Cordelia watched from the open doorway, a smile upon her face. The little girl and her daddy were playing in the leaves, a tradition she herself used to share with her own father.
The child's laughter rang through the cool autumn day, lighting everything it touched.
Cordelia watched the father's dark eyes light up at the sound of his daughter's laughter. He smiled, chasing her until he caught her, jumping into the leaves.
Cordy brought her hand to rest upon her heavily pregnant stomach as Angel and Ella's laughter rang through the air. She couldn't imagine a more perfect day.
