"I don't understand, the Doctor who what?"
"No, I said - just Who. Who!"
"Hoo? Doctor Hoo?".
"Not Hoo, Who!"
"Hoo? That's what I said - Doctor Hoo. You know, we're beginning to sound like a couple of owls".
