Author's Note: Here is another "guess the POV" poem. It was inspired by an episode (as my poem Reflections was). So, read and review (and be sure to guess who you think the POV belongs to). And thanks for all of the reviews I have received. Though I try to write for the sake of writing, I do love to get reviews.

Eyes of Another

I see a face,

Once common to my everyday reflection. . .

And eyes, familiar yet strange,

Never meant to reflect the soul

Living behind them now.

What has happened to me?

I feel so lost. . . .

I wasn't meant to be in the skin

Of the shell that I am now within.

My joy should bring me joy,

Not the destruction it now brings.

How can I survive

If I'm not allowed to feel?

So lost, so afraid,

And just wanting to be

Back in the person that I know as me.

But I don't know how to get back,

And I don't know what I'll do

If I am forever bound

Behind the eyes of another.
