***Asgard, Gungnir room***
Hovering above ground over Asgard was a weapon platform made of pure unknown metal. Mounted to the platform and extending all the way down into the unknown was the barrel of a cannon one mile wide. Around the weapon on various levels were humanoid beings performing last minute checks before it could be used. Goddess technicians scurried around the cannon's barrel making sure to check and double check the massive structure for any flaws that could hinder it's performance.
It was to this scene that Kami-sama walked in, clad in his full battle regalia, something which no one in their living memory could remember seeing him in.
Kami-sama's eyes glanced up at the holographic read out screen above the WMD and saw that it still struggled to climb over the seventy percent mark. It appears their earlier estimate of eighty percent was incorrect. Not for the first time he wished Skuld was here, she would have not have made such an egregious error in calculations, the new demand would be...costly.
"You there, show me to the power chamber." Kami-sama ordered the nearest techie who suddenly realized the Almighty was actually here in this room in front of her.
"K-ka-kami-sama!" The goddess said half in awe. She quickly shook her head and clapped both hands to her face to help her gather her wits. "We're so sorry sir, we thought we would have had mo-" The Goddess was interrupted when she saw Kami-sama's hand raised up to halt her explanation.
"I can see for myself," Kami-sama said kindly. "The chamber if you please."
"R-right this way sir!" The Goddess snapped to attention and briskly walked with Kami-sama to a giant room.
The room was filled with building sized power nodes, each node as tall as the tallest mortal skyscraper. On the nodes were silica pathways carved with runic design all long their length. They thrummed with power showing that it was functioning; this was what powered all of heaven. However all of its energy pathways showed that it was being channeled toward the weapons platform. Usually one node would be assigned to the weapon; Kami-sama's intent was to use all of them. Unfortunately only seven out of ten of those nodes were active, three of them appeared to have burned out.
Kami-sama floated over to the top of the burned out nodes, with a wave of his hand three wires from the dead nodes slithered up and attached themselves to him. "Begin the link." He commanded.
The tech Goddess touched her wrist, activating a holographic screen, and relayed the Almighty's order. "Kami-sama is in position, begin the charge up." She said.
One by the one the dead nodes returned to life, electrical current snaking up and down the construct, powering up the Gungnir.
"HAHHHH!" Kami-sama's voice boomed out as he fed the broken nodes his energies. The power cord came to life, greedily feeding on his vast energy reserves.
The Goddess tech brought another holographic screen to life in front of her with the cannon read out. She smiled as she saw the cannon's power start to steadily rise.
"Kami-sama! It's working, seventy one, seventy two, seventy three..."
Kami-sama ignored the goddess as he focused on pouring all of his strength into the weapon. He gave Peorth her orders before he left, she knew what she had to do. "Damn you Hild for making me do this..." Kami-sama said softly to himself.
***Midgard, Ground Zero***
Urd meteored into the ground, the air knocked from her, a crater left in her wake as Ranma-like reflexes took over and told her to roll right, just as the Lord of Terror's fist impaled her former spot.
Pumping herself full of energy, she unleashed a vicious kick with her spiked heels catching Terror right in his throat and impaled it cleanly through. Yet to her surprise the Lord of Terror remained un-phased and grabbed her ankle to pull her deadly heels from him.
Doing a quick back flip, Urd and the Lord of Terror charged at each other again. With Ranma's battle instinct no longer guiding her martial skill had been greatly reduced. That however did not mean she was weak as her great strength and speed more than made up for it just like it did against Hagall earlier.
However, much to Urd's chagrin, the Lord of Terror was a step above Hagall in terms of raw power and while his strength and raw power were about her level, his skills from hijacking the Lightbringer's body made him even deadlier.
"Die Traitor!" The Lord of Terror shouted as he swung his claws at Urd.
Blocking with her wrist, she landed a punch right to his solar plexus. "Go back to hell!" Urd shouted back as her hands extended and became elongated demonic claws.
The two connected with each attack, then quickly swiped at each other again.
Urd toughened her skin with her energies to form a thick hue of miasma around her much like her mother's. Still, the dark lord's attack penetrated to some extent and left shallow scratches on her body. Luckily for her, in order for him to actually punch through her skin to do serious damage he would have to charge up one of his stronger attacks and if he did then she would be able to land more hits on him.
In a way both were at a stalemate for this exchange, as speed wise they were about even, seeing an opening Urd quickly angled her fist and connected to the Lord of Terror's side and was satisfied when she felt an indent form in the area she attacked.
The Lord of Terror for his part was amazed at the sheer ability of Hild's traitor heir. He hated to admit it but had he been in his original form, Fenrir the Wolf, then he would have been overpowered long ago. The Lightbringer's power was vast and very beneficial, already he could feel the area where Urd struck mending. He risked a glance around his opponent and was disgusted by what he saw. The Gods were keeping his allies in check quite thoroughly, Thor was batting away Mara's attack, Bastet was battling Raiden at high speed, even Thrymr was being pushed by the soft looking Goddess.
However, most disgusting of all, Jormungandr, the great Hell Beast, was being pushed hard by the giant metal being, it was simply unheard of during the last Great War. In the years before his imprisonment the Lord of Terror had never seen such a sight even during the war between Heaven and Hild.
It wasn't until he was rocked by Urd's viciously powerful blow, momentarily leaving him stunned, that he cursed himself for letting his attention wander and focused on the traitor.
Urd charged up her demon bolt as her fist sent the Lord of Terror flying into what was once a mountainside. Charging up her dark energies she fired a gigantic ball of demonic energies at the former mountain. Her attack was so powerful that anything it touched dissolved as it made its way to the Lord of Terror only for it to suddenly stop in its track.
"Of course." Urd said gritting her teeth as she saw her ball of energy stop in its trajectory before it exploded to reveal a slightly worn lord of Terror.
Urd crossed her arms in front of her as she saw a barrage of feathers fly at high speed at her. The Lord of Terror's counterattack impacted and exploded all around the former goddess blanketing her escape. Luckily she was able to form a dark miasma aura in time to take the impact from the Dark Lord's attack.
Gritting her teeth, Urd retaliated with a barrage of basketball sized energy attacks, each laced with dark malicious energy. The sky lit up from the explosions between the two combatants.
Meanwhile Belldandy and Thrymr were slugging it out in a most unexpected manner. If the gods above could see the usually sweet-natured Belldandy viciously tearing into the frost giantess they would have been quite surprised. Each of Belldandy strikes was aimed to inflict the maximum amount of pain without causing permanent harm and Thrymr was feeling the stings from those attacks. Of course that was not to say she was unable to get in her licks against the Norn of the Present. Belldandy's once flawless skin was showing early signs of bruises on her face and arms.
