Sam has the physical prowess to defeat All might, All for one, and the first 2 high-end nomus that aren't Kurogiri, as well as Kurogiri. Oh, and due to what his world is like, although he won't kill the heroes unless they give him a reason to, he would gladly murder villains. In fact, the whole group shall not ally with any villains unless they need to to fight a particularly powerful monster. Which won't really happen often. There super, which is an extremely powerful attack or move the DM introduced that campaign, was grand fist, which is where they punch, and if an enemy was hit, unless they had a high enough defense, would basically explode, and if no-one is hit directly, hello air blast! Also they went into rage after drinking some tea, I don't know why. Also all my characters like .
Robot: Robot is from a campaign that took place in the future when humanity had to move to mars due to us stupidly destroying the Earth, and was chosen to be a member of scavenger six, and he is also a barbarian. Now, I will be giving them all the abilities I originally had in store for them that the DM deprived them of having, such as their pet robot parrot that can turn into an energy gun, their chest turning into a powerful energy cannon, their blasters on their bike form, and their bike form being a space bike instead of a motor bike, why I wanted them to be a space bike was for space battles, and Robot was one of the only 2 characters in the party capable of surviving in the empty void of space. Luckily when the destruction god Masa (not NASA) destroyed the cockpit window and sent everyone but the person who stole his Tartarus spear capable of cutting entire planets in half, the other players character was capable of creating portals to their own pocket dimension where it was impossible to die. Honestly the bit where everyone but the one person (who after a vote that lead to them being ejected, with me throwing them out into the void of space, but them swimming in an attempt to get back onboard only to freeze and stick their body to the back of the ship, securing the crewmates victory as he was the imposter) felt like only 2 people predicted that sort of situation 😑. Robot is also a powerful melee combatant, capable of turning their right hand into a double sided energy axe and the left an energy ️, and, like all barbarians, had rage in their disposal, using it to defeat an acolaxe after his tea made of battery acid had spilled all over the inside of his chest, with his optics glowing red in rage, and him violently killing the acolaxe, leaving it with no chance to strike back against the onslaught. They also ran over another player's character who had foolishly insulted an entire civilisation once it became clear that they were sure to die. They also helped another player reunite with the group during a trek on a desert planet that for some strange reason had a bustling market. (Seriously, why do bustling markets appear in deserts of all places!?) Robot did lose his axe arm later when a party member sacrificed it for a demon contract. And his shield arm got shot through with a plasma bullet, and naturally I will be making him harder to damage. MUCH harder. Teaser, he will appear in the MHA universe on I-island. Also, they did not die to an external force, unlike the others, and committed suicide. My will to have the character die increased when the DM gave me a hint of what was to come, but my character was the only one capable of effectively wearing a weapon needed for the main story, so I sorta shortened that campaign. Also their super was to turn into a bike.
Oltrogus: Oltrogus is an orc barbarian that was the first to die in their campaign. Their super required a sharp object, and was called omega slash, and it released a powerful slash that not much could resist, and I only got 2 kills with it. Also, someone else was being the DM for that campaign, and the previous DM made their own character who was also an NPC from their third campaign as DM. I shall be including that character as well. Oltrogus died due to a bullet from a pirate, but while their journey was short, with them only visiting their home island and another where there were giant bugs capable of communicating with the party, with the latter island being where Oltrogus dug a hole. They then struggled with getting out of the hole, with 2 other party members attempting to bury them alive. Their weapons are a giant axe and a throwing knife enchanted to return to the last person who threw it, but I shall edit that to be so that it will return to Oltrogus and not be stolen. He will permit others to use it, that will also have the ability to have the knife go to them without harming them. I know this part is shorter than the rest but so was their lifespan!
Splashy: Splashy was the first DM's character for the second DM's campaign, and his special allowed him to slow down time so he could aim his infinite ammo glocks with more ease, and his body was made of water, with the only part you could actually harm being their eye that took up most of their face and was their true body. That's not to say it wasn't resilient of course. Splashy was the smartest member of the party, and also one of the most agile, with a small frame it makes sense. However, Splashy's negative quirk, with those and positive quirks introduced by the first dm, was illiterate. And since Splashy's true form was an eye that manipulated water, he could essentially walk on water, with him mentioning that when I tried to walk on water and call myself Jesus. Also Splashy can break the fourth wall. He often said things from the future before saying, I don't know what that/_ is! ( The underscore is there to represent something he doesn't know of but said) Splashy also managed to trick a sea goddess into sinking a pirate ship he snuck onto. If you can't tell by now, that campaign took place during the time when pirates were far more common. Splashy then got an assist kill for every pirate that died when the sea goddess destroyed the ship.
Eltos: Eltos is an elf sorcerer, and due to the sub-campaign, a demon hunter. The sub-campaign also took place during modern day, but was a prequel to the first campaign, which took place thousands of years earlier. How? Time demon. It was to explain the origins of 2 NPCs, who were, in this campaign, Sam and Cass, with the former being male and the latter female. Anyways, Eltos learned their first spell at Modra high, which is where the sub-campaign takes place. The spell was bubble, with their second being ember, and the third fire punch, fourth lightning (which I quickly turned into a finger gun that shoots lightning), and the fifth fireball. And the sequel to that one was another sub-campaign called hell on earth, so I was Eltos again! Hooray! Now, this one is still going, but so far, there has been a time skip where Eltos learnt water construct, and increased the power of their other spells. Plus I think ember merged with fireball. While they are the type to make jokes and the second least likely to pickpocket you, they can be serious, and I plan on showing just that seriousness in their persona during difficult fights. He is also capable of creating fire tornadoes and enhancing their speed with lightning, and I will be removing the need for dice so that these guys can all cut loose and go at it with their full potential.
