I am seriously being good to you guys.
Can I get a break soon?
I saw him across the ballroom. He was so handsome, especially with his mischievous smile. Our eyes locked.
We met in the middle of the dance floor when the next song started. A waltz. Perfect.
His soft, gray eyes poured into mine as we swept across the ballroom. Who knew that he was such a great dancer? I didn't, that's for sure.
My midnight black ball gown delicately spun around me while we danced. As the song ended, we also ended in a twirl.
As I looked around, there were no other dancers, and people had been watching us. He bowed while I curtsied, my right hand interlocked with his left.
"Will you be there, though?" he wanted to know.
"I kinda have to," I confessed.
I always wondered why...
I still don't know why. We leaned on the railing, facing each other.
"Why me? Why not someone else?" I finally asked.
"Because I want a smart, beautiful, musical genius. Not anyone else." He leaned forward and kissed me. A soft, sweet, perfect kiss, full of explanations.
His arms slipped around my waist while mine came around his neck and in his hair.
We pulled apart.
"I love you," we whispered at the same time.
Grey met violet in a passionate battle between our eyes.
"You're my one and only, Kelsi Nielson."
"Always and forever, Jason Cross."
Short, sweet, and to the point. But really fluffy, as always.
Okay, I have a thing with kisses in my fluffy oneshots. But it's good, though...right?
Please review on this one, I tried something new, and I just want to know if it came out okay.
