Disclaimer:I do not own Dollhouse, it is the property of Joss Whedon and FOX, the latter only because Eliza Dushku signed a contract with them beforetalking Joss into creating it.

Pieces of Her
He dug through his parents house, knowing it had to be somewhere. He gently grabbed some of the family photos. Others, he couldn't bare to look at. Topher Brink was grieving. His parents had recently died in a car crash, and his sister..... she couldn't handle the guilt. She had asked him to help her, to erase her pain. His attempts to change her mind were useless. Now, he was digging through their old house, looking for something, anything that would keep him from forgetting.
Under his parents bed, he found what he had been searching for. It was heavier than he had expected, but with some effort he managed to pull it out. It was a large box, originally intended for a desk or something of that nature. Now.... now it held him and his sister. His parents didn't throw anything out. Every piece of homework, every report card, every award he or Claire had from school was in that box. Even college assignments found their way into it.
It had other things in it too. Home videos of them together. Photo albums starting with pics from their birth. All of those memories, gently stowed away. He didn't know where he was going to store everything, but he couldn't lose what was left of her. He'd find some way to make it fit, he just had to.
