"God!" Catherine said making her way through the halls of the lab. She headed into the locker room and went straight to her locker, throwing the door open and searching through her things. Warrick walked in.

"Sup, Cath?" he said. "You look pissed."

"Damn right I do! That bastard got off on parole and—"

Warrick raised a brow.

"Sorry, Warrick. I haven't been sleeping very well lately and that guy got off…"

"It's okay, Cath. You look exhausted."

"I am…Lindsey was at a friend's house last night and I didn't get off shift until late so I had to pick her up and then take her to school early this morning, and…" she didn't finish.

"It's okay, Cath. I understand," he said putting a hand on her shoulder.

She smiled- no matter what she did Warrick was always there to comfort her and make her feel better. She gave him a quick hug.

"Thanks, Warrick."

"No problem, Cath."

"I should go—" Catherine started to talk but tripped and fell into Warrick's arms. He fell on the bench in the locker room with Catherine on top of him. They both stared at each other, their brains not registering what just happened.

"Catherine, I—" Sara's eyes widened as she walked into the locker room and looked at the scene in front of her. "—Got the results from…the…" she didn't finish.

"Oh, uh…it's not what it looks like!" Warrick said looking at Sara from an upside-down angle.

Sara laughed a little. "I'll leave you two alone. Sorry to bother you." She walked out with a smile on her face.

Catherine's face had turned red and she looked down at Warrick and coughed.

"Ahem…well…I uh…" she couldn't make the words come out right.

Grissom was heading into the locker room but Sara grabbed his arm and pulled him away before he could step inside.

"So…" Catherine said to Warrick.

"This is interesting," Warrick smiled looking up at her. "Let's do dinner."

Catherine smiled.

"You can bring Lindsey along," Warrick said smiling.

"You're on," Catherine said and then looked at the scene in front of her again. "Uh…sorry for falling on you…" she said quickly getting up off of him.

"It's okay," he chuckled a bit. "I'll meet you at the car. We can stop by your house and pick Linds up on our way," he said grabbing his jacket. Catherine nodded and they walked out of the lab, one hand on each other's waists.
