I slid into my truck, shoving the old radio with one hand, not really caring what station it was tuned to. My mind slid automatically to Edward again, and I blushed, mentally slapping myself. This was crazy, I couldn't understand why I kept thinking of him like this. It was painfully obvious that Edward Cullen was way out of my league. The song blared out of the radio, some strange techno-ish thing, with a ridiculously high voiced singer. It wasn't that bad though, once you got past the atrocious words, something about vampires. Quite catchy. I was just starting the engine, I noticed Edward Cullen standing only a few meters away, staring at me – in shock? through the open window.

Sexy vampire,

I'm falling in love

So just bite me baby

And drink all my blood

Oh yeah

Blared the radio.

Edward POV

What was she listening too? The lyrics of the song that had come on when she'd turned on the radio would have been inaudible from this distance to human ears, but I could hear them all too clearly. I cursed. Had she guessed my secret, or was this just a coincidence? Even if she had guessed, what a tactless way of letting me know.

Sexy vampire

I'm falling in love with you

So do what you want to do

The corner of my mouth twitched. If only she knew what I wanted to do. Thoughts that had started off with a simple desire for her blood, had recently become something with far more of a PG rating.

Sexy vampire

I'm falling in love

So just bite me baby

And drink all my blood

Oh yeah

Sexy vampire

I'm falling in love with you

'Cause you need my plasma more than I do.

Hang on. Sexy? I grinned widely. This was good. Even if it was just a song… there was such a thing as subliminal messaging…

Jasper groaned.

"Edward! Couldn't you keep a check on your emotions? I really don't need the extra smugness right now."
