It was another day in Crosslands, but for the fact that Kit was escorted by Lee down to the base. He saw that the other three Rangers and Agent Malcolm were all standing there, with all but the latter smiling. "I'm guessing this is one of those pleasant surprises.", Kit surmised. "I'm not a big surprise fan."

"Well it's a good thing we bought agreed to this a few weeks ago.", Mover answered him, as he brought out a briefcase. "And with Agent Malcolm here, we can make it official." Kit took the briefcase and opened it, seeing a Stick Saber with a Siren Morpher inside. "Congratulations, you're officially a Power Ranger."

Everyone began cheering for him, except for Malcolm. "Can you tell me what colour he is when he morphs?", he enquired. "If there's a surprise you don't want spoiled, then you and I can talk in private."

"Well, I've never been one to not cooperate with the federal authorities.", Mover shrugged. "Lee, you take over the explanations while Mal and I talk." The two then went into a private room.

As Lee took out the Stick Saber rand turned it to Arms mode, it disappeared. "I see you've discovered that the Stick Saber can be merged into your Siren Morpher.", George commented. "It'll rematerialise when you morph to store your Morpher."

"How do you know that?", Bobby asked. "It took me quite a while to figure that out."

"I helped engineer that function.", George clarified. "In my day job, I'm a vehicle engineer and mechanic. I helped build most of the Zords."

"Really?", Anna asked. "Because I think my car's blown a fuse, since it hasn't been working lately."

"Anyway, the next part of the tutorial is to make the Morpher disperse.", Lee continued, moving the arm with his Morpher on it from left to right, which caused the device to disperse. "It will reappear when there's a serious situation. So we can't use it to call you for frivolous reasons."

Kit repeated the gesture, which caused his Morpher to disappear. "Alright, that solves two out of three of the major aspects of the job. Now that just leaves one thing."

"Oh?", Lee asked.

"The Zords.", Kit clarified. "Mine were the closest to completion a few days ago, and I hopefully won't be waiting as long as Bobby was."

As if on cue, a sound like an oven finishing its cooking could be heard. "Perfectly timed question, since here done cooking.", George said as he went over to the computer. "Now all we need to do is find the modules."

"I know where they are.", Kit clarified. "Mover showed me the locations on the computer's map. The Builder Zords are located at the parking lot for a shopping mall that just opened."

"Oh, you mean the Moonlight Mall on the East side of town.", Anna realised. "I can take you there. I helped build it, so I know where it is."

"Oh, so you worked in construction too?", Kit said. "I assume you don't want to talk about why you stopped."

"Actually, I'd be glad to.", Anna replied. "Come on, we can talk about it on the way." She then dragged Kit over to the car.

At the Star Kats' latest hideout in an abandoned steel factory, Technorg was communicating with Bovile to provide a situation update. "So Roadhound chose to desert the mission. He will be dealt with in time.", Bovile surmised. "Since Viperior is unavailable to comment on the matter, you'll take over operations on Earth."

"I will not let you down.", Technorg nodded as they ended the call, before turning to the Star Kats and Slashmark. "Operation: convince the inhabitants of Earth to accept our business will commence."

The Star Kats were nervous about this. "That might take a while.", Grillion pointed out. "After all, there are over 7 billion inhabitants of this planet."

"And that's just the human population.", K.P added. "With aliens and animals and alien animals all over the planet, herding them in line might be…"

"Not dat easy.", Meowbile concluded.

But Slashmark had a different idea, which he demonstrated by swinging his blades around, scaring the three into standing back. "If there are a lot of enemies, we can deal with them with the good old fencing technique of pushing them into a corner."

Technorg picked up on the idea. "To ensure they stay in the hypothetical corner, a barricade is required." They went over to a pile of cinderblocks and wires, inserting an Overclock Key into the pile. "These cinderblocks will break the will of the humans."

The pile transformed into a mostly grey Automobeast with two large cement walls for arms, asymmetric shoulders resembling cinderblocks and a cross held onto his chest by 4 screws. "Cinderblocks, break. I'm Cinderbreak.", he declared.

"If you insist.", Technorg nodded. "Now then, you and the Star Kats will travel to a newly opened retail therapy centre to test your abilities ahead of a wider rollout."

"What?", Slashmark growled. "Why not send me out? I can cut down more humans with my abilities than this brick bully."

"You really think you can do better than me?", Cinderbreak asked as he slammed his arms together, constructing a cement brick wall around Slashmark that trapped him completely. "Try and cut your way through that."

