A/N: I'm sorry about Say Goodbye! I really am! For those of you, reading it... I'm just trying to get my files uncorrupted, because I'd really like to stop rewriting things... But even if I do have to rewrite that, it WILL continue!

Now, about this story... I was bored one night and watching The Notebook (fantastic movie!), and I wrote this. It was slightly inspired by that movie, also, so you might notice some similarities... It's just a really short little one-shot, though. :)

The night was thick with darkness and rain. The gray clouds blanketed the skies as she stepped out of the building, into the pouring rain. It drenched her almost immediately.

She stood in the middle of the sidewalk, the cold water rushing over her body. She watched as he stormed away into the thick, wet air, his fists clenched.

"Don't you walk away from me, Elliot Stabler!" she shouted at him through the thunderous pounding of the rain hitting the pavement.

He stopped in mid stride, frozen for a minute. He turned and began walking back towards her, his face angry and his body drenched. "What do you want from me, Olivia?" he shouted back angrily, raising his arms expectantly. Then, suddenly, he was inches from her face. "What?" he whispered.

The rain dripped off his face as she looked up to him, her wet hair limp around her face. She searched his eyes.

This was a stupid argument, they always got in stupid arguments. Their cases always divided them onto separate opinions, but this one was especially brutal between them. And neither of them knew why...

She searched his eyes. She searched for what he was hiding from her, what he was bottling up.

He walked away again. Olivia suddenly felt cold away from his presence and she shivered. He only made it several yards. "What do you want from me?" she shouted.

He froze again before his emotions flooded over him like the rain. "What do I want from you? What do I want from you?" he repeated, as if questioning that that was what she'd said.

He was so close to her now that the rain that dripped from his face fell onto Olivia. She could feel his breath warming her skin, and his presence warming her body.

She looked up at him for a long minute. "Screw you!" she shouted.

As she tried to turn away, back to the building, his hand caught her wrist and he pulled her back to face him.

"Hey - "

He cut her off as he cupped her face in his hands and pulled her close to him, kissing her deeply.

The world stopped and the rain rushed over their bodies, between their lips. But all the water in the world couldn't put out their burning passion.

Olivia finally pulled away. "Elliot? What are you doing?"

His heart stopped. He hadn't anticipated questions... he hadn't even anticipated this... "You asked me what I wanted," he finally said.

She grinned and leaped into his arms, pulling him close to her face again and kissing him madly.

A/N: Short. One-shot. Maybe... Maybe not... Probably. Unless that lonely, little, green button gets enough friends. *Wink, wink* *Nudge, nudge* ;)