"More! MORE!" Thrymr urged Belldandy on in glee. The pain was ecstasy to the Jotunn, she hadn't had such an even fight since Hagall. She was further surprised when she saw the Goddess smile at her in understanding. This was a warrior's fight.
Spurred on by Belldandy's reaction, Thrymr punched at Belldandy who tried to deflect it away with her fist. There was an audible snap as Belldandy felt the bones in her knuckles break from the deflection. She then danced inside the giantess' guard and delivered a vicious swing to the side of the frost giantess' neck.
There was a sickening crack as Belldandy's fist impacted the area where Thrymr's neck and collar bone met.
Thrymr's eyes shot up in shock as she felt a pain sharper than anything in recent memory. That was a vicious take down move and the little Goddess was the one who used it on her. "Hnn...ha-hah hahaha." The wounded demoness chuckled softly.
Despite her condition, Belldandy's outward appearance only made her clothes looked slightly ruffled but otherwise immaculate, however inwardly she knew she was almost at her limits. The truth was she was out of shape, not in the attractive sense but her stamina was not where it once was and her reflex was a half fraction slower. Her divine muscles were burning in protest at the fact that she been pushing them harder than she ever normally did. Even with Holy Bell helping to heal her, the Giantess was proving to be more then she could handle alone.
Thrymr chuckled and pounded her fists together even with her broken bone and gave out a guttural roar skyward before looking at the Goddess again. "I am having so much fun right now!" she said with a grin mixed in with her pained grimace. "I will crush you!" she said and with that the giantess charged Belldandy in spite of the pain in her neck.
Flowing like water Belldandy moved around Thrymr's charging form and elbowed the giantess hard in her back sending her crashing to the ground. "Now Holy Bell!" she urged her angel who appeared once more with a charged up arrow and fired the Divine Arrow straight into the frost giantess.
Just as the arrow nearly reached her, Thrymr sensed the attack and desperately threw up a wall of pure demonic energy to form a shield. The impact of Holy Bell's arrow caused a twofold explosion.
Thrymr was smashed into the ground even harder while Belldandy was caught in the backwash of her own attack energy sending her flying away.
Raiden and Bastet stopped their high speed pursuit of one another to see yet another major explosion unnaturally rearranging the landscape of the island of Japan.
"MEEE YOW!" Bastet mewed in shock at seeing the destruction on such a scale.
"..." Raiden for his part had nothing else to say, they would deal with the fall out after they stopped Hild. Turning his attention back to Bastet he saw her cat like eyes focused back on him. It slightly made him feel slightly uneasy when he saw her give him a flirty wink.
Bastet was having so much fun! Raiden was a lot more fun than Artemis was, whose speed was pretty slow compared to her own. The Cat demoness ran her eyes up and down the God of Lighting again, Raiden was so sparkly and shiny! Her feline instinct told her to chase, tackle and attack the shiny one, yet Raiden always danced a half a breath faster out of her reach. Rather than be discouraged, it thrilled her even more. This was the hunt that her cat nature demanded of her.
Raiden saw the cat demoness distracted and fired another spread of forked lighting hoping to catch her off guard; unfortunately the cat demoness lazily moved over an inch and completely avoided his attack. While he was faster than the Cat Demon by only a small margin, she was extremely agile attacking him from angles and directions he could not sense coming. It was extremely frustrating to the Lighting God who was used to marathon battles with the War Council fighters. Bastet's fighting style was simply too exotic, more animalistic then martial.
"Hah~!" Raiden yelled firing a direct stream of lighting and saw that Bastet merely shifted and gracefully flowed toward him. Quickly he tried to grapple her but she danced away easily. Even though his punches were lighting quick, he was still unable to land a true strike on the cat demoness who weaved around his arms while leaving shallow cuts on them.
"Stay still and fight me!" Raiden voiced boomed in challenge. To his ire the cat demoness gave a lazy swish of her tail and hardly seemed bothered. "Fight me like a warrior!" he yelled in aggravation.
"Nah," Bastet answered. Then a sudden eager look adorned her face. "Let's play tag again! Win and you live, lose and get maimed!" she clapped in glee as if that was the most brilliant idea ever conceived.
"..." Raiden sighed heavily in annoyance. He knew if Bastet was distracted with him then she would not be out and about causing havoc. It was not as glorious as some of the others fights he sensed nearby, but he wasn't too proud to not act as distraction. "Come catch me if you can kitty cat." He said in a deadpan tone before lighting himself brightly and flying away quickly.
"Squeeeeeee!" Bastet clasped her hand together and gave a quick joyous spin, she was in love, there was no other word for it. She darted off after the shiny god in anticipation of the hunt.
Nearby two other combatants took the time out from their battle to sweat drop at the two playing what was really a glorified game of "Chase".
"..." Thor was speechless. A member of the War Council his brother in lightning, Raiden, was reduced to a cat's toy. He turned his attention back to the demoness who was currently face-palming dramatically. He could attack her right now but that would not have been honorable. He would not stoop down to their level.
"Oy vey." Mara, still with her palm clamped over her eyes, bemoaned. This entire operation was just going pear shaped. What was supposed to have been the greatest sucker punch in all of creation along with a powerful coup from the heavenly forces turned into a battle royale.
Mara had tried to raise the big boss on her communicator but there was only static, which would only happen in the presence of a majorly powerful divine being. For all she knew, the Almighty could have somehow escaped and was battling her mistress right now. Just the mere thought of that scenario alone sent shivers down her spine, she heard stories of the Almighty's wrath before, she did not want to be anywhere near the place when that happened.
"Have you composed yourself?" Thor inquired and to his surprise quickly hammered away two demon bolts shot toward his way.
"Tch." Mara said having hoped to take the God of Thunder off guard. Thor was too honorable and she intended to use that flaw against him. She knew there was no way for her to take Thor on in a straight up fight. Luckily she was more of a range fighter type of gal.
Thor narrowed his eyes, he expected as much from a demon, raising his hammer to the sky he called upon the seven lightning bolts to imbue his Mjolnir with its strength before he hurled it at Mara.
"SHITTTTTTTTTTTT!" Mara barely scampered out of Mjolnir's path and fired multiple disc shaped energy blasts at the God. Phasing out quickly, she teleported behind Thor and connected with a powerful sphere attack before hammering him with fist made of demon miasma sending the Thunderer sailing away.
Mara was surprised to see her attack send the Thunder God flying away but failed to notice the divine hammer returning to its point of origin and impacted against her fully. "Urk!" Mara felt the breath knocked out of her and dropped her ungracefully to the ground.