"Nice work, but there are greater applications than your pettiness.", Technorg stated. "You three. Escort him to the target area now."

"Sir!", the Star Kats said in unison as they saluted.

At the mall, Anna pulled the car into a spot on the parking lot, finishing her anecdote. "And that's why I can never go back to Lanzarote."

"Not even on the tourist boats?", Kit asked.

Anna laughed at this. "I'm pretty sure they have my picture under a sign saying 'Do not sell to this woman'." They then approached the door, where several people were waiting to get inside.

Among these people was a familiar face. "Bobby? What are you doing here? And how'd you get here before us?", Kit asked.

"I took a shortcut.", was Bobby's answer. "And I thought you could use help search for the Builder modules. You know, two of us search outside, while the other goes inside."

As they were talking, the Mayor, who looked slightly off to the crowd for an overweight man with a moustache, and his equally odd-looking aide who's was obscuring her face beneath a veil, commenced the ceremony. "As the Mayor, I declare his new attraction for our city of living, open.", he said in what sounded like a fake old man voice as he cut the ribbon with the ceremonial oversized scissors.

As the doors opened and people began to crowd in, Kit turned to his fellow Rangers. "I'll look inside the building, while you two search outside. See you later." He joined the crowd that was rushing into the building as the doors opened.

But as they closed again, a wall of cinderblocks appeared to block the door. Cinderbreak then entered. "Looks like a successful test, Masters. All the doors are blocked."

"Good job.", the "Mayor" said as he and his "aide" threw off their disguises to reveal Grillion and K.P, with the former having Meowbile as his belly. "And all we needed to do was dress up as the city king, or whatever and take over the ceremony so people could be lured in."

"But wait a minute.", K.P pointed out. "We forgot those two over there. They kind of look familiar."

"You dope, dose are da Power Rangers.", Meowbile realised. "Pink an' Black, if I'm not mistaken."

"You aren't mistaken.", Anna said as she and Bobby morphed. "And now we'll deal either your little construction project."

The two began chasing Cinderbreak. "I don't just build walls with these powers.", he stopped to state before continuing his escape.

Sure enough, a pair of lone cinderblocks appeared on the ground, tripping the two up. "I cannot believe we fell for that.", Bobby said weakly.

"Maybe you should've tried constructing a better plan.", Cinderbreak stated.

The two Rangers got up quickly, pointing their fingers. "Whatever you've done to this place, undo it.", Anna insisted.

"Yeah!", Bobby added. "What she said."

The two tried running in to battle him, but Cinderbreak used his powers to create a wall in front of him, which they crashed into. "It's time to make sure you're walled in as well.", he laughed as more walls appeared around the two Rangers, trapping them in a wall.

From inside the building, Kit, who had sensed something fishy earlier, had made his way to the security desk where he got a good view of the whole event. "Oh no, I've gotta get out of here and help them.", he said as he moved back to the doors, which were now blocked by a cement wall, which he began pounding on. "Come on, fall over!", he urged.

Outside, the wall Anna and Bobby were trapped in was shot to pieces by an arriving Lee and George, who also took a shot at the monster. "Thank god the news was covering the event.", George told the two comparative rookies. "We saw the Mayor looked like Grillion in disguise and rushed over here."

As Cinderbreak recovered, Lee came up with a plan. "If we want to free those people, we need to demolish this guy."

"You'll never knock my blocks off.", Cinderbreak declared as Robolts began piling in. "Attack."

The Rangers subsequently engaged the Robolts, with Bobby using his Stick Saber and some kicks, while Lee slashed a few down with his Wheel Saber before running in to attack Cinderbreak. "It's time we demolish you.", he said as his opponent generated another wall, which he leapt backwards off a collision with. "Let's go, Bobby."

"Alright.", Bobby nodded as he ran towards Lee, who gave him a lift up over the wall so he could attack the monster. He managed to land an attack while Cinderbreak was gasping for breath, believing himself safe. "Let's finish this.", Bobby said as the other Rangers arrived, with all 4 activating their final attacks. "Stick Saber: Suppression Strike!" He ran forward to kick his foe into the air, before slashing him multiple timeswhen he fell down to Earth, concluding the attack with a powered up kick.

"Wheel Saber: Steering Strike!", Anna called out as she sent an energy copy of the Wheel Saber's steering form at Cinderbreak, which she used to force the monster onto his back.

Next to attack was George. "Wheel Saber: Steering Shot!" He fired multiple projectiles which Cinderbreak moved to deflect, only for them not to do anything, which caused the monster to lower his guard while the projectiles hit him.

