Summary: "What in the hell was Freckles talkin' 'bout when she said everyone loves me. Now that can't be. I'm still the island's number one hated person, ain't I?" Post-"23rd Psalm." 200 word snippet.
Kate: You know, you don't have to be belligerent just for belligerent's sake. Everyone loves you now.
Sawyer: Bull puckey.
Author's Notes: Just a little humor-ish piece I wrote after "The 23rd Psalm." Sawyer just can't stand it when everyone likes him. Un-betaed, but it shouldn't be impossible to read. Please feel free to post reviews, whether they are complimentary or constructively critical.
"I don't like this one bit." Resting back on his seat Sawyer continues his lament. "What in the hell was Freckles talkin' 'bout when she said everyone loves me. Now that can't be. I'm still the island's number one hated person, ain't I?"
Groaning, Sawyer grunts. "Dammit, Chewie, I said I don't want no fish!" He uses his good arm to try and push Jin away.
But Jin can only stand there, and mumble quick sayings, none of which Sawyer found coherent. Jin, then, pretends to take the fish and put it in his own mouth. He smiles, foolishly, and rubs his belly, adding, "Mmm." Pointing to his own left shoulder, Jin makes a muscle, and says in broken English, "Sawyer … strong. Fish!"
Standing to walk away, Sawyer starts, "See, now, this is what I'm sayin'. This ain't supposed to be happening. You, and everyone else, got to hate me. Punch my lights out when I'm checking out your wife's tight ass! Hey, you listening to me, Chewie!"
Raising his eyebrow, Jin lifts the fish (strewn across the paper) and pushes it toward the blonde. "Fish? Fish?"
Shaking his head, Sawyer grumbles. "Nah, I don't like this one bit."
