Donna Noble was officially very, very weirded out. She knew- okay, she knew absolutely nothing about the Bad Wolf, but she at least knew that the Doctor was freaked out by her and she was powerful enough to get into the TARDIS midflight.

And Donna had a slight suspicion that she was not apologising for there being more than one Doctor running about.

She shivered, crossing her arms and giving the sky a distrustful glare.

"Mum?" the Bad Wolf asked, stepping forward.

The blonde girl- must be Rose, Donna figured, judging by how the Doctor had been practically clinging to her- flinched in surprise. "What, again?" she asked. "More of 'em?"

The Wolf laughed. "Only one," she said reassuringly. "I'm a little older now, that's all."

"Oh." Rose looked her up and down. "Okay. Hello again. It's, uh- it's good to see you're doing better," she offered.

Donna shivered again. "What the hell're we standing out here for? It's freezing."

"It's Norway," said the Doctor she hadn't met yet, apologetically. "It wasn't my decision, trust me."

She snorted. "Better not be," she grumbled. "I'm going inside."

Curiosity. It gets the better of all of us at least once.

Even me.

The door to Pete's World's TARDIS opened with a creak, and Donna was intensely disappointed to see that it looked exactly the same. But it was warm, at least, and-

-and there was a tiny, unconscious body on the floor and who was it and were they all right and why the hell had the Doctor and Rose left them alone in here and-

The door burst open. "Don't touch her!" the Doctor shouted, too late.

...sorry guys heh

I would explain why I'm doing this (because y'all should know by now how much I adore every fragment of Donna as a person) but it would kinda give away the end of this episode altogether. I mean, again, if you know my eccentricities with fic-writing you know the ending anyway, but I don't want to make it easy for you. :P

Love you all, be well, et cetera, hopefully I will see you again MUCH sooner!
