Spock shivered and watched with interest as his lover ran through the snow covered yard, eventually falling to a heap disappearing into a large drift of snow. If he wasn't so disciplined his mouth would've curled into a smile, Kirk was now moving his arms and legs out away from his body, back towards him and then out again, Spock had heard about snow angels but up until now hadn't ever seen one. Vulcans just didn't do that sort of thing.
"Come on Spock, it's only snow it won't hurt you."
"My concern is not that the snow will cause me harm, rather that I am cold and do not wish to reduce my body temperature further."
Kirk laughed as a cloud of snow fell from an overhead tree branch and covered him. Spock folded his arms and walked across the white yard. Kirk stood and proceeded to try and pull Spock to the floor, Spock of course resisted and after a moment tousling Spock's feet met ice and gave way beneath him and they fell to the ground, their fall broken by the powder snow.
"Oh come on Spock, I heard Vulcan didn't have snow."
"That does not mean I have not seen snow."
"You might have seen it but have you ever enjoyed it?" Kirk asked gazing longingly into his lovers eyes.
"I am Vulcan, I do not… enjoy things."
"Alright… Well this is how I enjoy it…" Kirk sealed his sentence with a kiss, Spock at first resisted shivering again, but soon warmed to the advance leaning in closer , his arms tightening around Kirk's waist. For a moment the snow melted around them, it wasn't cold nor warm his attention focussed only on Kirk, their shared warmth and growing fire between them. Kirk's intentions were now very obvious.
"If you wish for a more… intimate experience, we had better move indoors."
Kirk chuckled pulling Spock carefully to his feet. He didn't need telling twice.
