Poem: Edward's POV on Bella waking up.

"Upon Her Waking"
by tersaseda

When in the peacefulness of dawn she wakes
and looks towards me to tenderly embrace,
I rejoice in my miraculous fate,
my gaze delights to memorize her face.

Then this warm stirring deep within my soul
responds to the beckoning of her own;
she has captivated my being whole
and her presence becomes my loving home.

So when her slumber ends, her eyes open,
and their deep umber brightness rests on me,
I am staring at this realization:
Surely do I see my eternity.
