(A/N: Inspired by "My Life would Suck without You" by Kelly Clarkson. (Although I really hate the title of the song.) Enjoy!)

Jacob and Leah fought constantly.

They screamed, they yelled, they told each other that they hated one another.

They always argued over the same thing: nothing.

There was no other conflict between them, just each other.

They just couldn't stand each other.

The fighting was part of their normal routine now; it felt like a natural instinct, or something they did without realizing it, like breathing.

Jacob wasn't sure about Leah, but he knew that he was telling the truth when he said that he hated Leah.

So why did he always find himself standing at Leah's door, asking for forgiveness after every fight?
