A/N: I was watching the Episode Fresh Blood. I couldn't help but wonder what Bela did in between the calls. I know she talked to the spirts, but I wondered what she was thinking. This isn't much, but I just thought I'd post it. Also, I don't own any of the characters..
Bela's take on things:
"Bela, if we make it out of this alive, I'm going to kill you."
"You're not serious," Bela says, uncertain of what to think.
"Listen to my voice and tell me if I'm serious," Dean says. He was serious. Dead Serious. He hangs up after that and Bela is silent.
If she would have known this would happen she would have warned them. She thought they would be fine, and that they could take care of themselves. Of course, she knew they would be mad, but this mad?
Bela pulls her car over and sits in silence. She rubs her hand on her forehead. A tear falls down. She felt bad, which is funny because to the Winchester's it seems like she doesn't have any feelings at all. This whole situation gave her another reason to hate herself.
Dean and Sam Winchester had just saved her life only days before. This is how she repays them?
A thought strikes her head. If this were a cartoon, there would be a light bulb above her head.
Twenty-some minutes later she's on the road again. And on the phone.
"What?" Dean asks, annoyed as ever.
"I don't like it when people hold grudges against me. And more to the point I'd rather you didn't kill me. So I went ahead and found Gorden's location for you," She explains.
"Your a hundred miles away, how-"
"I used a talking board to talk to the other side."
"Warehouse. Two stories. River front. Neon sign out front."
"One more thing. The Spirit had a message for you. 'Leave town, run like hell, and don't go after Gordon.'". They hang up then, without a simple goodbye.
Bela is content now. Although, she knows the boys won't obey the Spirit. They will go after Gordon, but this doesn't worry her much. They're big boys. They can handle him.
