At the GSPO's maximum security prison, deep beneath the rest of the asteroid structure, there lay a special security cell for the most dangerous criminal they had ever captured. She was an alien in a green formal dress with a metal collar built to keep her immense power at bay, and a beehive hairdo wrapped in a hairnet. Her eyes were covered by a domino mask that only she could remove. One day, the door opened to a shadowy figure identifiable in the darkness only by the red lights of his eyes. "Ah, Madam Malisha. I knew the rumours of your presence here were true."

"And I knew the esteemed leader of the Galactic Mafia would one day find his way to me.", Malisha responded. "What do you want? Advice on how to successfully rule the universe? Because you might not have noticed, but I failed and was out here. Like you."

"Don't worry, I have my own plans for that goal, that don't involve trying to overexert rare telekinetic abilities.", the Boss answered. "No, I felt like using the allocated time outside my cell the Warden allows me to ask you something that only one with your psychic abilities can answer."

"Ah yes, the one part of my abilities this collar cannot suppress fully.", Malisha nodded. "Well then, ask your question before the guards decide your time is up and take you back to your imprisonment."

The Boss chuckled. "Ah, that little technicality. Now then, I'd like you to tell me the location of the Solar Element. I know Team Boonboomger won it in one of their races, which is why I went after them to acquire it. I know they must've hidden it somewhere."

Madame Malisha then began her divinations, spending 30 seconds chanting before coming to an answer. "The Solar Element was received by M0-VR in particular. He will know its location."

The Boss fumed. "Bovile tells me that he was wiped out in a teleportation incident. But if you're advocating that my men search for him…"

It was then that a guard came in. "Times up, Prisoner #20294. Back in the klink."

"But of course.", the Boss nodded as he turned and looked away. "Good talk, Madam Malisha."

It was another ordinary day on Earth. But in Crosslands, ordinary was a very subjective term, especially when the Star Kats were involved. And right now, they were waiting around for something. Or someone. "How long is he gonna take?", K.P asked as Grillion set down a bowl before sitting on the stairs. "This is just rude."

"That might answer your question.", Grillion said as he pointed to an incoming, glowing object.

"Good, because I'm gonna give Roadhound a piece of mind.", K.P hissed as she stood up, clenching her fists.

"Me too.", Grillion said as he mimicked her gesture.

"What was that?" The object changed trajectory before zooming past them to crash into a nearby wall. When the smoke cleared, Roadhound stepped out, wielding a metallic staff of some kind that had 5 drill heads on the top and a wheel on the bottom. "Perhaps you'd like to back those claims up."

"Well, you see…", Grillion said, instantly deflated of all confidence.

"We were just joking.", K.P added. "We'd never do anything to upset you."

Roadhound stepped forward. "Good. Loyalty when faced with superior power. I knew you were useful minions." The three were shocked to see their leader in person.

Elsewhere, Mover woke up from his charging cycle to be greeted by an alarm, which he answered. "Lee, you've got to get me a real alarm clock if you want me up an at 'em.", he grumbled.

"That wasn't me.", Lee responded from the other end of the call. "That was our new early warning system for anything dangerous coming from space. But once I get back tonight, I'll buy you a real alarm if you want one."

"You'd better get back quicker than that if you can.", Mover replied. "Sensors indicate that whatever came down from space, it's moving through the city. And it's giving off a greater energy level than the standard monsters."

"What?", Lee said in shock. "I'll be right over as soon as I can."

Back with Roadhound, the dog like robot embedded in his leg was barking. "Looks like he's sniffed out a good object to make a monster out of." He led the Star Kats to a public toilet, which he entered himself.

"You sure ya know how to use dat thing, boss?", Meowbile asked.

As it turned out, no. No he didn't. Roadhound was banging on occupied stalls. "Can one of you post me to the waste incinerator?", he asked. He then stormed out in a huff, scaring his minions. "Perhaps I should try the other one."

But before he could enter the toilet marked with a pink sign, his minions stopped him. "On this planet, males and females aren't supposed to enter each others' washrooms.", K.P urged.