Calling Mjolnir to him, Thor walked slowly toward the downed demoness, she was less of a fighter and more of a trickster much like Loki, he would have to be on his guard in case she had anything else up her sleeve.
"Ha, uh, hah, ah..." Mara gasped before she felt the powerful presence in front of her. Slowly she looked up at the handsome God who had his accursed hammer raised over his head. Gulping she put on her best winning smile. "You ah...You wouldn't hit a lady would you?" she asked hopefully.
"You are no lady." Thor replied evenly and brought his hammer down onto Mara's head.
"Urk!" Mara grunted out of reflex before she blacked out and slumped face first to the ground from the pain.
The God of Thunder took a moment to savor his victory, while his attack was not a deathblow it was lethal enough that he could hear Mara's skull crack. He left her intact and with time she should recover fully. However by that time, this entire war would have been decided one way or another.
Thor glanced up at the guttural growl and saw the four giant beings battling with one another. Directly west was Fenrir the wolf battling his friend Amon Ra. Further away and in the complete opposite direction was young Skuld with her mechanical being battling hard against the Serpent of Midgard. Both could use his help but, which one he was not certain, he hated being made to choose one over the other, however it was decided for him when Fenrir was able to knock Ra's Sphinx form to his side and lock it's maw onto the Sphinx's neck.
"Ra!" Thor yelled in horror. With a powerful swing he hurled himself, guided by Mjolnir, hard into Fenrir's jaw smashing into the oversize wolf canines.
Fenrir let the slack form of the Sphinx go as it felt its teeth break from the powerful impact. Drool, blood and broken teeth flowed from its maw, as it shook its head it searched for the one that caused it pain. After a few seconds it spotted a small blond being standing defiantly in front of its fallen opponent.
Thor turned to Ra's fallen form and was relieved to see his massive chest still rising and falling, though extremely shallowly. He gently put a hand on the giant divine being's form and patted him comfortingly. "Rest brother, you earned it many times over." he said.
Ra felt weak from Fenrir's attack, the beast was simply too powerful for him to handle alone. His body ached all over while blood poured from multiple bite wounds all over his massive form. It was taking all of his concentration to channel the necessary energy to heal his wounds. Still, Ra saw his leader and made eye contact with him. With a swift nod, he let Thor knew he was going to be okay before he lost consciousness.
Fenrir could feel its fangs growing back and gave the God of Thunder a challenging roar.
Thor stood fearlessly in front of Fenrir's gaping maw and roared back in reply.
Skuld nodded with relief after seeing Thor arrive on her holographic screen even as Dai Mecha Banpei battled Jormungandr. However, that was not the only screen on display around her, suspended in mid-air was various holographic screens giving her a read out of the power output of each battle, a spike on her reading told her the Senshi's power was just fully unlocked and the tide of battle should be turning soon. A loud roar below her position brought her attention back to her own task; she focused downward in time to see the giant size serpent tunneled into the earth.
"Hey! That's cheating!" Skuld shouted at it. Immediately she did a deep scan of the surrounding tracking its movement via sound vibration. Her eyes widened then narrowed when she saw where it would emerge, she quickly flew as fast as she could away from her former spot just in the nick of time as Jormungandr shot out right from the ground beneath her, it's jaws were wide open for a split second before it clamped down, had she still been at her former spot she would have been eaten.
The giant serpent growled in frustration at having been denied its prey .It's instinct told it the little one was in control of the metal 'thing'. It roared at the little Goddess again from its ground position but failed to understand the tiny goddess return gesture. It had no idea what the Goddess was trying to tell it with just one of its elaborate hand gestures.
Having flipped Jormungandr the bird, Skuld gave a quick look around to see if anyone saw her do it. Seeing the coast was clear as she flew higher away from the creature's reach.
"Dai Banpei! Divine Rocket Attack!" Skuld ordered as she input the command in her game controller.
Dai Mecha Banpei's metal plating on its sides and stomach opened up to revealed hundreds of car size rockets in its exposed belly.
Jormungandr did not like the looks of the machine and spit acid at the giant metal being who retaliated in kind by fire all five hundred compliments of its pay load.
While Dai Mecha Banpei took the acidic strike straight on melting away most of its armaments and fusing it's metals, Jormungandr was barraged with powerful divine energies causing it to feel stinging pain all over its body. Roaring in anger it sprung itself forward onto the recovering Dai Mecha Banpei and proceeded to tear into the machine.
"BANPEI!" Skuld shouted in horror as she saw her mech pinned down. She wiggled her controller to try and get it to get up but Jormungandr's strength was too powerful. "Banpei! Fire Main cannon!" she shouted.
ERROR, UNABLE TO OPEN CHEST PLATING
"Oh no! The fail safe!" Skuld realized.
Jormungandr roared in triumphant as it tore off one of the metal things arms.
Skuld gasped at seeing her perfect creation maimed, recovering quickly she growled at the beast and pressed a switch on her wrist band. "Banpei, fire chest cannon, Skuld override code 1337Goddess4U!" she relayed her order into her communication device.
CREATOR COMMAND CODE VERIFIED
FAIL SAFE BYPASSED
Banpei's chest literally blew open as its chest cannon fired through its armor plating and blew the giant demon serpent sky high.
Skuld quickly did a forward motion on her analogue stick directing it downward and doing a quick quarter motion upward, hitting the B button at the same time to unleash Banpei Rising Dragon Uppercut.
For Jormungandr, the cannon blast was not only unexpected it was painful, it felt itself about to crash into the ground and so curled into itself to brace for the impact only to spot a quick flash of metal before seeing stars. It lost control of its body from the blow and fell heavily rolling over acres of trees before lying still as it tried to stop the world from spinning.
"Yeah!" Skuld yelled aggressively as she heard the beast groaned in pain. She quickly commanded Banpei to finish off the beast when a red holographic screen shot up.
"System Overheated! Emergency Cool down procedure initiated."
"Oh no no no no not now Banpei!" Skuld yelled frantically as the giant robot stopped dead in its tracks, slumped down and vented itself to cool down. "No!" she yelled as she saw Jormungandr rising up again although a bit wobbly.
Checking the status screen of Dai Mecha Banpei, Skuld knew her mech had over taxed itself, the feedback from firing its chest cannon also contributed it overheating.
Jormungandr recovered moments later and saw the giant metal being slumped forward, motionless, in front of it. This time it cautiously approached Banpei just in case it was another trap like last time. It swung its tail around and struck the still metal giant toppling it over with ease. Seeing no movement it spit acid at the metal being again and watched as it corroded away the metal chassis of the robot.
