"I Hate the Professor's Monocle"

A little poem by Dr. Rousseau, scribbled on the back of his business card

You slice of a crystal orb,

Evil incarnate,

How I despise you!

Your flash and

Petrify my insides.

How I wish I could break you

Like a common cracker.

Do not spark and sparkle so!

Do not be so shimmering!

You are merely silicon

And I…

I am the world.