"Prudes.", Roadhound commented as he looked into the disabled toilet. "This one doesn't seem so limited in usage. Let's transform this lavatory into a Lavaterror." He inserted an Overclock Key of his own into the toilet, transforming it into an Automonster with a cape made of bog roll, buttons on his chest and a head with a large cavity full of water.

"It's time to make a big flush.", Lavaterror declared, as his cavity was covered up to flush.

"I admire your drive.", Roadhound said as he emerged. "Now, go and cause chaos in the city."

"As you wish.", Lavaterror nodded as he sped off.

The Star Kats tried to follow, but Roadhound threw his staff to stop them. "Not so fast. Those Power Rangers are going to show up in response to me inevitably. And I want to show you some pointers on how to thwart them."

"Y-yes sir.", the three nodded nervously.

"Wait a minute.", Meowbile pointed out. "If da Rangers respond to the other guy and he gets blown up, then I'll be needed ta bring him back all big."

"Very well, go and observe him.", Roadhound said, annoyed. "But you two will still tag along with me."

In the city, Lavaterror appeared, spraying people with water from the toilet seat on his head. "Now, you humans are about to see what happens when your facilities rise against you."

It was then that the three Rangers still in town appeared, fully morphed. "A toilet monster giving everyone showers?", Anna commented. "That's not cool."

"Yeah.", George nodded. "The forecast was for sunny, with a chance of clouds."

"You Rangers are the real poopers out here.", Lavaterror growled. "It's time I took a dump over you." He threw rolls of paper at the Rangers to wrap them up.

"Funny, we were about to wipe the floor with you first.", Bobby said as he used his Stick Saber to cut through the wrappings trapping him. "Did you really think that would hold us for very long?"

Anna managed to cut through just as easily. "I used to clean things like him for a living, this will be a cakewalk."

"Why'd you stop cleaning toilets?", Bobby asked.

Anna lowered her head at this. "I don't want to talk about it."

But George meanwhile was struggling. "Don't worry. Just go on without me. I'll be fine.", he insisted, not very convincingly. "This is nothing."

"At least one of you got caught in my trap.", Lavaterror gloated as he opened his lid again, blasting water at George full force.

"Oh god, the dampness is sticking!", George cried out, as he continued struggling.

"Hold on, we'll get it off.", Anna said as she and Bobby came over and began tearing off the paper, which seemed especially stuck. But they managed to remove enough that George could use his arms again. "Alright, now let's deal with this…" Everyone looked around, but Lavaterror had already gone. "…monster?"

"This stuff went all the way through the suit.", George moaned as he tried shaking himself clean.

"You'll live.", Bobby said to him, annoyed. "But we do need to try and find that monster. I'll go back to work and try to find some leads."

From the sides, Meowbile had observed everything. "Well dat felt like a waste o' time. Gettin' everyone wet? Not da best plan I've seen."

"Wait and see, my little number two friend.", Lavaterror said as he appeared from behind the small creature. "The real fun will begin soon."

On the outskirts of town, Lee was making his way back from within his car. He was now driving along the docks. "If one of the Galactic Mafia is here, then me and the others will need to come up with a plan to neutralise them. Though that depends on me getting back there incident free."

As if on cue, a leather uniformed figure leapt down onto the front of the car, causing it to swerve to a stop. "Ah, so you're the creep who's been leading my men to failure after failure on this planet.", Roadhound announced as he leapt backwards off the vehicle.

"And you're the object from space that set off my early warning radar.", Lee said as he got out of the car. "If we're to fight each other now, then we'd better introduce ourselves. My name is Lee. Lee Kent."

"And I am Roadhound, the last opponent you will ever face." The alien then materialised his staff in his hand. "Prepare yourself for battle, Leeleekent."

"No, it's… Ah, never mind." Lee took out his Morpher as it appeared on his wrist. "Let's just go with that and move on."

From the sides, Grillion and K.P were watching the scene unfold. "I thought we were going to watch Roadhound fight a Power Ranger.", Grillion noted with confusion.

"Yeah, why is he menacing some random guy?", K.P asked, confused.

