Tony DiNozzo rolled off of his partner panting.

"That was…"

"…amazing." Ziva finished.

"Yeah." He lay there staring up at the ceiling until he asked what had been bugging him for weeks.

"Do you want more?"

Ziva chuckled. "I thought that you would be too tired for more." She rolled so that she was looking at him.

"No, not more sex, more. As in a relationship?"

Ziva stared at him. After Jeanne there had been no dating in his life. Especially no sex. This whole 'friends with benefits' thing had just…happened! It was still a secret from the rest of the team. Gibbs didn't have a clue, which was rare considering he always knew what Tony was thinking when it came to Ziva.

"A relationship." Ziva repeated.

She wanted a relationship with him she just wasn't sure he was ready. She didn't want it to hurt him like Jeanne did.

"Are you serious?"

Tony chuckled nervously. "No. Forget I said anything." He made to get out of bed but Ziva grabbed his arm.

"You were, weren't you."Tony looked at her with a softened gaze and nodded slightly.

Ziva sat there thinking it over, before finally making a decision.

"We could give it a try."

Tony smiled and lent over to kiss her softly on the lips. Then he got out of bed, got dressed, grabbed Ziva's cell phone, and left.

In a few hours Tony would receive a call from a frantic McGee telling Ziva to get to Georgetown to investigate the murder of a Petty Officer.

Ziva would get the same call from Gibbs ordering DiNozzo to get his ass out of bed and into Georgetown.

Gibbs would take the pair into the elevator and interrogate them on why they had each others cell phones. Ziva would come up with a fast and clever lie that they were out at a bar and their cell phones must have gotten mixed up.

Gibbs simply glared at Tony and the truth poured out, to the dismay of the couple.

Gibbs was surprisingly accepting towards the news. Tony and Ziva assumed that it was because of his relationship with Jenny. He wished them luck and threatened to kick Ziva back to Israel and Tony back to the USSR Ronald Regan if it ended badly.

As the two lay, fully clothed, in bed later that night they couldn't help but feel lucky.

"Now all we have to do is tell everybody else." Tony whispered into Ziva's hairl.

"Yes, and face the 'I told you so's' from McGee." Ziva added with a smile on her lips.

"I heard that there was a betting pool going on." Tony said.

The two talked until the early hours of the morning. The street lamps shone through the curtains and illuminated the new couple, almost like something out of a movie or a fairytale.

A/N: Just one of those EVIL plot bunnies. I wasn't sure how to end it, and I'm not particularly happy with the ending. Please review and tell me what you think!
