He slides the bowl to her.

"You gotta eat. That mind doesn't run on air—cause I'm pretty sure you're not an airhead..." He trails off because this is one of those puns he knows she won't get.

"You know how it works. No food, no blood sugar, no fuel for that brilliant mind of yours. I really shouldn't have to explain this to you."

"Fine, I'll eat," she grumbles.

"Good. Have some of this soup, it's delicious."

Booth watches in amusement as she inhales the soup just to be able to get back to work as fast as possible.

Note: the 'Brennan-never-eats-unless-Booth-makes-her' Fallacy, however widely spread in the fandom, usually annoys me a little (not in the least because as far as I know, there is very little to support it in canon), but I couldn't resist this one little moment.