"Alright, guess it's my turn.", Lee declared as he prepared to run in with his Saber.

But before he could do anything, tendrils shot out of nowhere and knocked Lee and the other Rangers back. A tentacle that emerged from the weapon of Technorg. "Your moves were certainly impressive, if lacking in finesse. Perhaps I should up the ante."

"Who's that?", Anna asked as she recovered.

"If I remember correctly, that would be Technorg, another one of the Made Monsters from the Galactic Mafia.", George answered. "Though what they're up to, I don't know."

Technorg's tentacles reached out to touch the body of Cinderbreak, causing the monster to convulse. "Abilities: cinderblocks generation. Tactical advantages: create barricades. Tactical disadvantages: walls can be demolished. Conclusion: increase molecular density of materials. Upgrade in progress." The tentacles retracted, as Cinderbreak rose again. "Now then, I shall let you get reacquainted." They then teleported out, to leave the monster alone.

"Let's see what this new power can do.", Cinderbreak declared as he slammed his arms together, causing the blocks in place to turn from stone to steel, while the entire structure was covered by similar walls.

Inside, Kit had got a few others to join him in attempting to pound the walls down, only for them to witness the bricks transform into solid steel. "Oh, it's no good.", one lady said as she slumped over on the floor. "We're never going to get out of here. These walls are simply too tough."

"No, don't give up.", a snooty looking man bellowed. "There must be a chink in this wall somewhere. A part of it that isn't fully straight we can exploit."

"I don't think there's a lot.", a teenager girl answered him. I think the wall on the leftmost entrance had two bricks slightly elevated, but I don't think that constitutes a major impediment."

Kit on the other hand, realised what could've caused the obstructions. "I'll go to check it out.", he said to cover his running off. When he got there, he found more people pushing on the higher-up bricks of the wall. "Wait, I think we might have more luck if we pulled upwards from the bottom."

Everyone looked confused by this suggestion, until one of the kids with the crowd crouched down and found a brick that was slightly lifted out of place. "No wait, he's right. There's a gap we can exploit there if we pull up." He reached his hands underneath the metal bricks, beginning an effort to pull them up.

"Everybody help him.", Kit urged, leading as many others as he could in reaching under the bricks and pulling. Eventually, they managed to cause one row of bricks to topple over, which had a knock-on effect that knocked the others away. In the confusion, Kit found the source of the uneven wall - the two Zord modules being located underneath one of the bricks and destabilising it. He pocketed them and began yelling. "Everyone, get over to the leftmost entrance. We have a way out now."

Everyone quickly made their way out, much to the dismay of the Star Kats. "We probably should've expected this.", K.P gulped as they were trampled by the fleeing customers.

"We should check on Cinderbreak.", Grillion decided as the three pulled themselves up.

"Good idea.", Meowbile nodded as the Star Kats dashed off. Kit emerged from his hiding place, moving to follow them.

Back at the Rangers' base, Mover and Agent Malcolm finally emerged from their private room. "So I'll get the confirmation filed with my office by tonight.", Malcolm finished explaining, before noticing that the room was much emptier than before. "Where'd your team go?"

"They must've gone out.", Mover decided before noticing that the computer was beeping to signal an emergency. "Now I know they've gone out. There's an Automobeast attacking at… hey, that looks familiar." He activated the communicator feed to Lee. "Hey, are you guys beating up a new monster."

"Something like that.", was Lee's response. On the other end, he and the other three Rangers were knocked back. "By which I mean, he's beating the stuffing out of us."

Cinderbreak once more slammed his arms together. "With my new upgrade, you don't stand a chance.", he boasted. "I'll brick you up and never feed you."

"Hey!" Cinderbreak turned around to see Kit coming forward to throw a kick, that knocked him backwards. "You seem to be unaware of a few facts."

The Star Kats observed this from a hiding place behind a support beam. "Isn't that the guy who alerted the Rangers to our restaurant scam?", Grillion asked.

"Sure looks like it.", Meowbile nodded.

Cinderbreak was more dismissive. "What can one ordinary citizen like you do against me?", he laughed.

"By myself, not much.", was Kit's answer. He performed a pose to materialise his Siren Morpher in his hand. "But let's see what my new toy can do." He pressed down on the pedal twice. "Ready!" He pressed it a third time. "Set!" He then lifted up his knee to kick the button on the bottom. "Morph!" The Morpher flashed and flew around Kit's body, generating a primarily white suit similar to Bobby's, only with the highlights being orange and the shoulder pad resembled the warning light of a construction vehicle more than a police siren. Finally, the hubcap on his helmet was that of a bulldozer. "This is sweet."

