Oh, the Weather outside is Frightful
A blanket was wrapped tightly around his shoulders. Though the room was warm, he was still freezing. Sam carefully lied him down, putting more comforters on top of him. Dean shuddered violently, part of him wishing he were still unconscious. Drowning wasn't so bad. Once you couldn't struggle anymore it was sort of peaceful.
Sam lifted up his head, tipping the warm coffee into his mouth. Dean drank as much as he could without burning his tongue.
He tried to say thank you, but his teeth were chattering too much. He sneezed and went into a coughing fit. He shut his eyes, trying to catch his breath and trying to stifle his shivers.
He was suddenly cold on one side. He groaned and curled closer together. Arms wrapped around him and the cold was gone.
"S-S-S-S-Sammy?" He stuttered. "Wh-wh-what are y-y-y-you d-doin'?"
"You need body heat, Dean. Just relax, okay?" Sam said gently. Dean was too tired and too cold to fight him. He huddled close to his brother, hugging him back and resting against his head against Sam's chest.
"H-hey S-S-am?" He trembled.
"Yeah?" Sam said quietly.
"Y-y-you tell an-anybody about th-this-"
"Shh…" Sam soothed. "I won't, okay? Just…hug me, alright?" And Dean did, disregarding every instinct he usually had.
He hugged his little brother, and fell asleep.