Skuld took off the moment Jormungandr recovered and hid herself far from the fight. She knew there was no way mecha Banpei would recover in time before the giant serpent was on it. Already the overgrown snake was beating its tail on her Banpei!
Sensing victory Jormungandr gleefully jumped onto the powerless robot and bit down hard on its round face tearing off it nose. It stopped when it heard a small cry from a distance and focused its senses on trying to find the originator of the sound.
Skuld's eyes widened and clamped her hand over her mouth to quiet herself. She saw the serpent move its head around, sniffing the air but was saved when the sound of Banpei trying to start distracted it.
Jormungandr sank its teeth into the robot metal chassis. It triumphantly ripped off the metal plating exposing the metal robot's innards, roaring in perverse pleasure it proceeded to rip the inside of the robot apart.
Skuld had a choice then, let her beautiful creation be defiled by the ugly beast or let her creation go out in a blaze of glory as she called up a holographic screen of the Dai Mecha Banpei schematic and started to tap on its haptic keys furiously.
MANUAL SELF DESTRUCT SEQUENCE ENGAGED...
CORE OVERLOAD COMPLETED...
REMOTE DETONATION READY...
"I'll miss you Dai Mecha Banpei," Skuld whispered softly as she held up the remote detonator in her hand.
Jormungandr's teeth sank into Mecha Banpei's eyes and ripped his metal worker hat off. It roared in glee and opened its mouth to bite the metal plating of Banpei's face to tear it off.
The sight of her creation being desecrated in such a manner made Skuld very angry. "Send him back to Hell Banpei!" She said harshly before she pressed down on the red switch.
As the Gods and demon were battling one another, they were all blinded by a bright flash of light followed by a concussive force so powerful that it sent them all spinning off in different directions.
From space, the people of the world could see with their satellite a giant ball of white energy balloon to unbelievable proportion before receding upon itself. When the light disappeared, many would be shocked to see at least five miles of Japan's northern coastline and landmass was gone.
Peorth's jaws dropped as she scanned the explosion strength. It was pure tenth dimensional energy that was unleashed, energies that were deadly to demonic and divine.
When the light from the explosion faded she heard Eir gasped first followed by Saga. The picture on the screen showed Jormungandr's prone form, upon closer inspection, only its husk remained. In the back ground several Goddess' released the contents of their stomachs upon the gruesome sight of the Serpent. If one were to be kind one would said it looked like the demon serpent Jormungandr was thoroughly cooked. Its skin was charred and cracked. Its corpse was bloated, one could see various liquids sizzled on its prone form.
Peorth had to shake her head in disbelief. Still, she had her orders, Hild still roamed free and on the other side of every gate outlet was a host of demonic army ready to push back the divine if they pour out. Nidhogg MUST be crippled.
It was a testament to Urd and the Lord of Terror's powers that they recovered from the blast wave first.
The Lord of Terror picked himself up slowly and looked in the direction of the blast wave, his eyes widened in surprise at the sight in front of him. Jormungandr, the Serpent of Midgard was dead.
It's charred and still smoking husk motionless. The devastation around it was great, what was once lush green forests were little more than rubble and rocks. Water from the coast poured into the crater its body now occupied, amazingly enough the heat from its body was hot enough to boil the water evaporating most instantly upon contact.
"Inconceivable..." The Lord of Terror voiced out loud as he tried to deny what he saw before him. He was one of the few old enough to remember the great Hell Beast in its full glory, the mighty host of Heaven had been unable to fell it, and somehow this young Goddess killed it.
"Ah, Ha-hahahahahaha!" A throaty feminine voice echoed through the silence in the explosion's aftermath.
The Lord of Terror turned around and saw the traitorous heiress laughing mirthfully.
Urd for her part could not believe, of all the Gods fighting, Skuld was the one that took out her opponent first. 'Maybe she might come to help me instead.' Urd thought wryly herself.
The Lord of Terror saw red then, weather a byproduct of the Lightbringer's personality or just his own rage at what happened. He was angry at the humiliation the forces of Heaven had dealt them.
Urd turned in time just to see a powerful stream of condensed dark and light energy fire at her in a wide angle. Channeling her dark miasma she returned fire against the Lord of Terror.
The two attacks, one black cloudy miasma essence and the other an ethereal black and white flame met each other right in the middle of the two combatants.
The two attacks mingled then exploded upward, the two combatants continuously fed their power into the stream attack. Neither one gaining a direct edge over the other.
"HAHHHHHH!" The Lord of Terror growled out pouring more of his dark energies into his attack.
Urd softly grunted but poured more of herself into the attack.
For the two hybrid beings, their attacks appeared to have lasted forever when really only a few seconds had passed. However, eventually one had to fall and it was a few moments later that Urd felt exhaustion grip her from having fought at such a high level over a prolonged period of time. The Lord of Terror's stream of fire shredded Urd's miasma blast and slammed full force into her.
"Aughh!" Urd grunted in pain but bit down on her lip to prevent herself from screaming. She needed to focus on bringing back the protective miasma aura, yet the fire of the Lord of Terror wasn't completely demonic in nature. The Lightbringer's divine fire was also part of the stream and it burned through her demonic shield like paper.
The Lord of Terror increased the heat output as his spinning magatama produced hotter fire over the traitor heiress' crouched form. "You will die now, Traitor!" he yelled.
Urd felt herself weakening, felt herself faltering, she was going to die she realized. The moment she felt that certainty of death something odd happened, for it was in that moment that she felt something detach from her and shoot toward the Lord of Terror.
The Lord of Terror's eyes was taken off guard when the devil inside Urd detached itself from her and sped at him. Though its feminine devil form was charred, it somehow gained velocity and slammed into him, right as it did so it wrapped its arms around him. A moment later he felt himself being shot up skyward.
The Lord of Terror stopped his attack and used his great strength to pry the she-devil off of him. "Whatever you are planning on doing it won't work" He growled out. Cocking his fist back he brutally hammered the deformed she-devil's face.
"Mistress Hild programmed me to protect her daughter first and foremost." The charred devil said through bloodied burnt lips. "I am doing my duty."
The Lord of Terror was surprised as the devil tightened its hold on him and increased its speed. No stranger to such a velocity he punctured his claw through the devil who, to his surprise, still held on tightly to him.
Just as the two reached lower earth orbit, the devil channeled its energy inward. "For Mistress Hild!" The devil yelled and then exploded.
A lone figure, hunched over, supported herself on her tanned slender arms. The small figure was panting heavily from exhaustion as she tried to regain her strength.
Urd felt empty. There was no other way to described it, she felt...hollow. She had been quite surprised when her devil detached itself from her. It was compounded when she saw the Lord of Terror being forced away by a mass of dark shape. Moments later a major explosion had torn open the sky and now here she was, empty, alone.
