Two in one day.... I must be ill! *Oh wait, haha I actually am XD*

Greg woke up about 10 minutes before the alarm, careful not to wake Wilson who was sleeping soundly beside him. He limped to the kitchen and opened the cupboard door, found what he was looking for and headed back to bed. He just hoped that Wilson would like it…

"Hey!" House was surprised to find his lover already awake and sitting against the headboard. He hurried over and got into bed beside Wilson.

"Happy Birthday!" House exclaimed, kissing Wilson behind the ear, making him smile. He reached behind him to get his present - a lovely green scarf.

"Oh, Greg! It's fantastic, thank you!" Wilson flung his arms around House and kissed him softly on the lips, making him blush.

"I have something else for you, but it's a surprise." House smirked at Wilsons confused expression, and halted any questions with a finger to his lips.

"Ah-ah-ah! No questions. All I'll say is that I'm driving you to work and picking you up - on the bike." Wilsons eyes went wide at this, while House simply grinned and replaced his finger with his lips.

The ride to the hospital was eventful - to House it was just another excuse to have Wilsons arms wrapped around him. As soon as he kissed his lover goodbye and saw him into the hospital, House pondered what to do. Wilson seemed to like the scarf, but he wanted to do something else. A surprise to show how much he appreciated him. He suddenly remembered where Wilson took him on their first date, and how much he enjoyed it. House smirked, and started up his bike.

When he finished work and headed out the doors, Wilson smiled as House pulled up in front of him. He got on the bike and sighed when he put his arms around House.

"Hey." House said, revving up the engine and driving off. He took the normal route back to their apartment, but on the way he turned off and headed a different way.

"Greg, why have we come to the park?" Wilson asked once they'd stopped and got off of the bike.

"I'll show you." House said with a smile and took Wilsons hand. He lead him to a clearing where all that was there was an extraordinary Willow tree, the tips of one side of the branches hanging into the lake. House bent down and sat back against the trunk, smiling at Wilson who was looking around at all of the candles scattered on the grass. House patted the grass next to him and Wilson quickly sat down next to him.

"You remembered?" Wilson asked, taking off his tie and rolling up his sleeves. House smiled softly and reached for a muffin with one hand and into his coat pocked for a candle and a lighter with the other.

"Of course. Now make a wish!" Wilson looked at House, then at the muffin with a lit candle in it, and chuckled. He took it from his lovers hands, closed his eyes for a brief second, opened them and blew out the candle. House grinned, and stole the muffin out of Wilsons hand, laughing when he was tackled to the ground.

The sun was beginning to set, and House and Wilson were still by the tree. House, sitting against the tree trunk, and Wilson between his legs, his back against his lovers chest. He smiled as Houses' arms snaked around his waist and he rested his chin on his shoulder.

"Happy Birthday, lover-boy."
