I remembered this song and thought it was perfect for Harm and Mac. The story is set right after the engagement; the fate of the coin toss is unknown. I do not own Harm and Mac or the song. All rights to the respectful people.

After the quick engagement, Mac and Harm sat around the apartment and discussed their future.

"Harm, I know this is silly but why don't we ask Bud to bring AJ's coin to McMurphy's tonight, and we flip for it." Mac suggested after an hour of not being able to make up their minds.

"Sounds like a plan, Mac" Harm took her hand in his and kissed it. "We can break the news then; I know everyone will want to hear it."

"You can call bud, and I'll tell Harriet." Mac commented as she arose from the couch.

"There is something I want to do first." Harm turned around to Mac, grabbed his guitar, and started to play a tune. Mac looked at him with a smile; she did not recognize the song until he started to sing to her. He looked at her with his flyboy smile, and those bright blue eyes.

"It's amazing how you can speak right to my heart
Without saying a word you can light up the dark
Try as I may I could never explain
What I hear when you don't say a thing

Mac walked over to him and laid her head on his shoulder as he played. She listened intently. She loved hearing him play and sing, but especially when it was for her. She sat their smiling as he started singing the chorus.

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes sayin' you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

Harm continued singing and playing; he loved the warm touch of her head on his shoulder. Everything was running through his head, he had finally asked his Marine to marry him, and she said YES!

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd
Old Mr. Webster could never define
What's being said between your heart and mine

Mac looked up into his face; she was excited that she had said yes to her flyboy. She thought that his smile and blue eyes could get him anything. Soon she would be Sarah "Mac" Rabb, finally.

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes sayin' you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

Harm laid his guitar down on the couch and slowly stood. He extended his hand to Mac, and she took it. He looked into her chocolate brown eyes as she looked into his blue ones. He began singing the chorus, as he danced her around his apartment.

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes sayin' you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all"

Harm hugged her and kissed her on the lips, "I love you Sarah."

Mac looked at him and responded, "I love you more sailor."

A/n I know it was short without much dialogue, but I thought it was nice. The song is When You Say Nothing At All by Alison Krauss.
