Author's note/Disclaimer: Wow, its actually been three years since I've posted anything. Well I still don't own anything so please continue not suing me MARVEL.
"I can't believe you would do something like this!"
Rogue glared back at Remy. "Me! You've been doing it for years like I wouldn't notice!"
"Shut up! At least I do it well! You don't even know what you're doing! It's like I don't even know you anymore!"
Rogue left the room in a huff, almost knocking over her favorite vase. Remy followed.
"Oh smooth move there!"
Rogue stopped short of the stairwell. "You just don't get it! It's not fair that I'm the one being judged! Yesterday 'Ro gave me shit, like she has any room to speak, and today it's you!"
"Well did you think no one was going to notice? That you could just do what you wanted and get away with it?" Remy grabbed her arm, spinning her to face him.
Rogue had to control the impulse to send him flying across the hall. Instead she took a deep breath. "Look, I didn't mean to hurt you."
Remy felt tears flood his eyes.
"It's just nothing feels new anymore, I needed excitement. But I promise I won't do it again."
Remy let go of her arm. He took a deep breath to steady himself. "It will take time to forgive you."
Remy nodded. As he walked away he couldn't help but take another look at Rogue. Why? He kept asking himself, did she have to cut her long curly hair?
Alright it was stupid but I needed something to break this long bout of fanfiction writer's block so that I can finish Black Widow and start the second part of the Damned.