But also coming to watch was Kit, whose work had assigned him to fix a boiler at a nearby restaurant. "Is that Lee? Who's he fighting? I'd better get a closer look."

Lee pressed down on the pedal of his Morpher. "Ready!" He did so again. "Set!" And a third time. "Morph!" He then spun the wheel to complete his transformation. "Red Booster!"

"Ah, so I've managed to net myself the Red Ranger as an opponent. This should be fun.", Roadhound commented.

Grillion and K.P on the other hand were shocked by the sight. "The Red Ranger is some human?", both blurted out.

Roadhound turned his head towards the two. "Wait, what did you think the Rangers were under their costumes?", he asked.

"We just assumed they looked like that naturally.", K.P admitted sheepishly.

"Maybe it wasn't entirely the Rangers' fault you failed.", Roadhound decided, before resuming his confrontation. "Let's go, Leeleekent!" He ran into battle, pointing his staff forward.

He stopped just in front of his opponent, before spinning all 5 of his drill heads on his staff into Lee, sending him flying. "Lee!", Kit cried out as he saw Roadhound zoom off after him to follow up.

Lee managed to right himself next to an industrial complex. "Mover, I could use a little help here.", he said into his Morpher.

"Sorry, everyone on your team will be busy.", Roadhound said as he swung his staff again, with Lee using his Wheel Saber to block it.

"Lee, what's wrong?", Mover's voice came through at the right time, allowing Lee to take advantage of the distraction to free himself from the clash and flip backwards, landing on his feet.

"I think I've got this.", Lee said into the Morpher, just before Roadhound came around for another attack.

Back at the base, Mover noticed that Lee had hung up. "Well if he's sure he can handle it.", the mechanical being shrugged, before going over to George's still damp suit. "From the analysis, this is not mere water. Two many energy draining atoms in it. But what for?"

At the Drive-In, George had surprisingly ordered more than his usual lemonade. "You just went through two courses of a three course meal within the space of a few seconds each.", Anna noted as she served up the ice cream sundae he had ordered. "I didn't think you had it in you."

"What can I say? I'm feeling famished.", George shrugged as he proceeded to wolf down the ice cream. "In fact, I'm so famished I could eat more." He then rolled over into the next booth to begin devouring the sandwich that the customer sat there had ordered.

"Hey, that's my lunch.", the guy complained.

Anna went to stop him, but saw another customer was grabbing food from their neighbour. And outside he diner, a woman was assaulting a street vendor for some fruit and vegetables. "Wait, I know that woman. She was hit by the toilet monster's water." She then took out her phone to call Bobby. "I think I've figured out what the evil plan for the day is."

"So have I.", Bobby answered as he saw a whole supermarket full of people fighting each other to grab onto food and eat it.

Lavaterror and Meowbile observed the destruction ensuing. "Humans rely on my kind to get rid of their waste.", Lavaterror announced. "But now, they'll produce so much waste that they won't be able to expel it. They'll eat all the food in town and then die."

"Nice plan.", Meowbile commented. "But I think ya forgot about da Rangers showin' up to stop da chaos by killin' ya."

"Well, there is that possibility.", Lavaterror pointed out. "But I've made getting rid of them my number one priority."

Back at the Rangers' base, Anna and Bobby had managed to drag a still ravenous George to where Mover could look over him. "It's as I've surmised.", Mover stated. "This liquid that the toilet monster sprays is no water. There's a chemical that prevents the body from breaking down food because it dissolves the food itself first. It also absorbs the bodily fluids that ensure consistent hydration."

"Meaning that anyone sprayed with it will be constantly hungry and thirsty.", Bobby realised. "And soon enough, the affected people will eat everyone out of house and home if they aren't cured."

"Thankfully, I've managed to coat all of your suits with a compound that should protect from the water's effects.", Mover explained.

"That's all good for me and Bobby.", Anna said, as she pointed out George, who was struggling to break free from her grip. "But that's not so good for the one of us who was already hit."

