"I'm too fat."

"Oh, come on Timmy. You are not fat," Abby propped her chin up on McGee's chest and kissed the soft skin here.

McGee chucked, making her shake.

"Don't do that, it tickles," McGee ran his fingers through Abby's soft hair.

"I think I should lose some weight. Maybe walk to work?"

"It's a half hour bus ride," Abby objected.

"Yeah, but that's maybe an hour and a bit walking. And I would lose some weight."

"McGee! You are not fat! Besides, I love you just the way you are," she smiled up at him.

"I love you too, Abby. But I think it's time for a change."

"As if enough things haven't changed lately," Abby grumbled.

"I know it's been hard for you, Abs, with Gibbs gone," McGee said.

"I miss him, Tim. More than a lot. Tony tries, but it's not the same,"

"I know," McGee frowned, thinking. "I think it's time for a new McGee."

"I like the old McGee," Abby rolled off him, and curled up at his side.

McGee wrapped his arm around her, turning off the light.

"Maybe we can both walk to work?" Abby asked in the dark.

McGee just smiled.

Author's Note: I've just started season 4, and I noticed McGee's change in appearance. Not only has he lost weight, he dresses nicer and his hair is better. Could this be the influence of our favorite goth girl?
