Summary: One-shot – The Farplane is a rather quiet place.
Disclaimer: I do not own any characters featured in this story. They all belong to the inventive Square Enix.
The Farplane is a rather quiet place.
Tidus finds he likes that about the place. He had lived too long with sound; pointless noise fueled by even more pointless emotions. Silence was so much better; a quiet atmosphere to bathe in and recall the days of sitting on the hill with Yun—
He quickly cuts off that thread of idle musing. Spira was now off limits to him. He refuses to think about the past he had there and the possible future he could have had. No. No thoughts about Spira, or Zanarkand, or Besaid. No musings on the Church or the Al Bhed or the Ronso. No wondering how Rikku was doing, if Lulu had learned a new spell, or if Wakka had gone back to playing blitzball, or if… if Yuna was safe and happy.
No noise, no wishing, no thinking. Just peace and quiet and solitude.
That's what the Farplane is all about.
Tidus finds he hates that about the place.
