"Who are you then?" snarled the Master. "No matter who the Lords would send against me. None of the children, the ancients have been able to oppose me! None-"
"Hello!" said the leather jacketed fellow suddenly. "I know all that."
He leaped to his feet.
His stride carried him rather faster than the Master expected; he stumbled back.
"Who-what," he stammered. This was a most unwelcome feeling.
A feeling of being off-guard.
He ran through a half-thousand contingency plans in his mind, and found nothing.
The other reached him, grabbed the front of his jacket, and pressed a hand to the side of his head.
"Here's a joke on you, Koshei," said the fellow, a savage grin on his face. "Here's where I've got to say, I've outdone you." He closed his eyes, and concentrated. "Here's where I show you what the Doctor did, and you would never dare."
The scenes came slowly, then faster and faster, as the Master struggled to hold them back. His shields were torn aside almost as an afterthought. The horror of cities fallen. The crystal palaces crumbled. The Matrix turned to dust. The colonies destroyed.
He fought back with all he knew, with all he was, and still the agony...
Some time later...

The fellow opened his eyes, and grinned. "Whoops, there's my ride! Fantastic!" He leaped to his feet, waved, and dashed off, closing the door behind him.
The Master found himself on his knees, tears streaming down his face.
The Master drew himself to his feet, a ferocious scowl on his face.
"Damn you to all the hells, of all the worlds. Even as I bring this universe under my sway, even as a result.."
He clenched his fist. New tears came forth, and he did not bother to stop them.
"I don't care what I saw, I will change it. I will stop you. The Time Lords will live!"