As the other Rangers recovered, Anna was confused. "He's Orange?"

"Yeah.", Lee nodded. "You suggested we go with something unique, so here we are. The first Red/Blue/Pink/Black/Orange Power Rangers on a team together."

"I don't know.", Bobby shrugged. "Don't teams without a yellow tend to get more members?"

"What's that leap in logic based off?", George enquired, genuinely confused.

The Star Kats meanwhile were taken aback. "Another Ranger!", K.P blurted out in shock.

The 5 Rangers got into formation as they began their roll call. "Red Booster!"

"Blue Booster!"

"Pink Booster!"

"Black Booster!"

"Oranger Booster!"

"Let's rev it up, Power Rangers Turbo Boosters!"

"More like let's break it up.", Cinderbreak announced as he pointed forward, summoning a group of Robolts to attack.

"You've been schedule for demolition.", Kit said as he placed his hand on Lee's shoulder, before running forward to battle with the other three, with Lee following not long after. Bobby kicked away some Robolts on a flight of stairs, while George and Anna dealt with the ones on the ground. Kit went directly towards Cinderbreak to engage him. Robolts came running towards Kit, who used his Stick Saber in Ax mode to slash through them with ease.

"If you'll permit me to smash you.", Cinderbreak declared as he slammed his arms together in Kit's face. "I believe we were fighting."

"Thanks for the reminder.", Kit said as he attempted to sweep the legs, which had the added effect of breaking Cinderbreak's focus, before Kit swung his axe into the monster, sending him flying backwards.

"Time for you to get walled in.", Cinderbreak declared as he used his powers to generate a wall on either side of Kit. He hen slammed his arms together to bring the walls crashing towards Kit.

"They don't call us 'Turbo' Boosters for nothing.", Kit said as he generated wheels on his feet to move away at a high enough speed to get clear. He then delivered another strike to Cinderbreak's arm, hitting with enough force to knock him back. "Tiem I finished this.", Kit declared as he pressed down on his pedal three times. "Stick Saber Axe Crash!" As he delivered the blow, Cinderbreak blocked with his arms.

After a few seconds, a crack formed on Cinderbreak's chest, forcing his wall arms to split in two each and explode. "I get knocked down…", he slurred deliriously as he exploded. With his death, the walls and cinderblocks he created vanished as if they were never there.

Lee came running up to him. "I've got to admit, you did a nice job there."

The Star Kats were still watching from the sidelines. "I can't believe we failed again.", K.P said, annoyed.

"This isn't going to look good on our performance review.", Grillion noted, dejected.

Meowbile on the other hand, burst into action and devoured the energy left by Cinderbreak's destruction. "Time ta make a delivery.", he declared as he flew into a portal to the Hyper-Dimensional Road.

"I suppose this part was to be expected.", Kit said as the other three Rangers came running. "Bobby, Anna how'd you like to take one of our new Zords out for a spin?" He handed the latter the Shovel Zord module.

"Alright." Bobby nodded. "Let's do it." He spoke into his Morpher. "Mover, send the goodies."

The Zords were launched, with the Rangers locking the modules into their Morphers to teleport into different Zords. Lee teleported inside Mover and locked his Wheel Saber and Morpher in, while George sat in the passenger seat. "Turbo Trailer Zord, lock in!"

Next was Kit, who appeared within the Shovel Zord, locking his Stick Saber in Drive mode and his Siren Morpher in to steer. "Super Shovel Zord, lock in!"

The other two teleported into the Dozer Zord, with Anna taking the wheel. "Battle Dozer Zord, lock in!"

The three Zords overtook the rest to begin chasing Meowbile. "Their measly construction vehicles are no match for Meowbile's destructive capabilities.", Grillion announced happily, as he and K.P watched from the sidelines.

"Here's to a victory for a change.", K.P nodded in agreement.

"Yeah!", both said in unison with a pose.

"Take some safety junk for ya troubles.", Meowbile growled as he swerved side to side, ejecting safety cones and barrels from his mouth.

"That is unsanitary.", Anna noted as she lowed straight through it.

"Aw crud. I sense somethin' bad comin'.", Meowbile gulped, as the Shovel Zord appeared behind him.

"No kids on the work site.", Kit said as he used the shovel to pick up Meowbile and throw him off the road.

"Tough luck.", the other two Star Kats commented as they witnessed the scene.

