Ok, so onlyone day until Christmas, I don't think I can post the other two before then, sorry!
"And he brings gift for every kid on earth?" Jonas asked.
"Indeed," Teal'c said. "For everyone that believes in him."
"Wow," Jonas said. "What'd you get?"
"I have not yet received my present, I must wait," Teal'c said. "However, there are lots of people Santa Clause must bring presents to."
"Right," Jonas said. "So, you taking me this year?" he asked with a small smile.
"So, how do you do it? Ask Santa I mean…" Jonas asked.
"First you must wait in line, then you must make a request for what you wish," Teal'c said. "It is indeed an easy process."
"I see," Jonas said. "I can't wait to give it a try! Let's go ask Jack to take us now!"
"Very well," Teal'c said as he followed Jonas out of the room.
"COME ON!" Jack shouted to the stoplight. "There is no stinkin' car anywhere!"
Teal'c sat in the passenger seat calmly, while Jonas sat in the backseat anxiously.
"I think I'm just going to go," Jack muttered, he looked both ways and was about to run the red light.
"O'Neill," Teal'c said. "That would be breaking one of your laws,"
"Who cares," he said as he put his foot on the gas.
They had only been driving for a couple of seconds when they heard sirens, Jack looked in the review mirror. "Crap!"
Teal'c had the expression on his face as if to say 'I told you so'. Jonas looked a little clueless.
Jack pulled over and rolled down his window.
"Do you know you just ran that red light?" the officer asked.
Jack looked back. "Hey! I did," he turned back to the officer. "Is that new? The light I mean."
"License," the officer said holding out his hand.
The old man looked at his watch, the big black dude should have come by now! He shook his head and stood up, he had to lock the doors- it was closing time.
The old man walked over to the door and locked it. He turned and started to walk away, when he heard someone tapping on the glass, he turned around to see the big black dude standing there, along with another small man, he smiled and unlocked it. "Thought ya weren't going to show up," he said.
Teal'c bowed. "I apologize,"
"Ahh, don't worry 'bout it," the man said. "Brought a friend I see."
"Indeed," Teal'c replied. "I have been telling him of your wonderful works."
"It's such a pleasure to meet you," Jonas said.
The old man blinked, these people were the weirdest people he'd ever heard of, but he thought it was cute, and funny that they still 'pretended' to believe in Santa. "Are you gonna ask for something?"
Teal'c smiled. "Indeed," he said.
There was a pause.
"So? What do you want?"
"I would very much like to own all the Star Wars movies," he said.
The old man blinked. "You don't want to ask for something like... that the world will never come to an end?"
Teal'c stood still for a moment. "No, perhaps next year."
The old man shrugged. "Ok, Merry Christmas! And what about you?"
Jonas grinned. "Nothing, I just wanted to meet you," he said.
"You don't want anything?"
"Umm… no, I'm fine… thanks though!" he said with a smile. "And Merry Christmas!" he said as he hurried out of the store.
"Weirdo's..." the old man muttered affectionately.
"Thank you Teal'c," Jonas said.
"You are most welcome," Teal'c said. "Perhaps we can do this again next year?"
"Yeah, that would be great," Jonas said.
Merry Christmas! Sorry I didn't get these all posted before Christmas, but I hope you still enjoy them!