"I prepared for that too.", Mover answered as he took out a needle-like device, which he placed on George's arm and injected, causing the Blue Ranger's head to go limp. "This should neutralise the effect of the toilet water for about two hours. Hopefully, you three can defeat it before then."

"You mean Lee still isn't back.", Anna surmised. "Well, I led the Girl Scouts once, so I think I can lead a Ranger team for a mission."

"You led the Girl Scouts?", George said, getting up. "No wait, don't tell me. You don't want to talk about it."

"Looks like that suppressant is working like a charm.", Bobby noted. "Now we just need to deal with the monster before it wears off."

"Then what are we waiting for?", Anna asked as she took out her Morpher. "Let's do this."

The other two took theirs out. "Right."

The three pressed down on the pedals three time. "Ready! Set! Morph!" George and Anna span their wheels, while Bobby pressed the button on his. In a few seconds, their Ranger suits were deposited onto their bodies, while their Morphers plugged into their usual positions. They then pressed the pedals again. "Acceleration Boost!"

The door opened and the Rangers zoomed off into the city. "You'd better hurry.", Mover said. "Who knows how long that serum is gonna last?"

Back with Lee, he and Roadhound were evenly matched with their weapons, successfully swinging them at each other and blocking. "Time I kicked this up a notch.", Lee decided, as he pressed down on his pedal. "Acceleration Boost!" He then began moving at high speed, managing to land some shots and slashes on his foe.

"Two can play that game.", Roadhound declared as he folded the 5 drill heads at a 90 degree angle, before mounting the weapon. "Let's see how fast you are." He then moved at a speed similar to Lee's managing to match his blows with some punches.

From the side, Kit and the two Star Kats were still watching the whole fight play out. "They're really neck and neck with this.", Kit noted.

"I hate to say it, but he's right.", K.P admitted.

"Then perhaps we should help the boss cheat his way through this.", Grillion decided, pulling out a bag of jacks. "The painful way."

"No you don't.", Kit called out as he tackled Grillion before he could throw the makeshift weapon.

Both combatants stopped speeding. "Thanks Kit.", Lee called out as the two resumed swinging their weapons at each other. "Now we can keep the fight going."

"Indeed.", Roadhound nodded, before pointedly turning towards his minions. "With NO interruptions. Right?"

"Right.", the two nodded.

Nearby, in the woods, Technorg watched both Lavaterror's rampage through the city spraying people and Roadhound's battle with the Red Ranger. "Status of possible distractions for potential obstructions: high probability of completing rendezvous undetected by said obstructions." They observed an object coming down from space and landing in front of them. "Infiltration of Earth's advanced scanners: successful. They did not suspect this to be more than a meteorite until it was too late." A figure then stepped forward from the flames, with two prongs on its head and large blades for arms. "Ah, you arrived intact. An ideal outcome."

"Yeah, I'd have preferred if you sprang for a real spaceship, but I can't complain to you about comfort.", the figure growled. "I brought your damn transpad to bring your real body here." The figure set down a circular device which burst into life, glowing with energy and transporting what seemed to be an identical version of Technorg in front of the other one.

"Excellent.", Technorg stated as the body they currently inhabited transformed back into its crudely assembled state, before collapsing. The other body then burst into life. "Analysis of internal systems indicates two deteriorations of vital organs. Prognosis: replace with cybernetics at leisure." They then walked away, signalling to their assistant. "Come, Slashmark. We have much to do." Slashmark obeyed.

Back in the city, as Lavaterror was going around splashing people, the three Rangers showed up. "Ah, you're just in time for your rinse cycle, courtesy of my toilet bowl.", Lavaterror announced as he flushed to unleash a whirlpool from his head.

Anna leapt to the side out of instinct, while George and Bobby let themselves take the full brunt. "Nice try, but we've prepared for that little trick of yours.", Bobby stated. "You won't be sending our diets down the drain."

"And now it's time we dealt him a royal flush.", George said as he and Bobby did a fist bump. The two ran in, clashing with Lavaterror wielding a plunger-like weapon. The two held the monster in place, with George throwing a punch, while Bobby delivered a slash with his Stick Saber. As the monster focused his efforts on George, Bobby moved behind to hold Lavaterror in place so George could throw a kick.

