Disclaimer: I don't own NCIS or its characters...just like to borrow them from time to time.

"Let it go, Tony," Ziva said as the elevator doors closed. Their eyes locked, neither one wanting to be the first to look away.

"I know that look," Ziva said finally, glancing down at the contents of her folder once again. "We are at work, Tony."

"I am well aware of that fact, Sweetcheeks," he mumbled, slightly pouting that she wouldn't share the info she had found on their suspect.

"Sounds to me like I might not be the only one who could be called frustrated, yes?" she asked, looking up to him with a knowing smile.

"You have no idea," he said as he looked at the ceiling, doing his best to concentrate on the shiny surface and not the woman standing only a few feet away. "The longer this case drags on, the harder it is to sit there knowing you're only a few feet away and not a damn thing I can do about it!"

Tony was trying so hard to ignore Ziva that he didn't even notice that she had dropped the folder and her backpack to the floor. She reached over and flipped the emergency switch, causing the elevator to jerk as it stopped.

"What the..." Ziva wrapped one arm around his neck while she motioned for him to be quiet with the other.

"We only have about 2 minutes before someone starts wondering why the elevator is stopped and if we are okay. Let's see what we can do to help both of our frustrations, yes?" Tony smiled a large grin.

"I like the way you think, Officer David." He quickly wrapped his arms around her waist and lowered his mouth to hers, not wanting to loose anymore of their precious time together.
