Waking Up Alone
Draco smiled contentedly in his morning haze, that was the most magical night he had ever had with his boyf-husband. As soon as the reception had finished Harry had took him into his arms and with a soft kiss apperated them to their honeymoon suite in the Alps. Draco hated the cold, he loved snow but hated cold so why on earth had his amazing lover persuaded him to agree to this? Simple with the exclamation of, 'But you look so beautiful in the snow Draco, your eyes shine and your hair forms a halo around your head. You always look perfect in the snow.'
Being as vein as he was how could he resist the chance to make himself look even more perfect then he was already.
Draco climbed out of bed and pulled on his pants from the night before. He wandered slowly into the en-suite bathroom and frowned at the bare sink, he thought Harry would at least brush his teeth. Shrugging it off with a shake of his head he made his way into the small lounge they got with the honeymoon suite, Harry's suitcases were missing from beside the door where they had left them the night before. Draco then rushed into the kitchenette hoping to find his husband making breakfast for them both. When there was no sign of him there Draco rushed back into the bedroom searching for any sign of his lover in the rooms.
Five minutes later he sat down heavily in the middle of the floor. All traces of Harry had been wiped from the suite, doubts began to flood his mind, 'Did Harry regret his choice?', 'Did something happen?', 'Doesn't he love me anymore?'.
"Oh God I knew this would happen, I knew that he would leave me. I hate him...I hate him. God! I love him." Draco pulled his legs up to his chin and began to cry. Not that he knew it of course.
He never noticed the door opening, or the bags being placed on the small table. Draco kept on crying brushing the tears away every few seconds.
"Draco baby, why are you crying sweetheart?" Harry asked kneeling in front of his new husband. Suddenly the tears stopped, and Draco looked up slowly, staring into the worried emerald eyes.
"H-Harry, you're still here? You still love me?" Draco threw himself into Harry's arms causing the dark haired man to fall back onto the carpet.
"Of course I still love you, you idiot. I'm not going to leave you, I don't think I'll survive if I left you." The Slytherin leant down for the soft kiss which awaited him.
"Then where is your suitcase."
"I put it in the closet, I didn't touch yours because I didn't know where you wanted me to put it."
"Why haven't you brushed your teeth this morning? You love doing it the muggle way for some reason." Harry smiled sheepishly.
"Well with the wedding haze I kinda forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste."
"Why weren't you here when I woke up?"
"I went to buy a toothbrush and breakfast, I figured I should make you breakfast in bed." Harry smiled softly at Draco's grin and slowly stood up giving his small lover chance to roll off him, "Come on you get back into that bed, your breakfast will be ready soon."
"I never realised just how much I love you Harry."
"I love you too babe, after breakfast I booked us some skiing lessons, I think you'll do great." Draco made a face.
"I think I'll take back my last statement." Harry mock glared at his adorable husband and chased him into their bedroom.
"You very much owe me for that Draco," The Slytherin smirked at his Gryffindor husband and pulled him into a kiss.
"After breakfast though I'm quite hungry."