Tears start to formed in her eyes as she was finally able to feel the lack of Ranma presence, her memory of her being a Demon was hazy at best, key events she remembered but the feeling of fulfillment was completely gone. She lost her partner, her other half, her soul mate. "Ranma..." she whispered hoarsely and was surprised at how young she sounded again.
Looking at her hands she saw they were smaller, her arms thinner, touching her face she felt its shape was not as filled out as moments ago.
Standing up painfully she looked down at her state of dress and blushed. While she was no stranger to the more risque type of clothing, she always liked to be tastefully tantalizing, not sluttish sexy. Still, the clothing was barely filled out now with her smaller size, instinctively she channeled her divine energy and transformed it into something more practical.
So it was with this that Urd found herself dressed in a form fitting white Chinese style cut, shirt, and curve hugging silk pants, finished off by cute dragon design Chinese style sandals.
Surprisingly, she felt her demon half instinct subdued. She did not have any urge to go on a rampage and her divine powers was coursing through her with little problem.
"Going somewhere little Goddess?" A malicious voice sounded out from behind Urd.
Urd turned around and saw the battered form of the Lord of Terror staring intently at her. "You're still alive!" she had half hoped that explosion saw earlier would have ended him.
"Please," The Lord of Terror said offended. "As if a lowly devil could destroy me, but now, there is no one left to save you. Not your soul mate, not your devil, nobody." he said in a soft and dangerous tone.
Instinct honed by training with Ranma helped her avoid the first attack, yet her weakened and drained state left her unable to dodge the Lord of Terror's second and third strikes.
Urd flew through the air and landed on her back ungracefully, she was about to stand up but felt a heavy pressure on her chest pinning her down. Looking up she saw the Lord of Terror's greaved armor boot on her collar bone. She grabbed his foot and tried to push it off her but his other leg swept in and struck her face, making her see stars.
"Weak, little, traitorous Goddess. Tsk tsk. Accept your fate." The Lord of Terror smirked. He looked down at Urd and saw her eyes were glazed and unfocused, she was probably concussed from his kick. "You put up a decent fight but really, it was your better half that helped you not anything you really did." He continued regardless if she comprehended him or not.
The Lord of Terror raised his hand up and formed a giant sphere shaped fire in his hand filled with dark and light energies. "Pity, given a couple of more millennia of growth you really could have been formidable." he acknowledged.
"Goodbye little Goddess." The Lord of Terror said softly and prepared to bring his attack down.
"And just what do you think you are doing?" A stern female voice shot across the silent field with authority.
The Lord of Terror's eyes widened and halted his attack in his tracks. Turning around he saw Hild, she looked as if she'd been engaged in some heavy combat. Multiple cuts and lacerations marked her perfect body, something he rarely seen happened. However, even in that state the power she emitted was still as potent as ever, it was the look in her eyes that really concerned him. The look in her eyes promised pain and death.
"Hild?" The Lord of Terror asked seeing her battered state. "What happened to you? Did "HE" arrive?" he asked concerned. Only a handful of beings could ever give him pause.
"I asked you again, what do you think you're doing?" Hild asked flatly completely ignoring his inquiry.
"Killing a traitor, she sided with the Go-urk!" The Lord of Terror had begun to explain himself when Hild's powerful attack lashed out and smashed him to the ground.
"What are you doing Hild?!" The Lord of Terror asked angrily. Hild however stared back at him with the same deadly gleam in her eyes.
"What, did I say regarding my daughter?" Hild said with force putting special emphasis on the last word.
"She betrayed us!" The Lord of Terror protested. "She would have ruined all our plans!"
"Then, you let her ruin it," Hild said with a growl.
"Wh-what?!" Terror asked incredulously. "Let all of our effort be stopped because she wills it to?!"
"Yes." Hild replied coldly. "If she tells you to jump you ask how high, if she tells you to die, kill yourself. EVERYTHING is secondary to her!"
"But, the plan to unmake all of creation, the universe, making a place solely for demon kind!" The Lord of Terror yelled back angrily.
"Not important when compared to my daughter." Hild said easily. She was about to say more when she sensed something off. Looking up she saw a glow in the sky, a giant holographic cylindrical barrel was forming right above the Earth atmosphere.
The Lord of Terror turned his eyes heavenward and saw the weapon that brought him down eons ago. "G-gungnir!" he spoke in a hushed and fearful whisper.
"You son of a bitch!" Hild yelled at the sky. "You'd kill your own daughters to deny me my victory?!" she yelled to the Heavens.
Thor and Fenrir stopped their battle and looked Heaven ward. His father's legacy clearly seen in the sky. "Gungnir..." he whispered respectfully. It looked as if this was where he would fall, he understood why the Almighty had to do what needed to be done and prepared himself to die with his head held high.
Belldandy and Thrymr stopped their battle and glanced at the divine weapon forming over the planet, its massive gears assembling before their very eyes. "Father..." Belldandy said sadly. Being the Almighty of heaven could not be an easy job, she knew that their death would weigh heavily on her father's conscience for eons to come.
"What's going on?" Thrymr asked puzzled. While she could attack the still Goddess, she choose not to, she could feel the power radiating over Earth orbit but had no idea what it meant to her.
"It means our battle is over." Belldandy said sadly. She slowly floated down and gazed up at the weapon charging itself. To her surprise the Frost Giantess floated down next to her in companionable silence.
It was then that two figures appeared next to them, one covered in lighting next to Belldandy, the other covered in darkness deposited herself next to Thrymr.
"Bastet." Thrymr nodded in greeting.
"Belldandy." Raiden greeted his fellow goddess.
Both of the newcomers looked skyward and watched as the cannon started to rotate and spin around, its barrel aimed directly over the broken stump of Yggdrasil.
"So it had come to this after all." Raiden said softly to Belldandy who nodded. "To think we were on the cusp of turning the tide of battle." he lamented.
"Don't be so sure about that, we still had Mistress Hild remember?" Bastet reminded sweetly.
Raiden narrowed his eyes at her and merely raised an eyebrow as she stuck her tongue out at him in a childish manner. "Demons." he said exasperatedly.
"Gods." Bastet said with a roll of her eyes.
"Have you seen Skuld or Urd?" Belldandy asked Raiden. The area was so saturated with demonic and divine energies that she was having a hard time tracking everyone's signatures. Skuld's bomb did not help matters.
Raiden shook his head sadly.
Elsewhere the missing Norn of the Future was staring up in horror at Gungnir. She was for the most part unconscious when Dai Mecha Banpei self-destructed. Waking up to see Gungnir pointed at her was not something she was expecting.