"You're fighting dirty.", Lavaterror pleaded as the pair kicked him over the edge of a wall, sending him falling.

"Alright.", the two Rangers declared as the bumped their arms together. Both then leapt down to be closer to the recovering Lavaterror as Anna recovered from her tumble to get closer.

"Wow, those two are a surprisingly good pair.", Anna noted as George and Bobby wrapped their arms around each others' shoulders before charging in with their weapons. "I almost ship it." George and Bobby then picked Lavaterror up and spun him around, before hitting him with their weapons simultaneously. Anna took this as her cue to run into the fray. "Nice work, you guys. You managed to beat him."

"Not fully.", George pointed out. "He's still kicking for now." Everyone then held out their weapons.

"Not for much longer though.", Bobby said as he pressed down on the pedal of his Siren Morpher embedded in his Stick Saber. "Let's finish him."

"Right.", George and Anna said as they held down the triggers on their Wheel Sabers in gun mode. "Steering Stick Shot!" The two senior Rangers created a "no entry" sign with their shots, before Bobby delivered a slash that knocked Lavaterror back. The three then converted their weapons into steering wheel mode, using it to bring the shots backwards to send Lavaterror crashing into the no entry sign.

"I'm clogged up.", Lavaterror cried out as he exploded, behind the cheering Rangers.

"Looks like I'm up.", Meowbile declared as he drove in, devouring the energy runoff from Lavaterror, before vanishing into the Hyper Dimensional Road.

"Well, we all knew this was coming.", George commented before turning to Anna. "You took command, what're your orders?"

Anna was confused, but quickly composed herself. "Well this should be clear. Follow on in the Police Zords. I'll take Mover."

The Zords were deployed from the base, with Mover transforming to join them. The Rangers then used their modules to lock into their chosen Zords, attaching their steering wheels and Morphers. "Capture Cruiser, lock in!", Bobby called out.

"Vision Van, lock in!", George declared as he teleported into his choice.

Anna appeared inside Mover. "Turbo Trailer, lock in!"

The chase began again, with the two Police Zords surrounding Meowbile. "Hey, no fair.", the Star Kat hissed. "I need to dump my load somewheres." He then zoomed in front of them by leaping.

"Let's get in there, Mom.", Anna said to Mover.

"Stop calling me that.", Mover groaned as he sped up in front of them.

"I'm in charge today, I'll call you whatever.", Anna replied.

Meowbile then saw a sign indicating a pit stop at the left lane coming up. "Well that makes dropping dis energy easier.", he thought as he took the turn. Unfortunately, he failed to notice that the road was unfinished until it was too late and he fell over the edge.

"I can't believe he fell for that again.", George commented as he deactivated the hologram he had generated of a road and sign.

"Great job, but I think we're in for something bigger.", Bobby pointed out.

Back on Earth, Meowbile emerged from a portal to expel the energy he was storing, creating a giant Lavaterror who sat down on a building. "Time to do my business,", the monster commented.

"Well, it's time we combined.", Anna decided.

"Let's go for it.", Mover declared as he transformed into his portal form. He allowed the other two Zords to go through it, partially transforming into their limb forms. Mover then transformed on his own, combining with the two. "Police Pursuit Megazord, on patrol!"

Mover appeared on Earth, firing at Lavaterror to knock him off his perch. "There is no piss for the wicked.", Lavaterror grumbled.

"Let's get in there.", Bobby declared, with the other two pumping their arms in affirmation. Move removed in to battle Lavaterror, blocking his plunger with one gun, before getting said plunger stuck to his face. "That could've gone better."

Back with Lee, Roadhound had charged up his ultimate attack, causing red energy to run off his weapon. "Penta Drill Strike!" He sent the attack towards his opponent, who braced himself for the worst.

"Hang on, Lee.", Kit called out as he threw a manhole cover into the fight, which Lee noticed and equipped onto his Morpher as a shield, before setting it spinning to successfully block and reflect the attack. Roadhound swiftly launched an attack of his own to counter. The resulting clash created a massive explosion that sent Lee staggering, but failed to knock him down.