Back on Earth, Meowbile reappeared outside of the city and puked out the energy, which reassembled into a giant Cinderbreak. "But I get up again. They'll never keep me down."

"Time we got back to Earth.", Mover declared as he once more transformed into a portal gate.

"Zords combine!", Kit and Anna declared in unison.

"Let's go.", Bobby added, raising his arm into the air. The Battle Dozer transformed, with the dozer part folding 180 degrees vertically to form a hammerhead, before the Super Shovel had its cab rotate 180 degrees horizontally to form a kind of cannon.

"Begin combination!", all 5 Rangers declared in unison. As Mover reassumed his humanoid form, the side of the Battle Dozer folded upwards, before the top half rotated 90 degrees as a handle emerged from underneath and the cab folded further, creating a hammer.

"We might need assistance." Kit noticed as he operated his joystick. The launching robot from the loading bay apepared and detached its top half, before plugging into Mover's neck section. The transformed Shovel Zord then plugged into the right shoulder, as the barrel of the cannon folded downwards and the shovel merged into the hand.

"Battle Builder Megazord, ready!", Mover declared as he reappeared on Earth to battle Cinderbreak. "Let's knock him down."

"You can't wall me off so easily.", Cinderbreak announced as he stepped forward. Mover used his hammer to knock the monster's arms back, but Cinderbreak decided to bear hug him to stop another. "Try moving now."

"This won't stop us.", Kit said as he operated Mover to break free.

"Hammer attack.", Mover cried as he knocked Cinderbreak backward by pounding on his arms.

"That all you got, well taste my Cinderblocks Strike!" Cinderbreak launched a flurry of projectile cinderblocks at Mover, with Kit likewise using his hammer to knock them back. Eventually Mover moved right next to Cinderbreak, who retaliated by creating a larger wall. "Now you won't be able to hit me no matter how hard you huff and puff."

"Oh yeah?", Anna asked as she had Mover use his hammer to keep hammering one point in the wall, only to be met with no result. "What the-?"

"Didn't I tell you that you couldn't break through?", Cinderbreak asked, laughing.

"Maybe we need a different tact.", George decided.

"Good idea,", Kit decided as he pressed down on his pedal once. "Search scanner."

"Let's find a weak point we can use.", Mover said as a light emerged from his head, analysing the wall. Eventually, he found a single improperly moulded block. "That one."

"I knew that would come back to haunt me.", Cinderbreak gulped.

"Let's hit it.", Kit declared.

"Hammer time.", Mover declared as he brought his weapon down to hit the block, causing the wall to collapse utterly. Eventually, enough blocks were knocked away that Cinderbreak was left with normal arms. A giant Siren Morpher appeared on Mover's back.

"Time we end this.", Kit said as he and the others pressed down their pedals to charge up the giant Morpher.

"Full power!", all 5 Rangers announced.

"Battle Building Hammer Crash!", Mover declared as he slammed the hammer into the ground, sending multiple construction materials into Cinderbreak, destroying him for good. "And that's all she built."

From the ground, the Star Kats, having recovered Meowbile, were watching. "I'm blaming this one on Cinderbreak.", K.P decided.

"That guy was cruddy.", Grillion agreed.

Out in space, Roadhound had achieved escape velocity. "I hate to leave my underlings in charge of world domination, especially not with that creepy cyborg, but until I can find a surgeon to get my hand out of this thing, then I don't have many options.", he thought to himself. "Then again, I don't have many options as to where I go now."

"Asmodeum.", a smooth, silk-like voice echoed in his ears.

"Who is that?", he growled. "Who's there?"

"Asmodeum. Come to Asmodeum.", the voice continued. Roadhound's yellow eyes turned red, as his vehicle changed direction and rocked off through space.

Back with the Rangers, they had returned to their base to continue the welcome party for Kit, while Agent Malcolm had returned to his headquarters. "So here we are, at last a complete team of 5.", Lee said. "Well, until some 6th a Ranger inevitably shows up."

"That seems a given.", George commented. "Mover, you aren't working on any more Rangers, are you?"

Mover shook his head. "Nah, 5 is all I have the materials for. I'll stick to giving you guys more upgrades."

"We'll be needing them.", Bobby noted. "Especially now that both Technorg and Roadhound have come to Earth."

"Hey, we do have something in the works with the old gun we found.", Anna pointed out. "If we can fix it up, we'll have an ace in the hole."

"But until then, we'll fight as we did today: as a team of five." Kit spoke up, raising a glass to toast. "To the Power Rangers."

"The Power Rangers.", everyone else repeated as they joined the toast.