"Oh Father..." Skuld said softly. Intellectually she knew why he had to do it, emotionally, she was hurt by his decision.
Dusting herself off, Skuld prepared to face her end with all the dignity and grace ingrained into her by her elder sister.
It was to that sight that Athena, Artemis and the Neo-Senshi Goddesses arrived, Skuld was sitting on a rock looking up as the cannon charged.
"Skuld~!" Artemis shouted joyfully.
Skuld turned around and saw the two familiar Goddess of the Hunt and Goddess of Wisdom. Behind the two however, clothed in single colored togas and radiating divine energies, were the new Goddesses, the Senshi.
Dressed in a blue and white toga was a taller looking Sailor Moon. Next to her clad in a deep burgundy red was Sailor Mars, the one in cream color orange was Sailor Venus, the one in deep blue was Sailor Mercury, the one in forest green was Jupiter and on and on it went. However their faces now all sported familiar Goddess marking symbols.
"Hey." Skuld said mournfully. Being the tech Goddess that she was she knew just how powerful Gungnir was, this entire planet, and all of its inhabitants will soon be dead.
"What's happening?" Neo-Sailor Moon asked. She could feel the current of her new powers. It was amazing, she never realized just how much strength she truly held.
"The Almighty have passed judgment on this world." Athena said somberly. "We have failed."
The Sailor Senshi let out a murmur of discontent, all of these power ups and they didn't even get to show it off. It didn't sit right with them.
"Surely there is some way to get him to change his mind?" Usagi pleaded.
"Communications are down, there is no direct way to communicate with the CiC." Skuld said dejectedly. "That is what's left of Asgard's CPU." She said pointing at the broken stump of Yggdrasil.
Usagi who was not well versed in computer lingo turned to the one person that knew most about computer talk.
Ami who understood what the little Goddess meant shook her head.
"It can't be over can it?" Venus asked desperately as the charge from the cannon got bigger and brighter.
Silence was her only reply as a high pitched whirling sound permeated the area as the axis of the machine spun itself into a frenzy.
Peorth saw the final number climb up and closed her eyes.
"Overload is complete, cannon is at 100%, we have a fifteen seconds to fire the cannon before it cascades back into our system! Your orders?" Chrono reported anxiously.
Peorth whispered a quick silent prayer for her fellow Goddesses and the humans of Earth.
"Ten seconds!" Eir said frantically.
"On my Mark!" Peorth shouted.
"Five Seconds!" Eir counted down.
"Fire!" Peorth shouted.
"FIRING!" Saga announced as she unleashed the payload onto the world of Midgard.
Immediately following the blast all of Heaven blacked out once more from the power drain, leaving all the divine beings in darkness.
Seconds later in the CiC the Goddesses used their own power and created balls of light to illuminate the area.
"Last read out showed 100% damage was achieved. We did it." Chrono reported somberly.
Peorth sat down in the command chair and slump backwards, arms over her eyes to stop the tears from spilling out. "What have we done...?" she whispered to herself.
++++Midgard Ground Zero++++
Urd stared up in fascination as a pure powerful beam of light descended upon her. The white light was beautiful to her, clean, pure. Final.
"DAMN YOU KAMI-SAMA!" Hild yelled to the heavens.
The Lord of Terror, ironically, was frozen in too much terror to move, this would completely kill him.
Urd closed her eyes and accepted her fate, if she was mortal she might have been able to see Ranma again. "Sorry Ranma..." she whispered softly hoping his spirit would hear her. It was a few seconds after she closed her eyes that she felt something was off. The sharp intake of breath by the Lord of Terror told something happened. Opening her eyes she was stunned at the sight.
Hild was in Earth Lower Orbit her dark miasma saturated the area for miles all around in a suffocating manner but more importantly, it stopped the white light's descent. Urd could see the sheer effort the Daimakaicho was going through to stop the blast. Why? Why was the Mistress of Hell preserving Midgard? She could easily survive the strike with her power so why was she doing this?
It was then that Urd saw Hild's eyes looked down at her softly and smiled. It was for her...Hild was risking her life to safe her. "Mo-mother?" Urd called out softly.
Hild for her part felt the full brunt of the attack on her, the energy burned her skin, she was using every ounce of her power to stop the beam of light from touching the planet. She glanced down and saw her daughter looking up at her and was reminded once again of what she was protecting.
However, when Hild heard Urd called her mother for the first time this time not filtered by Ranma, nor inhibition lowered by the devil egg, she couldn't help but feel renewed strength invigorating her to new heights. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" She shouted in defiance to the Heaven and deflected the beam attack away from Earth making it detonate outward toward space.
The crowd of Gods and demons watched with dropped jaws at what Hild had done before her prone form fell as if lifeless toward the Earth.
As one they all made their way towards Hild's position.
Urd's strength returned to her body and she flew up to catch her mother as she fell. "Mother!" she cried out softly.
"Urd..." Hild said weakly.
Urd embraced her mother fully then, filled with love for her progenitor.
Hild reveled in it, this was what she wanted from the get go, to have this one moment. It was then her senses kicked into overdrive and she pushed Urd forcefully away from her.
Urd who was hugging her mother, was surprised when she was pushed away. "Mother?" she asked confused until she saw the look of pain across her mother's beautiful face. "Mother?" she asked again then looked lower to see a clawed hand emerge from her chest cavity.
"MOTHER!" Urd screamed in horror as there was only one being with such familiar looking clawed hands around them.
"Wh-whose, the traitor now Terror?" Hild gasped in pain.
"I still remember what being a demon is all about, this...bond you have with your daughter is a weakness." The Lord of Terror said harshly. "You taught us weakness was not to be tolerated remember?" he said sadistically.
"Kaff- Ha, ha, ha- cough-" Hild laughed between blood gurgling out her mouth.
The Lord of Terror was not amused and fired a strong burst of hell fire directly into Hild's body causing her to moan out in pain. "I will be the new Daimakaicho when you are gone, Hild, then I will complete the work you started, in honor of you." he said sadistically. To his annoyance however, Hild was still laughing wetly through the blood bubbling up from her chest.
"What is So FUNNY!" The Lord of Terror demanded.
"Fa- cough- Fa- cough cough." Hild started to say weakly.
"What?" The Lord of Terror asked in puzzlement and lean in closer to hear what Hild have to say.
"Fa-Firewall off, execute Hild, 666omega authorization." Hild said triumphantly.
The Lord of Terror eyes widened and pulled his hand out of his former master's body and felt a hot flash of pain shoot through his body. "No! What have you done you bitch?!" he shouted at her before another wave of pain caused to stagger him away to his feet.