"Hey, I thought you said no outside interference.", Grillion complained to Kit.

"I said we shouldn't interrupt the combatants.", Kit pointed out. "Giving them somehing they can use isn't interrupting. It's simply helping them make use of the environment."

"Nice going, Kit.", Lee gave a thumbs up.

Back with the Megazord battle, Mover pointed both his guns in random directions. "Let's see what a full power blast does.", Mover said as he fired both at full power, disarming Lavaterror.

"Oh poop. Now I'm in doo-doo.", Lavaterror realised.

"Nice job, blocking Mom.", Anna said from within her cockpit.

"Let's see how you like my full power attack.", Lavaterror announced as he sent rolls of toilet paper to wrap around Mover, sending shocks towards his foe. "I think we have a real spark going."

"We got out of this before, and we'll do it again.", Bobby declared as he had his Capture Cruiser detach, using its spikes to pierce the sheets and send Lavaterror firing before reattaching. "Now let's end this."

All three Rangers pressed down on their pedals. "Full power!"

"Rapid Fire Artillery!' Mover launched several shots at Lavaterror to fatally wound him, before inserting the weapons into his holster.

For his last act, Lavaterror sat down on a building, puppeteering his toilet bowl. "Looks like I've been flushed.", he said before resigning himself to exploding, as Mover saluted.

On the ground, the spell wore off the various people, who merely stood around, confused at the situation. "How'd I end up here?", a man stood in the meat section of the store he was in asked. "I'm a vegetarian."

"Another job well done!", the three Rangers celebrated.

Then both the spell and the suppressant wore off on George. "Ahem, well that was a weird one.", he commented.

And at the industrial sight, Lee and Roadhound were staring each other down. Before either could make another move, the dog on Roadhound's leg began barking again. "Looks like my Automonster failed to destroy your friends.", he noted. "I'll let you off for today, but we'll resume later on." He turned and began walking away, before stopping to point at Lee once more. "Count on it, Leeleekent."

Lee was annoyed, but still raised his sword forward. "Count on it.", he said as he nervously breathed.

"See you 'round." Roadhound turned around and generated a smokescreen, which allowed him, Grillion and K.P to depart.

As Lee collapsed, Kit ran up to him. "Are you okay, dude?", he asked.

"I'll be fine.", Lee said as he reverted to normal. "Just as soon as I get a chance to rest."

Some time later, all 5 Rangers reconvened at their base to catch up. "So you fought one of the Galactic Mafia's strongest members.", Bobby said to Lee. "How did you survive?"

"Mostly because of you guys.", Lee answered. "You beat his monster, and that made him decide to call it quits for the day. But he'll be back. And I'm not sure I'll be ready."

"Well next time, you won't be alone.", George assured him. "We'll be there to give you insurance if things go south."

"Speaking of insurance." Anna went over to George and handed him a sheet of paper, with "$213.45" printed on it. "Your aunt told me to give you this. A bill for all the food you ate while under the toilet monster's spell."

George sheepishly smiled at this, before turning to the others. "Would either of you mind loaning me?"

"And probably not getting it back?", Kit responded, as he and he other boys walked out. "You're on your own."

"Oh come on guy, have a heart.", George pleaded, to no avail as the only people still paying attention to him were Anna and Mover, who were laughing their asses off.

Elsewhere, the Star Kats had led Roadhound to their current residence in an abandoned warehouse. "So this is where you guys live?", Roadhound questioned.

"Right now it is.", Grillion explained. "We move about after every defeat so the Rangers and local police don't have any clues as to our whereabouts."

"A remarkably smart move.", a new voice announced as they opened the door. The 4 saw a pair of silhouettes stood within. "The probability of you being here was only 45.1%, but it was the highest probability of the 5."

"Who're you?", Meowbile growled at the newcomers.

Roadhound was terrified by this. "Oh no, they're here."

K.P was confused. "Who? Who's here?"

The figures stepped forward, as Roadhound identified the one he was afraid of. "Technorg."
