(A/N: I'm slowly getting ideas again. I finished all my summer homework today, so that's good. Enjoy!)
They say that no matter how far away you go or how long you're gone for, you can always come home.
Leah knew this wasn't true.
When she came back, it wasn't home anymore. It was different.
When you come back, everyone acts strangely around you. They tell you how happy they are to see you, and they're too careful, like anything they say will offend you and make you run away again.
Leah didn't want that. She wanted to come back to her old life, where she was still disliked by all the wolves, and she had nothing to live for. It wasn't much, but it was all she knew.
She hated that everyone was so happy to see her. She didn't like the smiles on their faces whenever they saw her.
Leah wanted to come back to the life she knew. She wanted to come back to home. Instead, she came back to this fake happiness everyone had.
They say that it doesn't matter how far away you go or how long you're gone for, you can always come back home.
It's a lie.