Hild would have dropped to the ground face first unceremoniously had Urd not caught her, giving her daughter a smile she turned to the Lord of Terror and eyed him coldly. "I had never intended for you to rule beside me Lord of Terror." She said in between pauses to catch her breath. "It was always my intention to destroy you the moment you outlived your usefulness to me." she smirked.
The Lord of Terror's eyes widen in fear as pure white flame licked from his body and ripped him open. "No...NO!" he shouted in fear.
"By bonding you to that body, I made sure that I check your one pesky ability, you know the one where you can transfer yourself to any mortal object." Hild smirked. Her face then took on a gloating smile. "Only one being possessed the ability to counter such an annoying skill." she explained.
The Lord of Terror watched as his black skin started to take on a pale hue. "No..." He whispered in horror. He found himself unable to transfer his consciousness to any object near him due to the essence of the Lightbringer awakening, burning his essence as it did so. "NO!" He shouted at Hild when his black wings melted off and he painfully sprouted white ones.
"The lesson you should learn Terror is to never try to double cross me." Hild lectured in an imperious tone then turned to her daughter. "We should get out of here quickly, once the Lightbringer regains his ability he would be gunning for your dear old mum and -" she coughed out more blood.
"Your wound!" Urd gestured to the gaping hole in her mother's lower chest.
"Merely a flesh wound I assure you! I'll get better with more rest, but we need to get away from here right now because once the Lightbringer comes back things would get pretty dicey if I am not at full strength to take him on." Hild urged her daughter.
Seeing her mother's anxious look, she turned back to stare at the struggling Lord of Terror one last time before flying away with her mother in tow just as a pillar of pure white flame erupted upward.

***Midgard Ground Zero***
The Taxiarch picked herself up from the rubble slowly. She was surprised that Hild did not try to finish her off but apparently that black explosion of demonic energy moments earlier caused the Mistress of Hell some sort of distress. That was her mistake, one the Taxiarch intended to capitalize on.
Closing her crystal blue eyes, the blond haired Archangel felt for Hild's signature and was surprised to find it faint within the vicinity of one of the new Gods.
Flying upward she dive bomb toward the vicinity of the two signatures making the figures stop in surprise.
"Taxiarch!" Hild said exasperated. "Really, now's not the time!" She said in annoyance.
The Taxiarch for her part was surprised by the state of Hild, she recognized the wounds she gave the Mistress of Hell, but the burned marks were new and of course the gaping hole in her chest. No matter, she would do her duty. She raised her sword up and angled it downward toward the Daimakaicho.
Urd's eyes widened at the presence of the divine being before her, she gave off a similar presence to Amitiel but sharper, more precise in a way. Most differently of all, there was none of that familiar warmth that adorned Amitiel's face. If anything the Archangel eyes appeared perpetually sad.
Still, Archangel or no, there was no way she would let her mother get killed. So she stood in front of her mother her arms stretched wide to shield her mother from the angel.
The Taxiarch's eyes widen in surprised at the sight of a Goddess protecting a demon. This was madness. "Move." She ordered.
"No." Urd said firmly though her legs were shaking.
"Move Urd, I can't let you get hurt for me." Hild chimed in from behind her daughter. Knowing the Taxiarch, she would probably run her daughter through just to get to her. She was the purest representative of a time when the universe was less forgiving.
Urd ignored her mother and continued to stand protectively in front of her mother.
The Taxiarch was once again surprised. The last time she faced Hild, the Lord of Hell was as evil as one could be shattering whole galaxies on whim. The Hild that she faced now seem more...subdued. Still she had her duty and if she had to kill the young Goddess in order to do it, then so be it. Raising her sword once more she was about to charge at them both when an explosion of familiar energy filled the entire area.
Glancing upward, the Taxiarch saw a pillar of familiar looking white flame filling the area taking the shape of a wolf.
Hild turned around and recognized both energy signatures. "Fuck me up the ass, that's not good." she wryly. There was supposed to be less than a one percent chance of the two merging! She was going to punish Hrungnir when she got back to Nifelheim.
Urd herself recognized the two distinct energy signatures, one was the Lord of Terror, the other was similar to Amitiel and the Taxiarch.
The Taxiarch's eyes widened in horror and stared at Hild. "What have you done?" her musical voice whispered.
"Oops." Hild said apologetically while giving the Taxiarch a sheepish look. "Can't win them all!" she conceded.
There was another explosion of power, bigger than the last one.
"What HAVE you done HILD?!" The Taxiarch demanded.
"I might have merged the Lightbringer with the Lord of Terror." Hild said in a bashful tone. "It wasn't supposed to happen that way I assure you." she said apologetically.
Before the Taxiarch could open her mouth and respond to Hild, the powerful presence moved quickly and appeared before the group.
The Lord of Terror's hair was now white again, though his skin was tanned while six of his twelve wings were now black. The magatama on his arms and wrists were black, while the ring connecting them was pure white. His battle armor was white and black in a perfect seamless blend.
"Lightbringer!" The Taxiarch growled out.
The Lightbringer turned to look down at the Taxiarch and his eyes lighten up in pleasant surprise. "Sister." He said with an easy smile. "It has been far too long since I gazed upon your beautiful face." he said honestly.
The Taxiarch spread her eight white wings out fully in response, a show of aggression with her sword raised in a combat ready stance.
The Lightbringer ignored her and turned to Hild. "And Daimakaicho...still alive, figures it would take a lot more than that to take you down." he said wryly.
"Is it Lightbringer now Terror?" Hild asked with an arched eyebrow.
"Hmmm, No, I am both the Lightbringer and the Lord of Terror but at the same time I am neither." The Lord of Terror/Lightbringer said in a pondering tone. "If anything I am like your hybrid daughter there, a truly perfect blend of Divinity and demonic." he explained.
"Then how shall we address you?" Hild asked playing along.
The hybrid smiled. "I think the mortal name Saffron would be more than sufficient, yes...Lord Saffron has a certain ring to it does it not?" Saffron said with a smile. "Oh it appears we're about to have more company."
The moment Saffron finished saying it, the cadre of Gods and demons arrived, even the Neo-Sailor Goddesses.
"Daimakaicho!" Bastet said in shock at seeing her mistress in such a state.
"Urd?" Belldandy asked seeing her sister's younger form and felt no more devil taint.
"Taxiarch?" Thor said incredulously pointing at the legendary archangel. They never mentioned how beautiful she was, all the pictures they had of her was in her full battle armor.
Raiden's eyes widen also at seeing the legendary being.
Athena had to stop herself from drooling before remembering to be more respectful to a superior while Artemis was awed by such a legendary figure.
