Author's Note: I'm back again. I haven't submitted anything for a little while. I wrote this maybe a few weeks ago, like back in February sometime. It was just a thought that came to me...and so I decided to type it up. Since I have nothing better to do with my time I decided to submit it. Before you go on and read this, remember that this was just a thought but just because it was a thought does not mean that I support it! I am a very big fan of Team 7, I love them very much, so please don't get the wrong idea here! Oh..and I'd also like to mention that this is my shortest piece yet I think, only 160 some words. Okay...I'm done talking now...you can go and read it. *goes to sit in the corner, silently hoping that nobody hits her with a laptop*
Disclaimer: I DO NOT OWN NARUTO, I do not make any profit from this and so on.
Out of all of the teams ever brought together, there was only one team that stood out above all. Team 7. The team that was really never a team at all.
Team 7 in reality is not a team. Despite the fact that the three claimed they were one, they knew at the same time that they were truly not what they claimed to be. They are really three completely different people. Even though they were able to connect to each other's hearts, they still were never a true team.
Even if they weren't a true team, everyone could see that Naruto was the one who kept them together. And that Sasuke was the one who tore them apart. But it was clear that Sakura never did either; she was just in the middle.
Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are not a team.
They are friends.
They are rivals.
They are lovers.
But they are not a team.
They just never were.