The Scouts were once again flabbergasted as another Divine being showed up. Everything they thought they knew was being turned on its head.
"Well, I must say, this is certainly a large gathering." Saffron said amusingly. He had never felt more powerful than now, neither as the Lightbringer or the Lord of Terror, this was on a whole different level. Was this how the Almighty and Hild felt like on a daily basis? The power was intoxicating and he wanted to test it out. How much better then to use it against the Gods and demons arrayed before him.
"Lord of Terror!" Thor shouted in challenge having recognized the being admittedly who looked different now.
"Ah ah. Call me Saffron now, the Lightbringer and the Lord of Terror are no more." Saffron said. "Now, let's see what the best of Heaven and Hell can offer me shall we, but first to even up the odds." He said with a smirked before his twelve feathered wings folded over him and ignited into flames.
"Oh dear, that's not good." Hild said looking up at the sky. As Hild finished her sentence the ball of fire exploded and out emerged Saffron. "Not good at all..." Hild said redunatly.
Saffron was still in the air dressed in full battle regalia, but now there were eleven more of him.
"Fucking son of a- what the fuck!?" Mara yelled as she woke up from her hammer induced sleep to be greeted by the sight of twelve Saffrons.
"Worst case scenario happened my dear." Hild explained to her lieutenant.
"Worst cas- Oh my god." Mara said out loud earning a disapproving look from all the gods. The Demoness ignored them and face-palmed muttering to herself. "Pear fucking shape I swear..."
"On your guards! They're attacking!" Thor yelled as the twelve Saffrons charged toward the group. Even as Thor finished shouting his warning, the Saffron clones were on closing in fast on the group.
A crowd of people surrounded an unconscious young man in his late teens clad in white elegant Chinese cut clothing. It was not every day one found such a young man literally laying in the street. The teen had nearly been run over by a truck driver and the crowd was now waiting for the ambulance to arrive so they could help the unknown pig-tailed teen.
The crowd turned their attention back to the teen when they heard a soft moan coming from him. The teen slowly pushed himself off the ground with his well-muscled arms and raised his head. Instantly the girls in the crowd had hearts in their eyes while the young women and house wives also blushed. The men in the crowd departed in disgust.
Then the teen opened his eyes showing off his beautiful steel grey eyes at the crowd making a lot of the women blush even more.
"Wha?" The young man asked confused.
The crowd backed away as the young pig tailed man got up to his feet and scanned the surrounding area frantically only to stop a second later as if confused by what he saw.
"Young man, are you alright?" Yoko, a house wife in her mid-thirties asked the teen, as the girls around his age were too shy to approach the handsome youth. She had to admit...if she wasn't married and maybe a few years younger. However she caught his attention as he turned to her giving her a good look at his well-muscled abs. For some inexplicable reason, there was a giant hole in front of his shirt showing off his pecs and chiseled abs.
"Aren't you guys supposed to be evacuated?" The young man asked.
'Down Yoko!' The house wife quickly wiped a thin line of drool from her mouth and refocused on the young man. "I'm sorry, evacuate? For what?" she asked confused.
"Saffron! The Sailor Senshi warning! It's dangerous for you guys to be out here!" The young man said in concern for the group.
However, after uttering his last statement, he froze. Maybe it was the way he saw every other girl's expression mirror her own look of confusion. "I'm sorry but what does an Indian spice have to do with evacuating?" Yoko asked. Maybe the youth was injured in some way. She saw the youth face looked blanked for a moment before his eyes dawned in horror.
"What's going on?" The unnamed boy asked to himself.
Yoko wanted to comfort him his mind appeared to be in deep thought, as if trying to figure out the great mysteries of the universe.
It was then three girls from a nearby private middle school had walked by when one of the girls stopped dead in her tracks looking directly at the pig tailed boy. This caused her other two friends to also stop and look at the boy whose eyes also lit up in recognition but looked confused as well. The three girls were young, one of them had flame red hair tied up into a pig tail, the one next to her was a blue hair girl with straight hair reaching passed her shoulders, and the third one was a blond hair beauty who appeared nerdy with her clear glasses.
The red haired girl with her reddish eyes looked at the pig-tailed boy confused and approached the teen. "Aniki? What are you doing here?" The red head asked softly in a very respectful tone.
That caused the pig-tailed teen to turn around and confront the girl. His eyes also widen in surprise. "What did you just call me?" he asked even though his voice sounded strained.
"Aniki?" The Red hair girl asked cutely.
"What is my name." The cute boy asked stunning the red haired girl.
"Ranma-sempai, are you okay?" The girl with the water blue hair asked concerned.
"My name is Ranma?" The pig tailed boy asked. "Ranma Saotome?" he pressed.
It was then that the blond hair girl approached with cleared concern in her eyes. "Yes, Ranma-nii san." The Blond glasses wearing girl confirmed slowly. It was then she got a good look at the boy.
The pig-tailed boy then started turning around in a circle as if taking in the scenery around them, committing them to memory. "Oh, No no no nononononoonono, this shit can't be happening!" he shouted bringing the red haired girl out of her stupor.
"Aniki, are you okay? Did you get beat up by a jealous boyfriend again? And since when do you wear your hair like that?" The red hair girl perplexed while blinking cutely.
It was then to everyone shock that another boy turned the corner chatting amicably with a bandanna wearing tough guy, when he stopped in his tracks and stared at pig tail teen. The Bandana boy also stopped in his tracks in shock at he stared back and forth between his companion and the pig tailed boy.
"Holy shit, Saotome! That guy looks just like you!" The bandana boy said incredulously then really took a look at pig-tailed boy.
The martial artist and former part-Goddess turned to look at the new comer and his eyes widened in recognition. "Oh shit!"
Author note: Hope everyone is having a good Christmas. Thank you for everyone that support this story during it's umm long, LONNNNG journey. Special thanks to my editors again to which this would have never been possible without. Most of all, thank you for the C+C , pointing out mistakes we missed and for taking the time to leave a review. It is very much appreciated!
So, to those that haven't guess, yes we're going back. And yes that is 100% Ranma original reality that he split off from way in the beginning. It has always been my intent to come back to it to show the difference. I would also be using analogues from old school anime here and there rather then create OC's. In fact, the three girls if you can guess came from an old school anime. Props to people who can guess it, you win internet cookies!
There is not much more I can add other then this is the wrap up chapter and we finally enter the final phase of everything. Thanks for reading. Also for those that like to read with music. I recommend Mirai Nikki ending to play at the very end part of the chapter. That's what I was listening to as I wrote it. XD
Once again, C+C welcome , reviews appreciated. :D
